Yes, it was mentioned in the Sony European press release I posted earlier in the thread :

The European release arrives a month after the US offering and will include an exclusive never-before seen additional featurette ‘The Unfinished Rehearsals’ in which Kenny Ortega and Production Designer Michael Cotton reveal two show-stopping concepts for This Is It which never made it to the big screen.
 
AWESOME! LOOKS like the germany one will be THE it! It got EVERYTHING!!
 
So the "unfinished rehearsals" will only be available in Europe? Not on the US blu-ray? Ugh, they suck, make ten different CDs so fans are forced to buy all of them:doh:
 
I'm lucky to live in germany but tho' I hate all of these different versions!

Featuring more than an hour of footage not shown in theaters, this DVD takes you inside the rehearsals for Michael Jackson's "This Is It" tour. Culled from more than 120 hours of film, this documentary includes a Motown medley and songs from his multi-platinum albums, including Off the Wall, Thriller, and Bad. A moving tribute to this musical icon, it hints at the final tour that might have been.

I still prefer "Unfinished Rehearsal" to 4 posters :(( ,not fair at all,just because I do not live in Europe?

I just want ONE DVD in Blue Ray that provides everything! Does that exist?

Or is every DVD different, containing different scenes? Arhhh so confused...

IT's easy!

ONE DVD in bluray? Not possible

Just get the Blu-Ray version if you want everything. If you live in europe, you will get two extra rehearsal scenes, if you live in US, you wont.

Easy.
 
just had a email from dvd world usa. that they had shipped my blu ray this is it. reason why early is .your had a choice of advance copy or street date . the choice is gone now. its just the plain version

According to what I know,the USA DVD won't have "Unfinished Rehearsal" '.'

The "unfinished rehearsals" will only be available in Europe

So with the understanding that the Euro Blu-Ray release gets additional bonus features, what is the best version of the Euro BD to get?
Which version (Country) also has the best extra goodies? (Postcards, posters, etc?)
Is there a master list anywhere on here of all versions, releases for all the different countries?

After reading the whole of this thread, I am none the wiser.... so which one is the best??
Does the German version have everything!??? I don't own a Blue Ray player but consider getting one for this movie. I am so confused and I want to cry.

Does anyone know of anywhere who is still selling the Japan - DVD Memorial Box (with the T-shirt etc)... Amazon and HMV have sold their quota!

I checked the website of a music store here(europe) and it has 3(!) different versions, damn.
