I just saw a commercial for the Sony phone and they were playing Slave to the Rhythm and promoting Michael yay!

OMG The estate was serious when they said they were launching an unprecedented promotion for this project.

And LNFSG was a PERFECT choice for the first single. Such a great summer, feel good song!! Bravo Estate!

When Bumper says "I wanna dance" then he actually means that he'll let his (two) fingers dance. When he says "I wanna breakdance" then he'll break his fingers.:)

Sony did it again, sell a MJ BEST OF cd box:

XSCAPE!

It's so damn good! They need to erase "Michael" album from MJ's legacy ASAP! and recork those tracks as they did with XSCAPE! And of course throw away, throw out, throw up the unfamous three tracks sung by JM.

Gee it reminds me of all the initial complaints about the estate not promoting the album. I am glad all those people are now and will enjoy all the promotion.

Bumper is it safe to say that you are in love with this album?

I am definitely sure! I want the Estate to release always the albums this way. Rework and leave the original ones! Once you've heard those tracks, be it reworked or the original ones, it is unconceivable for me to be a fan and think that we almost could have never heard any of these GEMS!!!

I agree with Bumper. I adore the way that this album was put together, and I think that's the way every future album should be like.

This album transports me to Off The Wall, Thriller, Bad, Dangerous, History, Invincible eras and suspends me in time and space of what today's music has the best to offer.

I can't understand why slave wasn't put onto the Dangerous album, instead of SDMW or CLHGA.
DYKWYCA reminds me of Nintendos Super Mario Bros Underworld theme lol

The new thumping beat on APWWN gives the song so much momentum. I actually feel like I'm riding through the desert now, bumpin' about, with a cloud of sand trailing me.

Ah, good catch... the underground theme from Super Mario Bros. meets Depeche Mode.

And the harp instrumentation on Loving You reminds me of the fairy fountain theme from Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

I'm confused about the mix I had before now. There is a demo from 1989 of Slave, and a remix, both of which wasn't the one I was digging before.

Was that the 2010 remix? I somewhat feel that mix is superior to both the 1989 mix, and the 2014 mix, so why they didn't use that is beyond me.

I'm not talking about Bieber's mix. I didn't even bother listening to that one.

Listening the original version of DYKWYCA now with headphones. Definitely different vocals than on Tim's and 2010 version. This may be Bad era song.
