Was that the 2010 remix? I somewhat feel that mix is superior to both the 1989 mix, and the 2014 mix, so why they didn't use that is beyond me.

I'm not talking about Bieber's mix. I didn't even bother listening to that one.

That is Tricky Stewart's 2010 mix done for MICHAEL. They rejected it because it sucks.

It is boring and has that techno sound like someone is playing Ping Pong. I never liked it. Now I'm enjoying both new versions (Tim's & OG).

Same here if i didn't have my yellow walkman i wouldn't step outside and on week ends i was jammin' to mj on one of these

I don't think the 2010 mix "sucks." I think it has more there, it's more danceable. I still like what ended up on the album.

Bummer... we didn't get the poster with the deluxe version in Germany! Weird.

Well, I have a plot to get it. I already ordered the deluxe for my sister's birthday... back home in the US next week. She's a fan of his music, but I know she'll never put up an MJ poster in her house, so I'll ask her to mail it to me, hahaha :lol: :pirate:

More dancable? New version is made for dancing. Look the guy in Xperia ad or Twins from Immortal dancing to it on youtube. It's sick.

I actually prefer Trickys version to the new version. Trickys version is the same concept as the original.

back in 91 there was just this lol and believe me i'd pay to get back to those years first time i heard "Who Is It" man that was a life changing moment and it was on a gear like this one

Absolutely not. Tim's version is closer to original. Tricky's has nothing to do with original. Tricky himself said that he wanted to "destroy the original production".

Really? I find they're completely different! Original STTR sounds so 80s! I love that about it :D Out of all three, that one is my fave.

Omg... :eek: I have a similar Cassette/Radio player in a storage somewhere :lol: Good times when we had to actually push buttons to play music... :D

The original version of STTR and the Timbaland mix are both incredible. The Tricky mix is good for a techno song, but not for a MICHAEL song.

I'll write a full review tomorrow but as of right now I APPERCIATE all the new mixes but absolutely love the new mixes of Chicago, Loving You, and Xscape over the originals.

Xscape remix is particularly amazing. I agree. I wasn't sold on it the first time I heard it, but it's a great closer.
