Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

That's hardcore, planning to come to london to see Mike from the other side of the world! I take my trilby off to u! :)

lol let's make a massive rumour that the tickets are going on presale at 8AM Wednesday and get it 'leaked' into the press. then we'll have more of a chance :D

Yeah, what a wicked idea!! :D Awesome! ;) Would be so funny if we did, and it worked!

Yeah well i've got to try... no guarantee that he'll tour after this, plus i want to travel anyway :p

My dilemma is, however, if i miss out on wed's presale, then i'll have to wait til Friday 5pm, and i'm working til 5pm that day :O
Hopefully some one can come in early for me - i mean, hey, it's pretty freakin' important!

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

If the pre-sale begins at 7am Wednesday, that is 2am Eastern time...and Im sorry there is no way Im staying up until 2am tomorrow night! That means I wont be getting to bed until 3am, and I have to be up for 7! I will be exhausted. Damn this really sucks

Sometimes you just have to. And it will be worth it. I've done many all nighters for things like this! E.g for the 2006 WMAs I stayed up til 6am then went to bed from 6-9am then was up again! lol

guess it depends on how much u want it. willing to spend thousands but not stay up late.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

am from New Zealand would i be elligable for the presale?
yes everyone is. hence why email was used if u signed up on mjlive

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

Do they sell presale tickets in the ticket centers or O2?

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

dunno maybe not. i suggest ppl go on the 02 site and look at the info on there theres a section with most asked questions

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

If it comes to the case that ticketfast isn't an option when purchasing the tickets, will they send all the tickets 2 weeks before the FIRST concert. For example, if I get a ticket for the 28th and I travel to the UK on the 8th I obviously won't be at my house at the time they arrive...

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

i already see it. michaeljacksonlive and ticketmaster website will be definately crashing down and wont work for everyone when the sell starts. i hate it.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

The fact that the entire string of concerts will have tickets go on sale Friday make me feel much better. The odds of getting tickets just went up by about 1,000%.

I may even try to get tickets to two shows.

Re: Ticket Talk ONLY!

Okay I just went to the ticketmaster site for the uk and registered...had a look around and tried to familiarize myself with all the steps for ordering internationally. Did a few dry runs on other concerts to get my trigger finger ready. LOL! But then I kept running into a problem with trying to select Fedex for my delivery. The option to choose Fedex or the Special Delivery option never came up. The only options for delivery shown were for box-office pick-up only. I'm lost now.

HOW do we get to the Fedex/Special Delivery options? It pointed me to those options to describe what they are...but there was never a button or anything for me to click on to actually to select which one I wanted. Ack! Picking the tickets up at the box office will suck for the dates I'm interested in becuz there may be very little time between getting to London and the concert. I may be cutting it extremely close between arriving and having to stand in a line for the show. I'd feel safer having my ticket in-hand upon arrival. Then I can change and relax til it's time for the concert.

This is all assuming I actually get a ticket. LOL But if I am, HOW can I get it Fedexed to me beforehand? Has anyone else tried ordering tickets there using fedex or the special delivery option? Am I missing the button or thingy to select it? :( Or is this something I'd have to do by phone...which isn't an option considering how fast these babies are gonna fly.

I just went through booking stages to see what I came up with,
I didn't get the fedex thingy but I live here so it must depend on where you live for that to come up according to this.

Different combinations of delivery methods may be offered, depending on factors that include the venue or country where the event is to be held, the country in which you live, how much time is left before the event starts, whether it is a holiday season and the nature of the demand for the event. Please carefully review the list of delivery methods offered during the purchase process.
Generally, some of the following delivery methods may be offered, subject to additional restrictions some of which are described further below:

  • Standard Mail - for events that occur in the UK or Ireland, but only if you make your ticket order at a time that is sufficiently before the date of the event.

  • Paperless Ticket - for events that occur in the UK or Ireland.
  • Box Office Collection - for events that occur in the UK or Ireland.

Thanks. :) You know what, I just realized the concert I was practicing on is 2 days away. So maybe that's why the fedex option didn't come up for me. It says there has to be sufficient time before the date of the event for the delivery. Hmm...... I'm getting nervousssssss! :bugeyed

Where to book tickets? Ticketmaster? The O2 page? jacksonlive.com?

Okey I want to have this shoved up under my nose so I am 100% sure on where to go on friday.

Where can I try to book tickets?

*ticketmaster.co.uk? I have been at the page but no dates are on. Only images so I am not sure...

*The O2 homepage? If so, how?

*michaeljacksonlive.com?

I know there's a ticket board but I simply don't have the energy to go through all the pages, I want a straight answer and no humhum.

Sorry if I sound like "angry" but I am, as I think many are, quite comfused.

Anyhow, I wish you all luck on friday!

Take care!
