I know some of you don't think much of Lisa, but my gut tells me she's got a LOT of unfinished business with him and it's sure going to bother her for a long time.

some relationships are karmic. too intense and painful while they last, but stay with you for ever and ever. I believe their's was one of those.

Goodness. . . just his song would upset her?!?! Michael is all over the place all over the world. There is no way she can hide from hearing his music or seeing his image.

I feel bad saying this, but I wonder how long her marriage is going to last with Lockwood? I was hoping that she could finally have a happy ending with a husband and her two new new babies. I hope that she is getting some kind of counseling, also. I think she has a lot of guilt and regret, which is not good for her.

No matter what happened before, I know she cared and still cares about him a lot. Her punishment for whatever harsh words or actions she had towards him will be the inner turmoil she'll have to deal with for the rest of her life.

I just hope someway somehow she can find some peace.

Some fans got in an online argument on facebook with Lisa's former fiance, John Oszajca, and John basically said that Michael is an a-hole and that he cheated on LMP. I don't know if he meant during the marriage or during their supposed post-divorce relationship.

Mmmmm. . . my thoughts immediately thought Debbie because MJ was so quick in getting her pregnant. But people at this other forum think otherwise.

Aww this is sad, I really think that they still love each other... even some of the fan cry when hearing MJ song.. why not LMP??? I wonder that she's been hiding her feeling, like sitting in the last row at his burial, but she didn't care that people will catch her walking off the dance floor when the song came up.

That`s right, that must be Debbie.
Even Lisa knew that. She heard about his meetings with Debbie but she thought that was only joke or rumor.

Someone on another MJ board said Lockwood was with her and said that he could be seen in the pics. But I couldn't find him.

But if he was there, I feel bad for him. His wife getting that upset because one of her ex-husband's songs was played. How is he handling this???

Yes, after reading yours and elmari´s comments and the lyrics again I think you are probably right about that. And writing this song after a water balloon fight sounds so very much like Michael.

I think Break of Dawn is totally Lisa, there's a part that say "People talk, people say what we have is just a game". People may say that he had load of girls in his life, but none fo them were claim to be a fake marriage like he and Lisa faced back then.

"Don't walk away" is so sad, I wonder her wrote that when they getting a divorce or when they actually parted way in 1999? The part that goes "All my dreams been broken
I don't know where we're going", I think it's about his dream to have a family and baby. Lisa also used the word "walk away" in an interview about MJ. She said it's something I walked away years ago.

Thank you so much mlg2804 for posting this! Speechless is one of my absolute favourite songs and it´s really nice to have the chance to read what Michael said about it in his own words! It´s so sweet.
And yes, I´m also glad that he mentions the romantic side of the song..

Yeah, I've used that lyric from her song 'The Road Between' as a quote in my signature:

I changed my furniture to make you go away
I'm still overwhelmed at how much space you take. Youíre all I see. And it's definitely my fault.


I don't like listening to the song though because I think her voice is awful.

Thank you for this! The only think I don't like about this is how they make it seem like Michael didn't love Lisa at all! Its so sad because we all know he truly did love her.

So yeah, the excerpt ^^ is going to be biased on behalf of the Presleys since the book is about Priscilla and no one in the Presley camp approved nor liked Michael or the fact that they got married.

But the book shines a negative light on Lisa, as well. There were a few interesting tidbits, especially those from Brett since he was the one that knew both of them.

I just hate that everyone thinks that Michael did not love Lisa. It's obvious that these people did not know Michael at all and were just making judgements from what they knew from opinions of others.

I do believe that Lisa was the one doing the pursuing all the way. I didn't know that there was so much connection with getting a record deal. I remember her stating that she didn't marry Michael for a recording career during PTL and he smiled at that. So yah, I do believe her because it took her almost 10 more years to finally release an album.

I feel bad that no one really gave Michael and Lisa a chance or rather they didn't give Michael a chance. I do think that they rushed into marriage and could have benefited if they had dated longer to see if they were really compatible. But who knows if Michael would have gotten so involved if he hadn't been accused of those allegations. I do think he knew he had to do something to prove to the world that he wasn't a child abuser.

I'm still waiting for Lisa to write a book. I think she will, eventually. But it's definitely going to be biased.
