How to stay young
As you all probably know Michael has kept his youthful appearance till his late 30’s late 40’s, an appearance we must admit any 20 year old would envy. People begun wondering why, what did he use? How did he do it? They began speculating and inventing stories as to how he slept in an oxygen chamber to keep that face young. Now I don’t know if he has ever been asked how he does it, or if he ever gave an answer, but I have a pretty good idea of how he did that.
The treatment for staying young doesn’t involve anti-aging creams, face lifts, makeup, cosmetic surgery or ant of the expensive stuff they try to shove down our throats nowadays. It’s simple and free; all you got to do is follow these few steps.
• When you get out of bed in the morning thank the Lord for the new day, that the sun has raised, that you have woken up, that the flowers are blooming, that the rain still cools your flaming body in the summer, and for all the other million things you can be thankful for.
• When you see a child, look him in the eyes and smile, and then watch his face break into a big smile. That smile is the most efficient anti-aging in the universe.
• When you see a puppy, look into its eyes and see all the faithfulness and kindness that is hid in them. Take it and lock it in your heart, it’s better than any facelift a surgeon can give.
• Remember to smile at least three times a day.
• Say “I love you” at least once a day
• Never forget to have a little fun.
• Before going to bed think about the things that have happened that day and about what you can learn from those things, and then thank God for giving you the opportunity to learn those things.
These will keep you young from the inside out and when time begins to take its toll, your heart will still be young and that will reflect on the outside giving you a beauty and youthful appearance anyone could envy.
