I couldn't have said it better. The suggestion that Michael was murdered as part of some plot is an utterly ridiculous theory that is not supported by a shred of evidence. It's no more logical than the insulting hoax theories. And who is LaToya Jackson? :)

agree. it personally makes me sick that his own family are trying to belittle what happened inorder to make money by giving interviews about the conspiracy. in doing this they act like the killingis nothing but a game and a joke and to me that is on the same level as a hater who ridicules and dismisses what has happened to mj. she disgusts me as the only reason they are saying this is to blame AEG and to try and win their lawsuit. its typical jackson mentality.belittle mjs killing cause it doesnt go with the agenda of getting money out of AEG which is for the good of the family to the point of saying they feel sorry for murray.what sicko says that

Elusive I understand your frustration .. and I respect your opinion, always ..

But sometimes you bring things to the extreme. Nobody will guarantee who is wrong and who is right. (and I'm speaking generally not about Latoya)

I don't support Latoya and I'm not going to do it because she failed on many levels. I agree that she never showed any evidence in support of what she says. However if I have any doubts I don't base them on what Latoya is talking about.

Another thing with which I agree with some people, that a lot of things just don't fit .. and I'm not able to turn blind eye to it.. just because I don't like Latoya, or someone else ... or because it is such a consensus ..I can't..

I still have lots of doubts and I don't think that asking the questions in any way offends Michael ..

As Annie said, we have different philosophies and for that reason we should not hate each other, but at least sometimes try to understand......

I've had enough of LaToya, won't even bother watching that clip. Its time to either put up or shut up, enough time has passed for her and all the others shouting consipracy to show their proof. Wishful thing is'nt gonna cut it anymore, show us the proof! I sincerely hope though she is'nt discussing any of these unfounded theories with MJ's kids.

"A lot of things dont fit" does not make a Murder conspiracy - thats the EXACT same thing Believers say about MJ being alive becuase a lot of things just dont fit. I see everything fits. There is a logical reason for much of what people see as inconsistancies. What I dont see mentioned here in this thread or anywhere is one piece of solid evidence to back these claims. Not one thing in this thread has spoken to ANY evidence that even suggests conspiracy to murder. Eveything I have seen discussed by conspiracy theorist has a logical explaination in my book and none of it even if seeming odd has NO implication of a murder conspiracy -

The reasons some give are about as connected to a murder plot as believers saying they saw a ceramic Elephant in Judge Pastors court room and that is evidense or a clue MJ is alive. When questioned just like conspiracists they say well it just one part and if you would look at all the evidence it would make sense. Logic shows us none of the evidense they show connects in any way to form such an opinion. Just as all the disconnected facts in the murder conspiracy theory do not fit together in any way to show a murder plot. In fact the same evidense conspiracy theorist use to show MJ was murdered is the same evidence beleivers use to say MJ is a live - Why ?? becuase the evidense doesn't connect at all to proove thier case in either senario ... Its all ridiculas

make a public victim statement for the cameras - God I hope not :( how hypocritical
would that be after her statement above that Murry is taking the blame and covering
for someone else ..

For those of you who were supporting William Wagner and his ish - He has just made a statement on this video of Latoya and accused Judge Pastor of taking a bribe .:doh: I hope none of you donated to his fake ass project where he was telling fans he needed millions of dollars from them to proceed.

Yes, that which LaToya said is valid. I was there in the back, she is right about the majic deception, right hand attention, while the Left hand does the dirty work. This was an INSIDE job. Judge PASTOR must have taken a very big Bribe, as they all do in L.A. Remember "free Fine", Richard Fine proved all L.A. Judges take bribes. Go La Toya, tell it like it ? is.

The more i'm watchin Latoya, the more i'm getting sure the song "Wanna be startin' something" MJ wrote only about her. She's absolutely crazy and i think she always was (not only since Gordon).

imo latoyas motives arent pure. i dont believe for a second that she believes what shes saying her agenda is AEG. the same can be said for fans who are family stans whos agenda is the family is more important than mj. thats very diff to fans who have genuien concerns

that gives me nightmares her randy and rebbie getting up there and calling him an addict but he was my brother. any immediate member other than katherine or the kids getting up there will be a joke imo and they will no doubt be begging for that 100 mill than anything else

God forbid such a thing happening, the only people making a victim statement should be Michael's three children and maybe Katie, the siblings and random relatives making one would turn this entire thing into a mockery.

I guess wagners upset he got thrown out of court by pastor for his phone ringing in the middle of a session. no doubt he has info about sneddon and the corruption there. but he had nothing to do with this case and just jumped on the bandwaggon for attention

My father is um what you guys don't know is that he raised all of us and he did an incredible job and you can see the outcome of all the siblings and what I admire most about my father this man is the fact that he fights for whats right, He speaks from his heart and he only wants the truth. A lot of people out there may not like that because he speaks the truth and they try to diffuse what he says, But I want you to pay close attention and listen to what is right.

When I say to you, my father knows this as well, when I say to you that we all want justice and that in the beginning Dr. Murray was the fall guy and I will continue, listen to me carefully. I will continue to say that he was the fall guy. He was instrumental to what happened to my brother. He should be held accountable for what happened to my bother and he will be held persecuted for what happened to my brother. But I want you to know one thing. He was not alone in this. I want you to know when I say fall guy that's exactly what he is and was. There are other people that are behind this, that did this and Dr Murray took the rap for it and he should be prosecuted for it because he was instrumental but we must get to the bottom and find out who exactly did it. You know your intuitions told you at the very beginning, don't let that leave you. What happened is the truth, what you know it is the truth.

You must remember I said something earlier that it's this whole case to me was like an Illusionist. It was like the movie The Illusionist and when I say that to you I say it because we are all focusing and concentrating on this right hand. Were not paying attention to what this left hand is doing. When we were in court we were presented withthe right hand. The left hand is the one that was instrumental in getting rid of my brother AND THOSE VERY PEOPLE THAT WERE IN COURT THEY KNOW THIS AND THEY COVERED IT UP AND THEY HID IT AND THEY DIDN'T WANT YOU, YOU , YOU OR YOU TO KNOW THIS IS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED. MY BROTHER i PROMISE YOU AND I WILL TELL YOU THIS. THEY MURDERED HIM, HE WAS MURDERED. THIS WAS NO MISTAKE, YET THEY LET SOMEONE ELSE TAKE THE RAP. THEY ALTERED EVERYTHING.

I asked for the surveillance tape of who came in and out of Michael's house and the police told me no. What did they do. They erased it all you are so right. You know why ? Because they know, they know who was on that tape. They know who walked in that room. They know who went in there and injected Michael. I was there the first day that he passed the coroner came back and told me and Mr Phillips, someone injected enough propoful in your brother to intentionally kill him. This is something you don't do in your home and it was done all the time. Who ever did this intentionally murdered him and this is what they did.

I will say this to you. I don't want to see anyone in trouble but I will say this. In the very beginning when this case started. AEG asked to be a part of this case. Now let me say something to you. When there's someone who's an artist and you are a promoter and the artist is no longer with us you walk away. Why did you ask the judge why did you make a file to be a part of this case and you want to be there? And when you're there in court the first thing you say to the judge is that we're very good friends with the Los Angeles Police department. You do understand that dont you judge? and of course the judge said yes I do. I saw right through what was going on. I knew what was going on. why should they be a part of this. They are the ones that Michael said would murder him. they are the ones. I'm not saying AEG. I'm saying these people that surrounded themselves. These people that he did not want any longer into his life. I will say this every last one of them is guilty.

There was someone in that house that night when my brother came home. Do you guys know who that someone is? ( someone in audience yells Randy Phillips ) and my brother didn't know it. Michael did not know that this man that she just said was in that house. He didn't have a clue but the reason I know that he was in the house. I didn't see him but someone in the house told me they let him in. and I said Ill say this, I wont way who it was but I said where was your dad and they said my dad was at rehearsals and I said then where did you go. they said I went to bed it was late and he was still there. So what happened to my brother? I wasn't there I didn't know I don't know Randy Phillips did it or not but I'm telling you. I Was told. I was told that he was in that house. I am not accusing anyone but I am saying keep your eyes open and watch everything. I want you all to do that. Its very important that we do this. I'm not accusing anyone. I'm making sure to let you know That I wasn't there. But I will say this there were people in that house and now he's no longer here.

These people that were in that house are getting away with this and I believe, a part of me believes that Murray truly knows what happened. I truly believe this. I truly believe that he knows what happened and he's not speaking. Of course so I'm hoping and urging that somebody who knows something will definitely come out and speak the truth. Whether its a paralegal. whether its a girlfriend, whether its a colleague,whether it's a secretary. But anybody that's involved these people that know what happened they need to come forward and speak the truth. because this is not right and its not fair. You cant go around doing this to other people and getting away with it. Its just not right.

So I'm asking all of you lets please stick together. work together and find out what truly happened. because this is not over, This is not over. This is what this right hand wants you to believe while the left hand did everything. Don't buy the media wit the right hand, this is what they put and impregnate in our minds so we can believe this . Don't believe it please. I love you. People like Randy Phillips and John Branca are whomever she goes after they don't have to take this crap from her. Randy Phillips IMO should have threatened her with a lawsuit the second his name came out of her mouth. This lady has no interest in getting anything but fame, money and attention for herself

wow thanks for the summary. I only watched half of the video then I can't stand it any longer. She is insane. Honestly, does this make any sense at all? If I am Randy Philip, I won't be so stupid to actually go to kill MJ myself and also talked to MJ's kids leaving witness. What kind of murderer do such stupid thing? Are you serious? LaToya should really make up a better conspiracy story than this. This story is way too stupid for people to believe. Randy can hire whatever he wanted to kill MJ if he really wanted MJ dead. Why do it himself and even talked to MJ's kids? Jesus, LaToya can't even have brain to make a believable story.

Honestly, John Branca and Randy Phillips should all go to sued her. This woman need someone to taught her a lessen. But I guess she would go see they are trying to cover up and shut my mouth by suing me.

the Court of altering everything that they know who murdered MJ and they covered it up a

who really killed MJ

She says Murray didnt inject Michael someone else did but still he should be
prosecuted for a crime he didnt commit just for being instrumental in covering it up
So she will sit and allows a man she believes didnt commit the crime be sentenced on the 29th

She says one of MJ Children told her they let Randy Phillips in the house on the
eve of Mj death and went to bed - someone in that house injected MJ. she is very
clearly tryign to implicate Randy Phillips in the actual murder. then on the next
breath says she is not to try and cover her butt .. but them she says again he
was in the house and someone in that house injected MJ.
First of all those chiildren were not allowed to answer that door and allow any one in that
house ANYONE with an ounce of comman sense knows that. Also not one the housekeepers,
BG etc ever mentioned that to the LAPD or in court. Is she also immplicating all of them in
the hire for murder consiracy.

Then she goes on to the (others) who MJ wanted out of his life. She knows better
then to say the name (Branca) but We know who she is speaking about

She also tells several lies - that we know not to be true
In one she saying the first day in hospital after MJ passed the coroner told both
her and Randy Phillps that Mj was full of prooful and somone deliberatly killed him.
We know They didnt even do testing for propful that day- they didnt even know he
was administered propful yet - I believe she just makes this up as she goes along

Just came across this video in the taj q and a thread, didn't realise it had its very own thread in this forum!

It would be great if she couldl be banned from the sentencing next week after these libellous remarks - she's clearly implicating pastor in her aeg conspiracy. Can someone who's on twitter tweet the video to the judge's office or to sky's murray correspondent mcparland.

I personally don't know how anyone can still believe her story of being forced to call mj a p*do by jack gordon in '93. It's nearly 20yrs later, gordon is dead and she is still out there making wild outrageous accusations in public - not caring who she is slandering or what the consequences will be. She's spinning out of control desperatae for attention and money (she's making a tv doc on mj's 'murder') and i find her deeply disturbing.
