They "both" knew that they could completely trust one another...
In essence...they already had everything they ever needed...EACH OTHER..!"

What a lovely thought
Susie.
Hectic life says you, eh? I wrote the definition on that one. Nope, j/k, but I understand. It's good to know you are around. Thanks for that wonderful quote. It is one of my favorites from Michael. When reading your post I remembered that was the quote put in the box in which I received some bracelets last August.
Nice to see this thread gainin' some momentum. Was about friggin time lol. Toasts with
MP and everyone else here cause it's
page 600, but since it's Lent imma have a nice big glass of non-alcoholic champaigne (like the ones for kids with giraffes and stuff lol) y'all have whateva u like.
No comment on the big hair, the ultra makeup and the huge shoulder pads from the 80s - i was told it's better to shut up when you have nothin nice to say. But then again, they also say you outta shut up and make people think you're an idiot, rather than opening the mouth and proving it. I kinda got this last part wrong, more than once.:cheeky:
Super cute pic
Ash, thanks a bunch. Let's put it this way - i know a thing or two about cats lol. Also thanks for them B&W mag scans. I also got quite a few numbers, really great magazine.
Wow, I see an infinite beauty in this man that goes far beyond the outer beauty. This is MJ! So beautiful in every way.
Ain't you right, ain't you right? And to further prove the truth of your words, I went and stole some pics from the TII thread.
Moddie, I'm glad you think I didn't post utter nonsense. Today I realized I missed two other songs from that list –
The way you love me (

Remember the time (

About the marriage dimension which you spoke about. Take a second look at that I'll be there video I posted yesterday. Most especially at 00:21 and look at Michael's left hand, what he does with his fingers when he sings the word (b)rrring, after the line 'you and I must make a pact'. But then again, maybe i'm just seeing things.
Wouldn't it be funny if that was actually his brilliantly overt way of proposing to her? What if all them hundreds of thousands of people who saw the movie three years ago in theatres all across the world were wittnessing, blissfully unaware of course, THE most artisticaly sublime marriage proposal in history? People have done all kinda things - jumpin' from buildings, puttin' messages in the sky, gettin' friends and family to do flash mob dancing...but to put such a 'statement' on the big screen right underneath everyone's nose? Well, it takes a certain degree of creativity and a rather playful and ornery character to do that and Michael was full of those two.
What makes that even more extraordinary though is the possibility of them having never met or spoken, as it has been suggested. In that case, it does make one wonder - what on earth was so doggone special about her he would be compelled to 'propose' to her without actually having spent a minute with her in real life? Things that make ya go mmmh.....
It might've been the most awesome proposal ever, but it also became the most tragic. How sad is it to get such a message from beyond the grave??? Although it is beyond tragic their story couldn't come to that amazing ultimate fruition, it must be comforting for her to know that
she was loved by the most wonderful man in the world. As it is with Michael's family, it must also be awful for her. We lost a hero and an inspiration, but she lost
THE man of her life. I would hope she finds some solace in the fact that she brought him happiness. God bless her and God bless Michael always.
Love IS the ultimate truth at the heart of all creation. Michael was 1000000% right.
P.S. And had Michael survived that dreadful day, who is to say what her answer might have been? Everyone takes for granted a 'yes'. How could anyone be dumb enough to say otherwise, right? What if in a cold, completely rational cost-benefit analysis she reached the conclusion that the media's viciousness, the curiosity of fans and public which crippled so much of Michael's life as well as his own flaws were all too much to take? Especially if, words and songs and hidden messages were all the things she got out of this 'love'? I guess we'll never really know.....
