And that is why more needs to be done. It's beyond me why nothing is being done against these two fake victims and crap director. There has to be something they can sue on, come on now, talking about the Jacksons here.

Can the Jackson children do this if they want or do they need to be a certain age to get a hold of the money? I mean, so we know there's no anti defamation law in the USA, which is total bat shit crazy. But can't the kids or bothers sue for damages of any kind?

What i heard that they need Michael to defend himself. as everyone knows Michael isn't here. i heard the family and his kids can't really do anything either because they not him. which i find SO stupid. i kind of get it because they not Michael. their his family and kids so they can defend him but they wasn't there during the time and stuff etc. you think about it it's all really sad. it's already been told that these are lies already. but Michael isn't here. i really hope for a good outcome of this. because his family and kids can defend him but he not here to defend himself. i guess the only thing to do is pray for a good outcome. that's all i can say. hope that contract is still good.

Michael Jackson's Lawyer Thomas Mesereau Claims 'Leaving Neverland' Controversy is 'Just a Blip' (Exclusive)



"It will go up, and then go down, and then you'll forget about it."

The controversy surrounding documentary "Leaving Neverland" is "just a blip" according to Michael Jackson's former lawyer.

Thomas Mesereau, who successfully defended the late King of Pop against similar accusations in 2004, told TooFab exclusively that the damning HBO documentary will soon be forgotten about.

"I think his outstanding qualities will win out," he said on Wednesday night. "He was a great artist, a great person, honest, decent... I think in the end all the good qualities of Michael Jackson will prevail."

This is just a temporary blip; it will go up, and then go down, and then you'll forget about it."

The celebrity attorney has represented many controversial figures throughout his career, including Bill Cosby, Mike Tyson and Suge Knight. But it was Jackson's not guilty verdict in his child molestation trial involving 13-year-old Gavin Arvizo that Mesereau is most famed for.

"People should just focus on his great qualities: his charitable endeavors, his humanitarianism, his great artistry, he was an exceptional human being and a very good human being, and all his good qualities are going to prevail," he added.

When asked about the fans who are demanding proof of his innocence before they listen to his music again, Mesereau replied: "Look at the jury verdict."

In June of 2005, 18 months after he was arraigned, Jackson was cleared of all charges, including four counts of molesting a minor, four counts of intoxicating a minor to molest him, one count of attempted child molestation, one count of conspiring to hold the boy and his family captive, and conspiring to commit extortion and child abduction.

Clouds have once again gathered above the superstar's legacy in the wake of the "Leaving Neverland" documentary, in which two men, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, allege they were sexually abused as children.

Jackson's family have denied the allegations, and are currently suing HBO over a 30-year-old non-disparagement clause.

This first one shows the misleading usage of Wade's family pics that Reed uses to imply how much time Wade spent w/ MJ, but when you put all his family pics w/ MJ together, it's from only 4 different events. It doesn't add up to 100s & 100s of acts of abuse. All of his stories of abuse are told using drone shots of a building and professional headshots of him, no new images with him & Mike.

This 2nd one is regarding the 2 pics used near the end of the film. I saw other people pointing out they thought it was an impersonator but I didn't look into it closely until the other day. Has this already been discussed? There's so many weird things going on with this pic & it looks like it's been pieced together. And the image of "MJ" watching TV with Hitler on it I think was used to try and manipulate emotions and use imagery of Mike looking at a reflection of himself where at first his reflection is himself, and the next the reflection is the most evil human in history staring back. Along with not looking like MJ, they serve NO purpose in the film at all, and it can't be found anywhere on the internet so far, so where is it from, and who took it?

I have no idea how he will receive the piece of work I did. For all I know, he could read it - tell me it's sh** and start ignoring me. Who knows? The fact he is willing to read it, AT LEAST lets us know the SR. Editor of The Hollywood Reporter knows the FACTS.. what he does with it, we as a fan community will end up responding to.

Michael Jackson's Lawyer Thomas Mesereau Claims 'Leaving Neverland' Controversy is 'Just a Blip' (Exclusive)



"It will go up, and then go down, and then you'll forget about it."

The controversy surrounding documentary "Leaving Neverland" is "just a blip" according to Michael Jackson's former lawyer.

Thomas Mesereau, who successfully defended the late King of Pop against similar accusations in 2004, told TooFab exclusively that the damning HBO documentary will soon be forgotten about.

"I think his outstanding qualities will win out," he said on Wednesday night. "He was a great artist, a great person, honest, decent... I think in the end all the good qualities of Michael Jackson will prevail."

The celebrity attorney has represented many controversial figures throughout his career, including Bill Cosby, Mike Tyson and Suge Knight. But it was Jackson's not guilty verdict in his child molestation trial involving 13-year-old Gavin Arvizo that Mesereau is most famed for.

"People should just focus on his great qualities: his charitable endeavors, his humanitarianism, his great artistry, he was an exceptional human being and a very good human being, and all his good qualities are going to prevail," he added.

When asked about the fans who are demanding proof of his innocence before they listen to his music again, Mesereau replied: "Look at the jury verdict."

In June of 2005, 18 months after he was arraigned, Jackson was cleared of all charges, including four counts of molesting a minor, four counts of intoxicating a minor to molest him, one count of attempted child molestation, one count of conspiring to hold the boy and his family captive, and conspiring to commit extortion and child abduction.

Clouds have once again gathered above the superstar's legacy in the wake of the "Leaving Neverland" documentary, in which two men, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, allege they were sexually abused as children.

Jackson's family have denied the allegations, and are currently suing HBO over a 30-year-old non-disparagement clause.
