They never met before but I read that MJ was rehearsing for his concert in the next studio over from the AI tour rehearsals. I really were hoping they could work together, that would have been amazing :(

I love Adam Lambert! At first I was so disappointed that he didn't win American Idol but then I figured it's better for him anyway in the long run seeing as he can perform and make any kind of music he wants to without being tied down with the American Idol contract. I am such a fan of his though, he is such a talent, I know he'll be big !
 
I loooovvveeee Adam! He's the first contestant that I've ever voted for straight through the competition, and the whole time the phone lines were open. He has such wonderful potential in the music industry. I can't wait for the Idol tour to be over, so he can get out there and do his own thing. May I also say, he's soooo sexy! :cheeky:

I agree starlight, I wanted to see Adam and Michael work together too. It's so sad. :( Didn't Adam say that Michael actually wanted to meet him?
 
Yes, Michael did want to meet Adam and work with him
and it almost happened! Michael was in the staples center rehearsing for his tour and Adam was in the building next store rehearsing for the idols tour. Adam said that he could even hear Michael performing :(

I found the coolest Adam/Michael remix. We can actually hear what they sound like together its pretty nice actually>>>

I am not on the Adam train. I think he's got some talented pipes but he's too over the top for me. If it were the 1980's and hair bands were still all the rage he could be a big hit but otherwise I don't see where he fits in to our musical landscape.
 
I like Adam Lambert - I loved his version of Mad World.
 
Adam has a great voice. I adore him.
I know somebody who went to school with his boyfriend and they still keep in contact. They say Adam is the nicest guy. I believe it, he's always smiling! Cutie.

Pretty cool remix! What a shame that the collaboration didn't happen. Even if they wrote a few songs together, it would have been awesome! :cry:

I mean when Michael wants to work and meet with YOU, that's one heck of an honor! :)

Good for him. I think he's awesome. His voice is incredible. He stand out from the crowd. Wish him all the best
 
i love adam! he is so amazing! i fell in love with him when he did Michael's "Black or white" on Idol. unbelieveable cover!! loved it!! Adam is very different and he stands out in what he does and i guess in some ways he is kinda a male version of Lady Gaga. and also i really think ppl nned to lay off him about his ama's performance. didnt bother me what he did and i think ppl need to just judge him on his music and not his 1 performance.
 
I like Adam. He's willing to take risks and I think that's a good thing. My mom showed me his cover of "Mad World" and I was impressed. It would have been great to see him work with Michael. That's unfortunate. :( I want his new album now.
 
I don't really pay any attention to Idol... but I've heard a few things by him and saw the AMA performance and I am impressed! I love the risk he takes because he's just being HIM and not conforming to a certain standard... MJ was like that too, he did his own thing regardless of critics. I definately want to hear more now.
