This whole thing screams set up, please... the thing that makes it obvious to me is not the fact that MJ isn't there (being honest, only hardcore fans knew about this), but that others like Madonna and The Beatles aren't either. We all saw MTV kissing Britney's ass on the VMAs, this is just part 2 of the PR plan to bring her back. Oh and BTW, Perez Hilton is also involved in this show so...

The Rick thing was a voting scam basically, thats how he got 99.9% of votes
 
there is no way that any of the six finalists got more votes than MJ, Madonna & The Beatles etc etc - what a load of ....................
 
personally i hope Rick Astley wins as it will just show how totally cr** it is a one hit wonder wins best act ever.
