These songs are most likely in finished form. I remember an article from 1984 about the listening party for the album and "Nona" was previewed and was described as an homage to Sophia Loren. They already had 15 songs ready at the beginning of 1983, before Motown 25. Victory was supposed to be released mid 1983 with the tour starting September that same year

Not Far Far Away at least, it's said to either only have a chorus or a mumbled vocal take. Bad Company is also a Tito song instead of MJ's.
