Ok on to another something just cause. I found a pretty song that maybe would fit in here. I'll share anyways since you are all chewing on popcorn waiting for something.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LraZEoRnkPc
Goodnight, my angel
Time to close your eyes
And save these questions for another day
I think I know what you've been asking me
I think you know what I've been trying to say
I promised I would never leave you
And you should always know
Wherever you may go
No matter where you are
I never will be far away
Goodnight, my angel
Now it's time to sleep
And still so many things I want to say
Remember all the songs you sang for me
When we went sailing on an emerald bay
And like a boat out on the ocean
I'm rocking you to sleep
The water's dark and deep
Inside this ancient heart
You'll always be a part of me
Lu-lu-lu-lu-lu-lu
lu-lu-lu-lu-lu-lu-lu-lu-lu
Goodnight, my angel
Now it's time to dream
And dream how wonderful your life will be
Someday your child may cry
And if you sing this lullabye
Then in your heart
There will always be a part of me
Someday we'll all be gone
But lullabyes go on and on...
They never die
That's how you
And I
Will be
  opcorn:
Stop singing and run! Or I'll throw my popcorn bucket all on you! Hahaha! :tease:
Better... keep singing while you run, because I love this song.
^Come on, join me! Lets defeat them all with popcorn!!!! LOL
Now Michael isn't gonna find his love in the dark... He'll find his love in the popcorn mountain we'll leave here after this war!
So... I made two big bowls full and now my kids are eating it. Good thing too. I only had three handfuls (only..lol) I put too many kernels in the pot with some vegetable oil and then cooked it while shaking it till it was all popped, half way through I had to empty it cause it was full. One bowl has butter, seasoning salt and Franks red hot sauce. The other I melted butter, brown sugar, honey with a dash of vanilla and drizzled it over and sprinkled some salt on it. It's popcorn for supper tonight.. supper and dessert in front of a movie. Hopefully the process of making it (and those handfuls) is enough to satisfy me.
Sorry for anyone wanting to read about what this thread topic is about. How about I make up a story for you all?
So once upon a time there was a King who went by the name of Michael Jackson. He was feeling particularly lonely one day and had almost given up on finding a lady to love, though he still loved the ladies. He had many women he adored in his life each for different reasons, but none who were completely what he was looking for. So he enjoyed their friendship, though at times it seemed to be like natures cruel joke that he was surrounded by wonderful and beautiful woman, and like the prince with the glass slipper, none of them fit quite right.
He had stopped physically looking for his Cinderella and instead filled his days with fun and frolic around the castle grounds. He often would invite the commoners to his kingdom to play and had a soft heart for those who were ill. King Michael and his kingdom contained a magic that could cure any ailments, some completely, and some only for a brief time. His voice was likened to that of an angels and could be heard throughout the land. Michael would sing when he was happy and unable to contain his joy, he would sing when sorrow filled deep down to his very core.
One day while the King was out for his evening walk, he chanced upon maiden laying down by the stream looking into it. This beautiful lady was oblivious to his presence and was captivated by something in the water. This was a place the King often found himself drawn to. Whenever he'd go out for an evening stroll, his feet would take him here while his mind was off in some other land. This evening his feet brought him exactly where his mind could not resist being. To a beautiful enchanting lady by the stream. He wasn't sure he wanted to break this spell by speaking, so he quietly observed her while she watched the water. Entranced by this scene, he wondered what she could be thinking. She must have a wonderful imagination to be able to be so still just looking out into the water.
She reached out beside her to grab a leaf and a stick, and propped up on her elbows she proceeded to build a miniature sailboat. Once it had been completed she set it down in a pool of water that had trickled off to the side of the stream, and she blew it out till it was caught up by the moving water of the stream, and whisked away in the direction of the King. He didn't want to be seen so he quietly and quickly jumped behind a tree. It was a good thing he was so agile or she'd have surely seen and heard him. After this King Michael felt he must leave before she noticed him there watching. So while she turned to make another boat, he snuck away back to the castle. This lovely maiden on his mind the whole while.
To be continued? lol
Oh me, oh my...
This thread makes me wanna cry...
This is not why I came out of lurkerdom...
Michael has written some songs and...
We ought to interpret 'em...
This all has left me shattered and torn...
I can't believe we're still discussing our love for popcorn...
So back to the story of love so true and eternal...
Or else I will take away all of your snacks...
You will not see even one more kernel...

Hey Guys,
Trying to keep up with ya', slow down and allow a sista to play catch up, LOL.
I can't stay but a minute for now.
StateofShock, I read your "page turner", full of questions... With God lighting their way to give direction you can believe that She will be protected (and as Michael). All of the burdens, fears, mountains and valleys will be lifted, creating the path to eachother in an eternal and permanent bliss -This is what Michael clues from the song, "Hold my Hand", tells us, he wants at this time in his own life.
And as AllforMJ said( i think, lol), God leaves no stone unturned.
He did not bring the two of them this far to leave either of them now.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention this in my earlier post. Someone referred to this love as a "New" Love, Well, not exactly. Lemme explain. Michael's own clues have told us repeatedly that this love of which he willed back to his return is a love requitted, which can be described as a love not new but a love "Renewed" by his faith, belief and prayer in a higher being.
Got to go again.
Back on Topic
Ladies, I know you're having fun with your popcorn party and all but stateofshock asked alot of questions and I really didn't want my reply to get lost.

Now that the popcorn is done poppin' and I have managed to dig a tunnel through this HUGE popcorn mountain, I'm gonna do a quick recap!! *panting from exhaustion after digging* LOL
Back in the late '70's, MJ was in love with a very special someone. From listening to the love songs that he recorded for the "Off The Wall" album, he was singing about love and romance from personal experience. Although he and his special someone did not stay together, he remained in love with her and it seems like she is the one that was on his mind while he tearfully recorded "She's Out Of My Life."
The love songs on the "Thriller" album shows he had started moving on to the next phase of his life. His love life was now rolling at this point and from listening to the songs that he recored, he was really starting to enjoy himself with the ladies. He turned up the temperature with this album! He was singing about what he wanted and how he wanted it even more than he did in the previous album. He was also making it clear in love songs like "Lady In My Life" that he wanted the special moments to be loving. In addition to singing various love songs, and songs to party to, he had recorded a song during this era that showed he was waiting and wishing for a special friend to come to him from the world outside of the world that he lives in.
By the time he reached the "Bad" era, he had recorded songs that revealed he was in the mindset of finding a wife. He had started his search for Mrs. Jackson. There are songs on the "Bad" album that have marriage proposals in them, and from listening to "Liberian Girl," it is clear that he was considering marrying someone from overseas or in the U.S. He's been keeping his options open.
By the time he got to the "Dangerous" era, it seemed like he had narrowed down his search for a wife to a certain woman. His relationship with the one that he wanted to marry came to an unexpected end and his pain and frustration came out in "Who Is It." There are songs on the "Dangerous" album that shows he did not want to let her go because he was still in love with her and he still wanted to be intimate with her. Yet, there is also a song that shows he realized that he had to let her go because the love was no longer there. The "Dangerous" album also shows he had started leaning on his spirituality to get through the heartbreak.
By the time he reached the "HIStory" era, he had married his first wife.
This is where I will pick up from once I'm done swimming in the MJ ocean...
