Does anyone know if the album has been released in China yet? I know it had to get clearance from the authorities but am not sure if this was solved

Right in their imbecile faces! I seriously think Billboard imposed that second place to Michael.

This is the early prediction Top 15 for the USA. Robin Thicke has a new album "Paula" and is predictted to debut with only 23000 albums. That`s horrbile. Not that I am intrested in him but I would have expected with the last year success he would likely have a big debut-week.

YOUR TOP 15: With the approaching holiday weekend—and varying traffic patterns at retail—please expect a greater-than-usual margin of error. Here's how it looks headed into the weekend:

*Trey Songz (Atlantic) 90-100k
Ed Sheeran (Atlantic) 50-55k
Sam Smith (Capitol) 45-50k
Frozen (Walt Disney) 35-40k
*Seether (Bicycle Music/Concord) 30-35k
*Magic! (Latium/RCA) 27-30k
Lana Del Rey (Interscope) 27-30k
Miranda Lambert (RCA Nashville) 27-30k
Now 50 (NOW) 23-26k
Brantley Gilbert (Valory) 20-23k
*Robin Thicke (Star Trak/Interscope) 20-23k
*Colt Ford (Average Joe's) 17-20k
*Hillsong Worship (Hillsong) 17-20k
Linkin Park (Warner Bros.) 16-18k
Jersey Boys Soundtrack (Rhino) 15-17k
Coldplay (Parlophone) 15-17k

Loving You is not the next official single. as has been discussed in the Xscape discussion thread. It is issued for radio play ... until the 2nd official single and video is released in August ..

Do you think MJ will stay in Top 20 this week?

I think no. I hope it will not go as much down as it seems it will be in the UK-charts today. Midweek chart UK didn`t have Xscpae in Top 40, which is really a big decline from place 16 last week.

________

worldwide i-tunes charts:

Xscape: 17, same as yesterday

LNFSG: 9 (plus 2)

The UK drop seems very bizarre given the album's steady performance there so far. I am really hoping that chart is wrong and the final results will be better

LNFSG fell from 34 to 35 on the airplay chart. Still doing well without promotion, but it's fading.

http://kworb.net/radio/

Wish Justin would've performed the song in some of his concerts. Or more interviews by the producers.

We'll get tomorrow a crappy documentary, most of it which we have already seen. Great promotion guys, just perfrect. Bring out some f*cking studio footage for the next song and make a montage similar to "Apologize" by One Republic and you will have a hit. Bring out Chicago or APWNN.

Agreed.

Monies were spent on the several edits of this one documentary that should have only been seen for purchase with Xscape deluxe. Now it will be seen in totality for free. (Actually it has been on the internet for free for some time.) It is also illogical that global MJ fans have to wait until a U.S. holiday has passed to see yet another edit of the documentary.

I believe this is somehow defeating the purchase of the deluxe.

Save the monies for proper promotions instead of releasing bridge singles that are at the mercy of radio disc jockeys and fans requesting the song.

Xscape is showing at 38 in the uk official top 40 (and Bad is at 18!)

Does anyone know why Xscape dropped so much in the UK chart?

Reasoning behind Bad charting:

How has this happened all of a sudden? No it's not the death anniversary, it isn't because of Xscape, it's because of Google Play's deal that the album BAD is the album of the week and was sold at 99p for the full album.

A Horse With No Name also scored high on the Catalogue Chart here at number 2.

Question please: does anyone know if this is the original Bad or the Bad25 version with the six demos?
