And the reason why I call them orphans is that they only had Michael, just solely Michael,, and that Michael is not here anymore.

The woman who had babies with both Jermaine and Randy Jackson is refusing to leave the Jackson family compound in Encino, California, and is thereby delaying much needed renovations to the property, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Meanwhile, as the standoff continues, Katherine Jackson -- fed up with the situation -- has moved into a new two-story home in a gated community in Calabasas, California, along with Michael's three children.


"Alejandra's decision to refuse leaving the premises has delayed work that needs to be done to the home," a source with knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com.
"This is why Michael Jackson's estate had to take legal action to begin the eviction process."


As we previously revealed, the King of Pop's estate filed papers in a Los Angeles court asking it to remove Alejandra, along with Jermaine's 14-year-old son Jaafar and Jermajesty, 11, along with Randy's children Genevieve, 21, Randy Jr., 19, and Donte, 18.


The estate is claiming they can't live at the famous Hayvenhurst digs because they're not beneficiaries of the singer's will.


Said a source: "It's unfortunate that it has come to this, especially since Katherine made arrangements for Alejandra to live in a condo nearby with her children.


"Alejandra simply doesn't care that she is delaying the work, she believes that she is entitled to live there."


The Jaskson insider said matriarch Katherine was "exhausted" at the situation.
"She wants to focus her energy on Michael's kids, as their legal guardian," the source added.


"Katherine isn't surprised that Alejandra is hunkering down and refusing to leave.


"Katherine didn't want to take legal action against her grandchildren's mother and that is why Michael Jackson's estate filed the documents to begin the eviction process of Alejandra and her kids.


"Katherine has absolutely no legal obligation to Alejandra at all -- she wants her gone."


Under California law, there must be an order from a court before someone can be evicted from the premises.


A hearing has been set for March 15th, 2011, at which time Judge Mitchell Beckloff will decide if Alejandra and her clan will have to leave the compound.

The brothers, Jermaine AND Randy, need to get together and handle this situation. I mean, they found ways to live in fancy homes and drive fancy cars, but, together, can't handle the mother of their chldren.

The fact that their 80-YEAR OLD mother has to deal with this stressful situation is just unbelievable, in my opinion.

Where's all of that family unity Jermaine is ALWAYS talking about?

They're only united when it comes to degrading Michael and robbing his children off their rightful fortune. That's the only thing they're united in. other than that they don't care, what can be expected by such ppl? These are the same ppl who were convicted for beating the life out of their wives and children. There is nothing to expect from such ppl.
Michael worked his ass off for whatever he's got, his blood, his sweat, his soul is in each and every dollar that his estate is worth today. What did these people do the past 25 years? Besides unsuccessful attempts of resurrecting something that ended somewhere in the mid 70s? What did they do besides running around fathering children, abandoning them and letting other ppl raise them? What did they do besides abusing their respective wives? What did they do besides writing songs filled with hatred and jealousy? What did they do besides sleeping and fathering children with the same woman? Nothing!
Instead of stepping down being grateful to their brother for touring with them one last time (Victory) despite being THE SUPERSTAR, with a career that was incomparable to what he had as the 11 year old front singer of group. They choose to compete with him, instead of investing whatever money they had made during the Victory Tour while riding on the coattails of their superstar brother, some of them had crazy fantasies of competing with him, they should have lived within their means and they would have been able to support their trillions of children roaming around across the country born by dozens of different women.
Michael had the income and the means to live whatever lifestyle he wanted to they hadn't. It's simple as that; can't feed your baby don't have a baby, and don't think maybe your babies can live off ur dead brother. Their children are not entitled to a dime Michael Jackson owned, nor are they or their shared baby mama.
Everytime I think about the Randy-Alejandra-Jermaine situation I can't help but view it as border line incest, you really have to hate one another to sleep and have kids with the same woman as your brother did. Animals behave like this homo sapien's shouldn't. This is the most disgusting and immoral thing that can possibly occur within 'families'.

I just hope and pray for Michael's children to not derail from the path he put them on, they shouldn't grow up to think it's ok to share a woman, beat a woman, father kids with multiple children, and leech of other people's money they are not entitled to, drop out of college. They lost their father at very crucial ages, at this age they needed their father the most, to ensure they will remain on track. Let's hope they remember the values Michael taught them and how life was pre that doomed night in June 2009.

The thing about this I will never understand is this. How dare this chick refuse to leave? I mean wtf someone comes to you and ask you to leave and offers you a place to stay close by and you say no? I hope the offer for the condo is off the table make her butt go out there and find a place to leave. I mean how dare she?

Mrs. Jackson shouldn't have to deal with this at all at this time. I hope that the chidren are doing their best to convince their mother to pack up and leave so as not to cause unnecessary disruptions or stress. Maybe the older children will show her how to do it by setting the example if they haven't already moved out.

It's Katherine's fault. Alejandra should've been gone. She should've been forced to get a job and take care of her kids. Where the heck is Randy and Jermaine? Why can't they get this woman out of the house?

I hope the judge will tell her she must leave. She has no rights to the property or anything. The children she has with Randy are adults for crying out loud. Katherine and Michael's kids are the only people should live there. It's sad that it has come to this. This woman probably didn't think Katherine would do this but Katherine has the estate to back her up with this.

I agree. This is so embarassing expecially for the older kids.

I have a feeling in the future Jermiane and Randy's kids are going to be very resentful to their cousin's- Paris, Prince and Blanket. They are figuring 'we have lived here all out lives and now they are kicking us out because of our cousins?'

This is Katherine's fault for allowing this to happen. This is Jermaine and Randy's fault for not only sharing the same woman, but not paying child support and feeding their own kids.

Alexandra needs to stop all this BS and move into the condo that was offered to her already.

they'll be as delusional as their parents if they are being resentful, b/c all of their lives they were leeching on another mans money and generosity. And they aare not being kicked out b/c of Michael'a kids who btw are the rightful owners but b/c Michael is dead and and his estate is not responsible for them. they should go and ask their deadbeat parents 4 money
as for their future attitude toward ppb yes they will be jealous just aas their parents were jealous of mike they will be of his kids, same game different players

But I remember back in 2007 when she was seeking support from Jermaine the judge ordered that she was to live in the home with Katherine which I couldn't believe that a judge could order a grandmother to provide housing to an exx daughter in law so maybe that's why she feels she has the legal right to refuse to leave.

no that's not what the judge said, it was jermaine who claimed he had provided her with a house, a hose which never belonged to him, nor did he ran the house.

and Katherine did testify against Alejandrah , under oath she claimed everything she provided them with all those years came from Jermaine himself not from her ( Michael)

She protected Jermaine . That's why the Judge said fine then , the situation would not change.

Twinklee I know what I read because I was outraged then on behalf of Katherine. In any case whether the judge ordered Katherine to provide housing or the judge said everything is to remain the same concerning her housing she probably believes she has legal right to stay in the home aside from the normal landlord tenant issue. I am not saying I agree with her. She should have been gone a long time ago.

Oh ok, guess that slipped my memory then but again it's Katherine's fault as she comited prejury by claiming JErmaine provided although it was michael. No wonder the judge ruled the way he did back then.

Regardless to what a judge may have said YEARS AGO, Alejandra should have put a Plan B into motion a long time ago.

I mean, let's be for real (not being rude) but Katherine Jackson is 80-YEARS OLD. How much longer did Alejandra think Katherine would be able to take care of her and her children.

Without Katherine Jackson, what would Alejandra's options be? She is in no position to maintain the Encino property by herself, even if she got a job tomorrow, it wouldn't be enough to cover the cost of maintaining that type of property.

Alejandra was so busy living large that she forgot to plan for when the gravy train came to an end.

its not michael's estate's futy to provide for her...she didnt have any kids with michael

his mother and kids are the only ones that the estate should provide for

michael was such a good man cuz i would have told that woman to leave years ago unless she was going to contribute to the bills and get a damn job-else she has to go

And it is such a shame that an 80 year old woman should be having to look at all of those ungrateful people everyday of her life.

Alejandra has money it is just twisted in a Columbia deal with her brother and mother. she owns a design company, Shelter International LLC. Since it is in Columbia I believe she think she is hiding it from the family and estate I just hope they realize it when the Eviction hearing comes up on March 15,2011

who knows maybe she will go back to her homestead and leave PP and B to be with Katherine....we can only hope.
