Until the album? I'm getting 29?
24 days!

In my day, I've never seen a posthumous album get its own display in New York City before anything regarding it (track listing, debut single) is announced.
There's video footage of the Michael Jackson Xscape ad in Times Square.I am not sure that ad is authentic. Only one picture from one person of the ad in all of New York, U.S. I believe Michael would have more fans than that in that area. Promotion has been the GMA announcement, press articles on the announcement, listening party reviews and fan focus group reviews.
It will be released May 9 in some country, so only 25 days .

Yes and it looks to be the same person who took the picture although I am unsure if they are one and the same.
One picture and one video seems strange to me for all of New York, U.S. when there are several pictures of the Invincible ad. My friend confirmed to me the billboard of the Bad cd cover during the Bad25 promotion was not real.

just for FYI - the person that took the NY Times Square ad is mkgenie - a member here. Also that's not a fixed ad. That's a video screen that's alternating among different Sony products. So you have to be there at the right time to see it.
Here's a live cam link for it. The moment I'm posting this it's showing a PS4 commercial. http://www.earthcam.com/usa/newyork/timessquare/?cam=tstwo

i'll be in Timesquare today to check it out
mkgenie has always been a very reliable source of info here on the forum. If he took these pictures, I don't see a reason to doubt their authenticity.Respect77, three pictures taken from three angles by the same person and the ad has the exact same lighting no matter where it is viewed. It is not logical only one person has saw this ad. Michael has many more New York, U.S. fans.
We get the first single tomorrow or the next few days

Using Ivy’s link we can all see it for ourselves.

I was not stirring anything. You seemed to have some doubts about the authenticity of the ad, and I just wanted to let you know that mkgenie has always provided solid information and thus has a proven track record. Do with that information whatever you wish. I was simply trying to help.I am unsure why you are stirring the conversation in that direction. I only want to know that the ad is authentic. You think all the thousands of MJ fans are going to post those pics in this forum or any forum for that matter? Don't get that. Believe me, I lived in NY, there are thousands upon thousands of MJ fans in NYC.
Well, if they all come from mkgenie in that case you ARE accusing him of making it up, so no one is really "stirring the conversation in that direction" but you.

I was talking about the authenticity of the pictures. The only reason I wrote that about mkgenie is because I thought you might not have known about his proven track record. I thought knowing that might make you feel more confident that the photos are authentic (and that the ad is thus shown in Times Square). Again, I was just trying to help.I have doubts about the ad being in Times Square. That is not the same as having doubts about a member which is what is being suggested.
It seems the Xscape ad is not a motion ad; simply a still picture of the cd cover based on the still pictures and the video.

My mother is in New York now and she's seen the ad, and she's says it's like in the video mkgenie posted.
It seems to pan up, down, and zoom in of its own volition...I haven't seen it yet.
