Now she has implicate Mjs children in this by saying they saw Randy Phillips in MJs house of the eve of his death.
and that Mj did not know he was there. This is utter BS in my opinion and was never mentioned before. First those
chiildren were not alloowed to answer that door and allow any one in that hous ANYONE with an ounce of commen
sense knows that. Also not one the housekeepers, BG etc ever mentioned that to the LAPD or in court. Is she also immplication all of them in the hire for murder consiracy. The Jacksons have never come forward with that crucial
information before or while trial was going on. So is she saying they witheld crucial information about the eve of
his death? She is RIDICULAS

Latoya is the one of Jacksons along with Joseph that will lie steal and do anything even accuse people of murder
for thier own personal gain. :( NO she has not changed at all IMO - someone needsto send this to AEG so they can sue her for slander. Im not saying AEG doesnt hold some culpability for not makingsure MJ was in the best of health, but she is implication they planned to murder MJ and Bumbling Murray is the hit man .. That in itself a Joke _ what she is doing is EVIL - It really is .. And what happened to BRANCA does she now leave him out of the equasion becuase her brothers are now working with him .. Pathetic

My God I can't believe all these things are happening. This woman really need help. I have no doubt AEG overlooked MJ's health or even threatening him to pull the plug. However, what LaToya claimed is just ridiculous and didn't make any sense at all. She is not helping to get the justice of MJ. It's so sad that his family is acting like this. No wonder MJ run like hell to avoid their family. I just hope PPB won't be brainwashed too much.

I don't belive Michael's death was an accidental death. It was a murder staged to look like an accidental death caused by a negligent doctor manipulated by a demanding and desperate addict. Murray is just the tip of the iceberg. There are others involved.

I understand that she's into the conspiracies, but I've seen too many times on this same board, people throwing MJ under the bus, with slick comments to suit their own freaking purposes! Now, it appears she agrees with Latoya, who I might add, has all but stated that, "MJ was desperate,and that AEG knew this, but didn't care, and Murray is the "fall guy" bc he was manipulated". Now, where am I wrong in this? If she believes Latoya, obviously she agrees with what she has said and continues to say. If you like, you can go back and check ALL of Latoyas statements on the matter of Murray, AEG, and MJ's problems...Yes, we have freedom of speech, but just because you CAN say something, doesn't mean you SHOULD. And, from what I can see, we'll have some fans hanging on Latoyas every word, even when what she has said and is saying, has no logic whatsoever, when she didn't even have a relationship with her brother, much less knew what was going on in his home or financial affairs with AEG. If we really want to point fingers on WHO and what killed MJ in addition to Murray, we can add the Jackson's themselves onto this list. Let's get something straight! First of all I DID NOT call Michael a demanding and desperate addict who manipulated Murray. I SAID Michael's death has been STAGED to LOOK LIKE an accident to COVER UP the fact that HE WAS MURDERED. READ MY POST AGAIN...READ IT SLOW....AND UNDERSTAND THE CONTEXT OF MY WORDS!

Now getting to what I was saying, like I have been saying all along: Michael was murdered intentionally by Murray. Murray was carrying out a hit...this was not negligence...Murray knew what he was doing! There is NO WAY a 25 year cardiologist does not know how to do proper protocal when a patient...his 1 and ONLY patient has gone into an emergency life-threatening situation. He does not call 911 because there's no phones in the house, BUT he can make other calls? And don't get me started on the fact that he was trying to cover up things as Michael was in the process of being carried in the ambulance. You and others are so quick to stop up your ears and turn your noses up against Latoya; but if you all were REALLY paying attention to what she said in that you tube video, she WAS NOT trying to get the blame off of Murray. She said Murray was, and should have been, held accountable because he did the dirty work so to speak...BUT there were others involved in Michael's murder that are behind the scenes pulling the strings, and are intended to remain hidden just as long as they got their dumb puppet Murray in front to take the fall.

They have been able to get away with what they did to Michael because of people within high circles protecting them and manipulating the situation so they will not be connected to Michael's murder. That goes back to my original post: portraying Michael's murder as an accidental death caused by a negligent doctor and a drug-addict celebrity. WHY do you think this DRUG ADDICT angle has been shoved down our throats for the past 2 years? WHY do you think Michael was pumped up full of sedatives AND propofal that night? I'll tell you why: because Michael's past with prescriptions was the PERFECT thing to use as a means to cover up his murder AND portray it to a ratings-starved media who would be more than happy to spread that nonsense to the masses...and a stupid, dumb and clueless public who can't think for themselves. And it has worked, with the help of self-serving so-called friends and some careless members of the Jackson family.

I have NEVER agreed with Janet nor Reebie nor any other family member or 'friend' nor ex going to the media portraying Michael as an addict because they never put his prescription drug use in the correct context; therefore, they aided the media in falsely portraying Michael as an out of control, selfish addict who refused help. I have always been against that and I expressed my disappointment and anger for what those people said. Latoya may appear to be ditsy to some people, but she and Jermaine have NEVER called Michael an addict to the media. I will apologize, but I stand by the point I was making. Fans and Latoya Jackson have all but turned MJ's death into a mockery full of these conspiracies, which will begin to include aliens, if it already hasn't. I was hoping the likes of this Pearl Jr. craziness wouldn't seep into the board. I get that, she believes that, "it was staged to look like", but if we are agreeing with Latoya, which is her right, MJ was desperate, almost a child, in need of someone holding his hand all the time, who had the big bad AEG up for ransom, who should have been his babysitter, who hired Murray, who was manipulated into murder. They make MJ sound as if, he was some feeble-minded child who needed to be told when to bathe, eat, etc. Logic has gotten lost somewhere within this fringe movement.

In all honesty, Latoya knows jack crap, as she hadn't even seen her brother in about 10 years before May 2009, as well as Jermaine. I don't view Latoya as ditsy, I view her as a lier, which she has been proven time and time again to be. Who was keeping MJ away from the family? According to Latoya and the Jackson's, it's always "the people that surrounded MJ". But, its pretty funny, that the Cascios, no matter what we think of them, could and did reach MJ and get into his home. So, for Murray, you would have preferred he be charged with Murder 2, which he surely would have gotten off of, instead of Involuntary manslughter, something they COULD prove in court? You can't charge a case based on conspiracy theories if you don't have the evidence to back it up. Latoya has claimed to have this info you speak of numerous times, but has yet to produce it, just like she has failed to produce these names of the people she claims are responsible for 2 and a 1/2 years...If you keep talking the talk, walk the walk. Don't hide behind this crap about, "I can't say, other people told me, etc. Not to mention, some of the things she has said have already been proven a lie. Where are these hate notes she claims all over that MJ wrote? They haven't been produced, nor has she claimed she told the police this info she knows etc. What about a Private Investigator? I see no evidence at all to support these conspiray theories and I find them insulting to MJ. Presenting Murray as a hired hit man is laughable in my eyes - 3 stooges could have done a better job then this bumbling idiot. I find the theories Latoys is trying to promote insulting toward MJ and his inteligence. I havent seen one shred of concrete evidence to support these ridiculas claims. You and others are so quick to stop up your ears and turn your noses up against Latoya; but if you all were REALLY paying attention to what she said in that you tube video, she WAS NOT trying to get the blame off of Murray. She said Murray was, and should have been, held accountable because he did the dirty work so to speak...BUT there were others involved in Michael's murder that are behind the scenes pulling the strings, and are intended to remain hidden just as long as they got their dumb puppet Murray in front to take the fall.

They have been able to get away with what they did to Michael because of people within high circles protecting them and manipulating the situation so they will not be connected to Michael's murder. That goes back to my original post: portraying Michael's murder as an accidental death caused by a negligent doctor and a drug-addict celebrity. WHY do you think this DRUG ADDICT angle has been shoved down our throats for the past 2 years? WHY do you think Michael was pumped up full of sedatives AND propofal that night? I'll tell you why: because Michael's past with prescriptions was the PERFECT thing to use as a means to cover up his murder AND portray it to a ratings-starved media who would be more than happy to spread that nonsense to the masses...and a stupid, dumb and clueless public who can't think for themselves. And it has worked, with the help of self-serving so-called friends and some careless members of the Jackson family.

I have NEVER agreed with Janet nor Reebie nor any other family member or 'friend' nor ex going to the media portraying Michael as an addict because they never put his prescription drug use in the correct context; therefore, they aided the media in falsely portraying Michael as an out of control, selfish addict who refused help. I have always been against that and I expressed my disappointment and anger for what those people said. Latoya may appear to be ditsy to some people, but she and Jermaine have NEVER called Michael an addict to the media. Latoya was the only member who mentioned in her interviews that Michael was clean when he died. She as well as Jermaine, had the good sense to put Michael's prescription use in the right context as opposed to Janet and Reebie and some others who carelessly called Michael an addict even after the autopsy came out.

Murray getting a GUILTY verdict? Good, but not enough: First of all, he was UNDERcharged (should have been Murder 2); secondly, others (and I am NOT referring to doctors) should have been investigated more fully AND charged AND tried in court ALONG with Murray and THAT is what Latoya has been saying all along. AND I agree with her 100% and am not afraid to say so.

Apology accepted. Sorry if I got a little TOO heated at the beginning of my reply. It's been 2 years since Michael was taken and it still brings out the hurt, anger and frustration in all of us....Michael should be here. But I will say this: PLEASE look at ALL the possibilities. For me alot of things just don't add up. It's like 1 + 1 =4.
