It's pathological isn't it? I can't think of any other person in human history who has been so systematically hacked by the global media.


What's interesting is that they use everything under the Sun, from fake FBI filed to non-existent child porn, from secret rooms to fake Culkin press conferences, from Prince being molested to child torture photos, everything but what Robson and Safechuck are actually saying. Strange.

Are they planning to hit him with that shit later?
It seems they laid the groundwork for Robson/Safechuck with the child porn/secret room story.
Robson claims MJ showed him books and tapes not just magazines and Safechuck claims MJ showed him child porn
and molested him in the secret room.

Of course Rosbon never said exactly what books or tapes MJ showed him, most of the books in the 2003 police report
were published after 1997 when the alleged abuse stopped. It makes no sense anyway. If he had so many
adult magazines why would he need to use some obscure art books with a few pictures of nude people?
Idiotic.

^^thanks everyone for the clarification. The news here is Black Lives Matter rallies and the Dallas shooting as it should be. Only gossip has been Prince's tweet.
Last night I got my daily Michael Jackson google alert, which gives you about 10-20 stories every day. Even obscure. (Amazing how many people throw his name in a story that he has nothing to do with. Shows how popular and intriguing he remains to this day.)
And there was nothing about the Spanish web sites. Zip.

So just another offshoot from the Radar story.

Great article in the HP!!! She's right. We need to change the defamation laws and sign that petition. I need to find that thread and bump it up.

In the report the newspaper’s Swedish stringer, Ulf Andersson, claimed that Florman had told him that she’d been sexually assaulted. The paper also ran pictures from Florman’s Facebook page.

Florman’s response was immediate and angry.

"The newspaper has deliberately distorted my quotes, stolen my private photos and lied,” she wrote on her Facebook page.

“Despite what you might have read, I was not a victim of sexual assault. However, I was violated by one of the largest newspapers in Europe. It was an assault in the form of an article, which has since been spread by other media outlets."

"It is a story about violence against women during Swedish music festivals: an issue which I, as founder and head of the volunteering organization Nattskiftet (the Night Shift), has worked with for years."

"In this news story, I am portrayed as a victim of sexual violence at Bråvalla. That is false. I was not sexually assaulted.

"I was confronted by a group of young men who were threatening me because they recognized me and because they disapprove of my taking a stand. No one groped my breasts, despite what the Daily Mail claims in both headline and story.”

“The Daily Mail has published a piece of sensationalist writing, filled with lies and completely devoid of fact-checking."

"The newspaper has deliberately distorted my quotes, stolen private photos, and lied. All in order to confirm a story that serves an agenda that isn’t mine, and to tell a story that isn’t true.”

Florman also accused the Daily Mail of promoting intolerance.

“Hardly surprisingly, the Daily Mail accentuated all of this with a statement by local police that the assaults at the music festival Putte i Parken were committed by unaccompanied minor refugees. A statement that had already been both disproven and withdrawn.”

The Daily Mail has since removed any reference to Florman from their website but The Sun and Daily Star, newspapers which also ran the story, have not.

In February, the Swedish Embassy in London complained that the Daily Mail was running a campaign against Sweden's refugee policy.

"Sweden is being used as a deterrent and an argument against allowing more refugees into the UK," said the embassy in a report to the Swedish Foreign Ministry.

A report in 2014 found that the Daily Mail topped the league table of complaints received by the UK’s Press Complaints Commission against national and Sunday newspapers with 36.4% of the total, followed by the Sun with 19.1%.

The Local tried to reach the Daily Mail journalist, Ulf Andersson, for a comment but were unable to contact him.

Don't get me wrong, she was right about Radar's fake photos and manipulations of them as well as some other stuff.

I didn't read any tabloids regarding the recent mess, but I believe Wade and his attorneys, or their case against Michael's estate was never mentioned in articles.
Raven mentions in her article that they are driving force behind Radar's article, and I see that there is possibility that they can sue her for slander or libel.

Another positive article. Not sure about the source since they aren't identified, it's more that I'm glad there's people giving MJ's side of the story for a change.

Despite the fact that Michael Jackson was under investigation for more or less 10 years for improper conduct around minors, there was never any truth to the allegations, it has now emerged. Moreover, authorities had zero evidence to support his accusers’ claims.

Starting with 1993, as any Michael Jackson fan must know, the singer’s life was turned upside down by allegations of improper conduct.

He settled the first case outside the court which, his mother Katherine said on Today the other day, he did not want because he knew that would make him appear guilty.

Now, a source familiar with the investigations is telling Radar Online that authorities never had a shred of evidence to back up the claims made by his accusers throughout the years.

In other words, Michael Jackson has been vilified for no reason at all.

“The Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services absolutely agrees with Katherine that her son never molested any child in cases the department investigated,” the source says.

The admission comes one day after Katherine Jackson’s interview with Matt Lauer for Today, in which she said the biggest misconception about her son had been that he was a molester.

It ruined his career and, ultimately, his life, even though he tried his best to work with the authorities to prove that the allegations made against him were false.

“Michael was fully cooperative during all of his interactions with DCFS. Michael was interviewed for hours without his lawyer. He held nothing back. He couldn’t understand why these allegations were being made against him. DCFS cleared him on any wrongdoing in ALL investigations,” the insider explains for Radar.

On the other hand, Michael did put himself in situations that left room for interpretations – but only because he was a child at heart himself, he never meant any harm.

“Did Michael put himself in precarious situations that most normal people wouldn’t? Absolutely... The questioning was very, very hard on Michael, he just couldn’t fathom that anyone could accuse him of being a child molester,” says the tipster.

Moreover, the accuser that stepped forward with his story in 2005 wasn’t even credible, the source adds.

Yes, but if (in hypothetical situation) they decides to sue Raven for slander or libel, Raven would have to prove Wade's camp leaked those documents to Radar.
Radar can claim behind press shield or whatever they call it for not to name their source, or they can claim their own staff wrote them.

Yes, but even though that's the case everything it says is still relevant given that none of the information from Radar Online that was actually factual (the original police report) was actually new, the only new things were claims of animal and child torture and the garbage about MJ being on a painkiller for sex addiction somehow. Plus the stupid claim about the 'secret' closet. The Police report is much older than the Radar article but disproves their entire lousy story.

and he is a good guy anyway.

This entire paragraph smells from Gutierrez. It's so primitive. MJ never even slept over in the Culkin home for that matter.

But after several months he was completely transformed his attitude was that of a sick and began to threaten me, repeatedly he said he would kill my parents if I said something . Michael abused me many times, even once, in my parents' house while they slept . So I fell into drugs.

Of course noone in the media cared to find out what those handwritten notes were, why they were there
why did Zonen want to talk and to whom.

No one is talking about that mess. Your country seem desperate for news. I am sure man y people will know it is nonsense. The only posted about Mac is about some show. And people are talking about the Chewbacca mom on the radio and giving MJ praise for his songs being used.

I was watching YouTube just now and there's a video over there that has something to do with this story, I guess. It was posted about July 2nd or 3rd. It's all in Spanish and so are the comments, but I'm pretty sure it's about this story. I couldn't understand or read it, but it looks like very few people have looked at it. Maybe since it's Spanish only is the reason it's not spreading-I'm surprised it came up in my recommended stuff.

From what I'm reading here, NO. Somebody and I don't know who started it, made it up and it seems like they concocted it from the "Child Porn Raid" fake story and the recent, very nice interview Mac gave talking about what a good friend Michael was.

I've been clicking the heck out of the Huffington Post article the last couple of days. Let them see that's what get the clicks and the attention, not the other.
It's on the front page of the Huffington Post on the blog section. Her article is doing well.

I like the fact that she ends her piece with the petition to change the laws on defamation-so we can no longer allow defamation of the dead. I read somewhere else that it had a lot of signatures in Europe, but very few here in the US. :(

All things take time, especially changing minds about the allegations. The press have had decades to distort and manipulate the public's view of this man, so i don't think it will happen overnight but I have hope. But they are singing his songs still, especially during the protests and Raven Wood's article is on the front page etc..
I do get the impression some people are getting tired of all the slander, they just want to enjoy the music.

I just started to write that I think that is true, and when Wade first came out with his story, he was slammed by just about everybody immediately.
Then I read the next post that he did-about truth being ridiculed, and then opposed and finally accepted.

He was ridiculed and now opposed-but it's not going to be accepted and self-evident. And you know, the real truth goes BOTH ways here.
