Shame that the removed your channel you are the best in making video so I can understand that outhere there're lots of jelous guys but what it's not clear to me is the fact that they removed your channel because of the smile video ( if I am right) and the same video, YOUR VIDEO it's still available in someone else channel....REALLY STRANGE.....
We as a community should write to complain about it...

Even if the whole thing was for the Smile video, they would have just removed THAT VIDEO and warned you. The removal of a chanel is usually either because there's been some serious flaggin' or repeated complaintsabout copyrighted material.
So sorry to hear this, you had some awesome work there.

you will not know me but I am bigdb2984, a youtuber who you recently got suspended. I worked hard on a video for the song Michael recorded "Smile" and you put in a claim of copyright. I worked very hard on my videos for the last 4 years and have been gaining success on youtube from these videos, but not in the form of money or any other kind profit, it was respect I gained from the fans.


I didn't steal the song to use in the video and the fact that you have focused on me and not the hundreds of other videos with chaplin films... and it makes me sick!


Your company has erased all my work that took me years to create over the use of a song in which I could have removed.


Its disgusting and really shows you horrible corporations for what you are, greedy and malicious.


Thanks for ruining a big aspect of my life and disappointing over 1500 subscribers on youtube.


If you are not consistant in your complaints over every Smile or Chaplin song posted on youtube, I will personally forward a report regarding this and your allowing of other channels to stay alive with your songs posted on them. Why should my channel be the only one singled out over this, its completely unfair

I certainly hope Charlie Chaplin is proud of the publishing company as he rolls over in his grave.

and I have no doubt there was some serious flagging as the only copyrighted content Ive had problems with is Sony and they allow it as long as they get the advertising revenue.

I have my own website which is closing due to this incident, I cant afford any legal action because of this. All over that damn song, hate it now!

Im not trying to be difficult here, its been a hard enough day, my links were all over my videos so its time to call it a day. ive wrote my emails to youtube and craplin publishing, there is nothing more I can do. They've stripped me of my accomplishments and my spirit, I no longer want to make the videos, thats how bad they have affected me.

If I'm not wrong everyone can upload music videos 'cause YT already paid copyrights to music companies for those videos being on their website, they even put disclaimers on some members' pages. I've read something about it months ago but I can't recall where. :scratch:

I'm really sorry to hear that this has been the overall outcome of your latest video.

I'm really confused as to why they didn't discretely approach you and just politely ask you to remove the video. To derminate your account completely is just like ripping you of your pride. Your video's brought alot of joy and entertainment to the MJ fan world. I'm deeply saddened by this. I for one would petition against this if we actively fight together if we wish to proceed further w/this?

I know that this has has a profound affect on your attidude towards creating future video's but I plead you not to retire from creating more

Sorry but at the moment reuploading my videos isnt a priority, as I am sincerely upset over whats happened, I just want to let it settle for a while and then perhaps I'll bring them back in some capacity.

Thats how Ive been all day, in my room in the dark, just tears streaming, cant believe they took everything away from me, and because of this and the risk of the flaggers, I cant put them on my site for download to keep them alive for everyone, BigDB the Videos is now dead as a result of this persons actions, I certainy hope they are happy, I sure as hell am not ::tears::

Yea I think your suspicions are on the money Enrico, why arent Youtube taking down all the Smile videos, what i dont get though is why it happened right after the video was removed as Ive noticed that when I've sub'ed to some people, you know how it appears with other related channels, well mine would still appear sometimes but instead of saying 85 videos, its says 84...making me think they removed it and then suspended the account as I was logged in and using youtube a lot yesterday, didnt notice until after 10pm

violating terms of use


after 2 years on their site, they decide when I had over 1500 subs, more than 1000 friends and the biggest Mj group on youtube to suspend me. Someone definitely flagged my channel a malicious little asshole! i know it I feel it,

I didn’t know if this “many years old” live show performance will have any copyrights issues, because it is not sold to public and not aired anymore… So I suspect an insider from YouTube who could be an MJ hater! We don’t know! Since you already know that you are not violating any rules then I suggest you upload all your videos on your server, the hell with YouTube go live with your work, I have enjoyed watching your videos, you make them very professionally, I visit your site frequently and I download your videos, many great stuff, such as you made your own “Threatened” music video composed from horror movies and MJ’s music in the background, it looks as if it is a real music video we missed during Invincible era.

Not only me but Jacksonvillage.org who host my site could get legal recourse from that if we continued at this point, at the moment we have no plans to upload the videos onto the server, everything has been removed. We are playing it safe due to these flaggers who destroyed my channel but im going to put a total of 10 videos back up so if any of you have 3 favourites pm me with them and I'll put back up the fans most favourite videos, but not all. There could be other plans to put them all somewhere but it hasnt been finalised yet.
