So the coroner who on the stand said he did not do the autopsy until June 26 and even after he was done he said he still did not have a cause of death told Lietoya what Michael died from on June 25? Some people will make themselves look like total asses for attention.
 
It's smoke and mirrors..

I watched recent speech of Latoya and all I can say it's all smoke and mirrors folks.

First of all I need to applaud Latoya for being so smart and avoiding a defamation lawsuit; getting a fan shout out the name, saying she doesn't know but what she has heard etc. Give her props, she's smart. In a second or so, you start to question why tell this now? Even if true why hold on to this for 2 years and why is she bringing one of Michael's kids to this mess?

Putting all questions aside, let's evaluate this - by assuming what she says is true and indeed Randy Phillips was at the house that night. So you have one of Michael's kids letting Randy Phillips into the house before their bed time - let's say around 9-10 PM. You have Randy Phillips testifying that he was at the rehearsals - at least when it ended and most probably he would have tens of people that saw him there. You have video footage of Murray and Michael arriving at the house around 1 AM. You have a bunch of follower fans that didn't see Randy Phillips leave the house. Added all together this means - even if Randy Phillips was at Michael's house he left there before Murray's and Michael's arrival and he was at Staples center when Michael left the rehearsals.

What does that mean? NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. Even if it might be true , it doesn't put Phillips in the house around the time of Michael's death (which is 12 hours later - between 10AM and 12 PM), it doesn't put Phillips in contact or communication with Murray (as he left before Murray came). It means absolutely nothing. Heck Phillips might have stopped by the house to drop a contract and then left to go to the rehearsals.

I also have to add that I don't understand this conspiracy. Neither Joe nor Katherine in their lawsuits blame AEG or anyone else to physically killing Michael. The lawsuits are based on responsibility - not caring for Michael enough, not making sure that Murray is legit and so on and so on. None of the lawsuits alleges another killer in the house. Furthermore Katherine's lawsuit wasn't able to show a single proof for civil conspiracy and had to drop that claim. There's almost slim to none chance that any conspiracy let alone a criminal one can be established.

While I understand arguing that AEG has responsibility and believe that it deserves a trial, I fail to understand this theatrics. It just seems to be done just to please a group of fans. or people are just delusional about reality. The lie about Coroner is unbelievable.

Also when I was watching this video, I remembered of Latoya's 1993 press conference in which she accused Michael. She has the same fire and passion and belief in this video as well. I was always skeptical of her explanation for the 1993 press conference, to me she never looked like she was reading from a piece of paper under force. After seeing this video I made my mind and I'm certain that the 1993 press conference was something she did willingly.

statements against MJ in 1993 _ I did a thread to show why I believe that a few months ago. She hasnt changed one bit
except for the worse in my opinion. I ashamed and embarrased to call her Michael's sister. I just take this very personal
becuase he deserves so much better especially from his own family. She is one scary evil woman in my eyes and the fact
she has access and influence over MJs children scares me the most. I dont know why more are not enraged by this and
bring it to the Estate, the court and AEG's attention . She needs brought down hard before she can do any futher damage.

She already received a letter from Branca now she is after other people. Now your brother dies, and you find out someone was in the house, and you do nothing. You do not run to the police with the information. Rather, you make veiled comments on shows and at a tribute. Is that going to get justice for your brother? What a nut. What type of people believe this woman anyway. Can't they see her behaviors after she learned about the intruder does not make sense.

Obviously AEG was interested in this case because they already knew that the family was suing them. Why is she surprised that they were involved with the case and police investigation? Nut.

Sorry I could not read the whole transcript because the speech pattern made my head spin.

Then she goes on to the (others) who MJ wanted out of his life. She knows better
then to say the name (Branca) but We know who she is speaking about

She also tells several lies - that we know not to be true
In one she saying the first day in hospital after MJ passed the coroner told both
her and Randy Phillps that Mj was full of prooful and somone deliberatly killed him.
We know They didnt even do testing for propful that day- they didnt even know he
was administered propful yet - I believe she just makes this up as she goes along

I tried to avoid this topic since I know how it was going to end, but it's even worst than I thought. Toya literally makes my IQ drop. She's worst than Fox News.

I will say, however, that I'm very proud of my fellow fans here. When I first came here over two years ago, hard to believe it was that long ago, the fanbase was split 50/50 with believing Toya and people like her lies. When I pointed out the problems in their stories there was a chance of being called an AEG or Sony spy. Now, only a few believe Toya while the majority can see right through her BS. To me, this is a big jump and I'll happily take it.

As for Toya in some in that family, I will be super piss if they dare defend Murray with this kind of BS and how dare they dragged Michael's kids into this. I hope they get rip apart and even countered sued during their AEG lawsuit. They can't be allowed to get away with this BS.
 
@Ivy, you are absolutely right.

Why does LaToya do it? *Lights, camera, action* Exactly the same in '93, at no point either at the press conference or at any tv interviews did she appear to have any problem with saying what she was saying, she was always so animated.

And I agree with @qbee and others here regarding the children, there is a bigger plan afoot, mark my words.
 
It just makes me very sad for what she did to Michael and is still doing with such pride and enthusiasm
Now she has complete access to his children and I really feel enraged. How can we ignore this ?? and
How can we stop it ... I know some think this is trivial but I look at it as the ultimate betrayal :boohoo
 
Kinda ironic to see even those who defended LAtoya just a couple of months ago jump on her now, prominent posters were fierce fighters, saying they were giving latoya another chance, they were downing, clowning, jumping on those of us, who said from the beginning that this woman is up to no good, that this woman hadn't changed at all, some were attacked for questioning an ''abuse victim'' like latoya for her explanation for 1993/1996/1992 basically throughout the bullshit she pulled in the nineties. And the same ones are now able to see through her, and see her for what she is a vindictive delusional, attention whore who is able and willing to do and say anything for fame and the mighty $.

The mask if finally dropping, people are able to see through them which is a good thing and I applaud those for finally being able to see through her.

In some fairness, I do think Toya was abused, both by her father and husband, and that she does have mental problems. It's obvious that something isn't right with Toya upstairs and I think she is what my dad calls functionally retarded. I don't mean this in a demeaning way, but I think someone like Toya needs a strong authority figure in her life to keep her in line.

With that said, I questioned how much she was 'force' to say those things in 93 after her book tour, specially. For anyone who paid attention to do, she did the exact same thing when her first book came out. Namely, she claimed all this stuff that doesn't even appear in the book she's promoting. From her first book it was the sexual abuse of herself and her older sister and some negative stuff about Michael. This time, she goes into more detail about this supposed murder plot that doesn't even appear in the book like the whole 'I hate so-and-so' notes.

Toya is an attention whore who I doubt believes her own crap. There was a time when I thought she did actually believed in a murder plot, but now i can't even give her that.
 
I agree with Ramona. There's nothing wrong with giving people chance and/or giving them the benefit of the doubt. We don't need to be a always hate and lynch mob. Also similar to Ramona I still believe that she was abused and probably dealing with permanent effects of it. The only thing was that she claimed she was forced and knew what she was doing was wrong in 1993. I'm now more likely to believe that she was brainwashed to believe what she's saying.

I really do not think she was abused by Joe, but by the husband. She did show black and blue marks from hubby. To me Joe spent a lot out of time outside the house and mainly dealt with the boys. I could see him telling her what to do, but "abusing" her, I question that. I don't like Joe's behavior, but sometimes we cannot blame every wrong thing in Latoya's life on Joe and hubby. This is a senior citizen who is living that same vindictive life that she did in the 90s. I do agree though, that maybe the mental processes are a bit warped, whether the condition is clinical, I do not know.

It seems she has made herself the spokes person for the family in relation to the AEG case, because to the family Michael's death is the AEG case. After all Muarry is only the fall guy who did what AEG told him to do. Latoya is actually trying to win the family's trial in the media, but she needs to learn that the case will be tried in court and not on TV, in public opinion, and at tributes.

the problem with that is none of the things she says are in the AEG case. For example there's no claim of physically being in the house or physically giving drugs and directly killing Michael. They are sued on the basis of breach of contract (that they needed to maintain Michael's best interest in mind but instead risked it), negligent hiring, supervising and training (didn't check Murray's background and didn't hire or stop his treatment when Michael showed negative effects) and fraud (acting like they were looking out for Michael's best interests but in reality making sure that he'll continue with the tour and AEG would profit).

So all these erased security tapes, people in the house, handwritten hate notes etc is irrelevant to the AEG lawsuit.

wow. i have always supported Wagner, and have offered my help with the project. but if he is going after Judge Pastor he's a fool. Pastor has not been anything but fair in this trial.

I think she's just a selfish, demented attention whore, who is also bitter with the rest of them about being left out of the will.

Let me guess, that in the real will she is named an executor, entitled to a 20 per cent stake in the Estate and listed next in line to Katherine as the guardian of his children.

Really, nothing this family says or does surprise me at this point. The Jacksons as a whole have shown themselves to be a bunch of greedy and selfish people. They actually put money over their murdered brother who supported and acted as a lighting rod for them for years. Most of them, especially Toya, sat in court and saw and heard what Murray did to their brother and how he didn't give a damn even now. But, it's all about AEG and the estate. Heck, I wouldn't be surprise if they called Murray as a witness for their lawsuit at this point. To add even more salt to the wound, they have shown more outrage over fans not supporting their projects than they ever shown over Murray or the leeches that talked about their love one like a dog during the trial.

^^You know I was wondering the same thing, that they would want Muarry to be one of their witnesses. We all know they agreed with the addict testimony because some nod their heads. I really think that suit will really show people what these people are really like. I expect during the case that Latoya will be on various programs pushing her unique knowledge about how weak and afraid Michael was.

It's so funny, one of my friends was at my house a couple of hours ago and we were studying randomly she asked about Murray and his sentencing, she really didn't care about the trial, and didn't follow it, but it was clear to her that Murray was guilty from the beginning at least of IVM if not murder 2, anyways she asked about the sentencing then we spoke about Michael's kids and somehow ended up on the family, and she was like ''they're all a bunch of greedy loser's''. and she doesn't even give crap about them, nor does she follow their doins like I do, she isn't aware of a lot of things yet she knew the family, i.e. michael's parents (especially joe) and siblings were opportunistic and greedy. Kinda surprised me to hear an ''outsider's'' view on the family, she doesn't know much but the little she does know when it comes to their pattern of throwing michael under the bus, is enough for her to come to the conclusion that the family sucks. I'm sure a lot of other people are like her, not really involved but still now that these people suck.

I see nothing but negativity everywhere when it comes to the family. This is why I laugh at those who try to make it out like it is just the fans that think badly of them. After MJ's passing they just did everything wrong and just did not present themselves well. Never understood why they didn't get themselves a PR team or something.

Well, my dad saw through the family years ago. It could be because he's an old time fan, he's ten years older than Michael, or because he is good at reading human nature. I remembered when the American Dream came out, the Jackson mini series, he said even then that the family were a bunch a greedy people and the series didn't tell the entire truth. I thought the family did have a greedy streak, but would come together when it really counted like the trial and Michael's memorial. My dad has proven, not for the first time, he can read people far better than me. He was right from the jump.

What you've friend obvious is very easy for anyone to see, even if they only payed casual attention. Which is why no one in the industry respect the Jacksons. They are, for the lack of better words, a walking side show. The only good thing that has come from the Jacksons making fools of themselves is that people have more pity for Michael and shows that he wasn't the most screwed up person in that family. In fact, Michael is coming across quite sane now of days.
