I am so enjoying gloating right now.
Official or not, this still floats my boat.
Doesn't AEG Live own the Staples Center? And how many peeps does the Staples Center seat?

Yes, AEG does own the Staples Center. I've been there and the place is massive. Hard to believe it only seats 20,000.
Somewhere on the board there had been discussion about Las Vegas because AEG/02 is in the process of building an arena or similar in LV. I think 2010/2011 was given as predicted opening. That would surely be an option, especially if there is a "world" tour, to end up there. But NYC and LA seem likely in addition to or instead of LV if he does do U.S.
I still cant belive he made it crash! :lol:Our man crashed Ticketmaster!!!
Yeah, he made that sucker crash!! And just imagine, for the longest the media had been trying to tell us there was a new KOP. That mess is and was sooooo untrue.I still cant belive he made it crash!
Not only that, AllForMJ......Michael is selling more than $1 mil tickets to a concert IN THE MIDST OF A WORLDWIDE RECESSION!
I'm so proud to be a MJ fan right now! quote]
So am i!
^ no, i am 100% sure that he wont be performing anywhere those 3 months
Heck yeah, AllTheLovelyFlowers!! Mike is breaking records in the midst of a global recession!!! He sent a surge of money through Ticketmaster!! That was a straight up money surge, gurl!! :lol:Not only that, AllForMJ......Michael is selling more than $1 mil tickets to a concert IN THE MIDST OF A WORLDWIDE RECESSION!
And it is more than a million, because AEG says they still haven't sold tickets to about 300,000 people. And really, it is more than that when you consider they said they could go on like this for two years!
Let me tell ya....if Michael comes to the US and sells even half the tickets he sold in the UK, it will be simply amazing....and all done in the midst of a recession! You can't beat that.
they said at the begining that the 02 would be his only shows in the world this year. of course that could change but i think will be be looking forward to going home and chilling at the end of septwas just thinking, he has three months in between his concerts in London. I really don't think he is going to take off for three months, I mean think of all the people who have been hired and all the rehearsing, it would seem weird to just stop for three months, right? So I don't know if he's going to come here in October, but I think he will be performing somewhere Oct., Nov., and Dec. Makes sense right?
