Ticket Talk ONLY!!

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

superstition, that,s treu, i hope so!

The same as with printed fly tickets....you cab scan and walk throuw the douane

oke, i,m a bit happier now by reading al this!

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

Can't you just do like most events and print your ticket out from home and take with you? The paper prints with a barcode and they just scan the barcode at the arena upon entry.

Not many events in the UK offer this option.

Just looked on Ticketmaster - you can pay £13.50 for FedEx (USA and Europe) or £18.50 for FedEx (rest of the world) for the tickets to be sent to you guaranteed to arrive no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Or pay £3.50 for international guaranteed mail - tickets will arrive no later than 48 hours prior to the event.

No option for Box Office Collection

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

^yeah does ticketmaster uk have that i know usa's do (print out). Also can't you get your tickets mail to you like overnighted or 2-3day ship? I thought that was an option to?

I don't know about will call, that might be a straight up chaotic mess.

That's all the options offered on tickets via Ticketmaster. Not great if you're coming from the States and planning a longer trip.

I guess it all depends if the tickets will be souvenoir tickets or just standard tickets.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

Not with Madonna even her fans were getting shitty seats on pre sale. They want you to buy the hot tix packages for front sections which cost about £300

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

I don't think you can do that with ticketmaster (but it has been a while since I got a ticket from them). My experience with them is that you either can have it delivered to your home or pick it up from the venue itself.

Supersistion's suggestion is so much easier and hassle-free. Do you know any of any ticket sites you CAN do that with?

You trust third party site? cuz I don't! where ever mjlive leads me that's who im using.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

By this time next week we'll either have tickets or not :bugeyed

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

Any sites other than the official outlets will probably charge your quadruple what the price is. Sadly, I see many companies and others taking advantage and buying large amounts of tickets (they know how to work around the limit) and selling them on ebay and other sites at large profit margins.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

There are legit sites, but like I said, you'll be paying quadruple.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

that really bugs me. Its alway the bad guys who can get around the system yet the real fans can even get tickets.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

I really hope we get the dates this weekend. That way I will know how to plan accordingly and if I want to stay 3 days vs 5 days. Or if there are gonna be back to back concert nights or only say 2 shows a week or what.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

O2 website will take you through to Ticketmaster.

I have to disagree about Ticketmaster, I've never had a problem in getting tickets through them. If you don't get the exact tickets you want, don't worry, there are always production and VIP seats released nearer the time, especially once the stage layout has been confirmed.

I have managed to get front row tickets for a number of shows via Ticketmaster, sometimes a few days before the date of the show.
that sounds promising, thankyou,i am going to be up extra early the day they go on sale.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

right, i clicked on the tina turner link and selected " 2 tickets - 50 pounds" and then it went to best available...

now it's come up with this:

PRICE LEVEL 3
RESTRICT SIDE VIEW
LEVEL 4

What is the side view like? is level 3 highter tier then?

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

what we need is a seeting plan, if he does the round it will be better because you will see from all angles. I hope its end stage with a catwalk

Seriously its better to get them from someone reputable like the O2 itself or ticketmaster because there are so many scam sites or people who only give you a ticket if you pay an extortionate price. Personally I think its better to get it from O2 or ticketmaster and then pick it up from the box office the day before.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

michael was on the news in holand
the rumours are still going that mj will do some more concerts when londen is an succes....

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

can you please tell us, can we pay only with credit cards? Because at some websites you can also pay with debit cards...

You can also pay with debit cards on ticketmaster as long as it has the VISA symbol on it, I've done it before :).

Ticketmaster does offer this option, though only on selected events, apparently it depends on whether the venue has a bar code scanner.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

How many nights are you planning to get tickets for?
I would love to get 2 nights. I definitely want to see the FIRST night:wild:. so ima be checking for july 8 first and then I want another night, it don't matter when tho'. But i need to know how far spaced out the nights are gonna be. i'm not gonna stay in london for more then a week. That would be too much for hotel.
