Regarding Dirty Diana, I hope to clear things up once for all as no one seems to remember. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but MJ decided not to perform Dirty Diana out of respect for Lady Di, so he removed it from the list. However, just before the show he met Lady Di and she told him that it was one of her favorite songs and that he just HAD TO perform it. So that's probably why all of sudden MJ changed the set list back and performed Dirty Diana (probably instead of TWYMMF).

It doesn't matter whether it is VHS, DVD, or Blu-Ray. What matters is taht the source on which it was video recorded was the best it could be. If the source has flaws, be it DVD or Blu Ray, they too would have thos esame flaws. If the VHS is flawless, we could have a nice DVD quality. As blu-ray show more details it could show also more flaws, don't forget that.

I want to be optimistic, but that video quality looked pretty dire. I'm stunned that the only available source is a VHS tape, if that's really true.

A Harry Potter Blu-Ray, DVD, and VHS comparesion. I suggest to take a look, but it is in German (I think). Im guessing the VHS will look like the VHS he has.

Cannot wait for the live CD! There is a member here by the name of 'Go Flying' who recorded the concert through the sound trucks at the arena. He says he had never heard MJ sound better then the night of July 16th.

It really seems like they wanna please the fans this time!


The prices are absolutely fine. 3 CD and DVD and lots of other stuff for 45 US dollars is not expensieve!! In Denmark that's only 260 kr.. - You can't even get 2 normal CD for that!

This is no doubt the best release SONY and The Estate has come up with since MJ's death. - And TII was damn good too.

Can't believe we get all we ever dreamed of and then some are negative anyway...

This is a time for celebration and joy. Live CD and a 1988 BAD Concert! - That's GREAT!! - And a bonus CD with demos as MJ left them - untouched! - Perfect. - Just like we wanted it! New songs, demos etc. I do not care about remixes either, but they may surprise me and be good. I can't know before I hear them.

So cheer up and Smile!!!

Bumper I did see him on Barbara Wawa and he was saying the part about her telling him no to sing it. Now I did not see the rest of the footage where he said he put it back because I did not like the way Barbara Wawa was looking at him as though he was an insect, so I turned the thing off.

I can't wait for the never heard before demos and songs!! The live album will be GREAT too.

And the Wembley Concert will be the icing on the cake!!

Great great great. - I am so very exited.

This would make MJ so very proud and HAPPY.

I just hope the concert is in good quality!

It'd be funny if we'd been fooled and they were releasing a Blu-Ray with CRYSTAL quality. I'm excited for everything, I couldn't care less about quality, remixes, anything.. I'm just happy. Happier than I've been for a while, and I owe that to Michael and the Estate. Can't wait for this.

For me the best bonus is seeing Michael practicing, dressing for the show, giving directions for the show. I do not care much about hearing people talk about him if there is footage of the man himself.

OK, this is from Private home movies. Around 1:40, Michael says that it was too late to put Dirty Diana back into the show. Once again, he might have simply forgot given many years have passed.

The standard for the show was to have them both in the show.

Unless what you're saying is that for the encore, rather than WAY YOU..., he did DD (finding out later about it).

Isn't there a bootleg recording around of this show (audio)?

I have A Wembley audio recording, but it has ALL the songs, so it probably isn't the one they are releasing.

Yeah, it is a very good price. Much cheaper than the Ghost box-set when it was released. - And this has much more new in it.

I don't know for sure, but there were reports in the papers that Lady Diana sang and danced to the song at her seat. So I think that he performed it.. although papers write all kinds of stuff.

every artist use this this, and they are idols, like the media describe them.

here what i want to say, again.

there is no blue ray.
and it look like to me sony and the estate want to provit from this 2 times.
first a dvd, and later a blu ray.

and generally, when i look on all these packages, the prices are much too high.
and who needs this dj mixes?
and i looks like to me the estate and sony destroy a project again, like they did in the past.
they did not learn form the mistakes the made in the past.
they only have a vhs tape from the bad tour? i dont think so.
for me there is some things wrong.

and this i my opinion.
