This is a video about the inconsistancies in the court evidence. It is made into a hoax video so Ive put it here (but I sort of think it would be good to have these inconsistancies discussed in a court thread.)


I give a warning that there is a scary fright they put in at the end so be prepared for that!!... LOL I nearly jumped out of my seat!!

a friend pointed me to the carlotta chatwood episode last weekend. the topic was the first week of the trial, so it was "mostly" about the trial. guests were Maura, who was just there briefly and who has apparently changed her mind again re her theory, and then Pearl, who came in with facts - her observations inside the courtroom and out. the discussion was interesting, with Carlotta actually leaning towards MJ being dead, and then the others with different opinions and impressions of the goings-on inside the trial, including the photo they showed and the recording they played.

one interesting bit of info came from Pearl. she said that in the 2005 case, all the paperwork at the start was in the name of Michael Joseph. but when Sneddon found out he was actually Michael Joe, he had all the paperwork changed to Joe to prevent a technicality from getting in the way of the trial.

one other comment from the participants was, "didn't these people (the people at Carolwood) remember what they said before?" apparently, one of the talking heads at HLN also commented about the photo, "I don't know if this photo is a painting or what." and of course, that question of where he was really when the paramedics came - on the bed or on the floor? because apparently (haven't watched AA on the stand), AA said he put MJ on the floor as he was talking to 911, but a paramedic testified that he found MJ on the bed.

among the theories brought up were involuntary manslaughter, murder plot gone wrong, and hoax.

Miche, thanks for the video from court. All this is important at least because this are the facts upon which the jury will decide. And how Alberto remembers all this details and how he did all this things just in 30 sec. And he said himself - i was frozen! if you had time to froze in 30 sec ........
just many things don't add up. Like this one - Murray said he had no watch, that's why he couldn't tell in the hospital the time when Michael stoped breading. But he said to the police - i checked what time is on my watch --- which one is true?

Do i have to mansion this - they moved Michael up and down from/to the bed........ :busted::bored: and murray said last night in this recording that he's running around the house to find someone who can move Michael on the floor. :doh:

did you notice how calm , well articulated , detailed in him short and long memories is murray????? like he is reading, not remembering. The only name he couldn't remember was Kai Chese (spel?) he called her with other name.

something is wrong in this picture they present to us!

I havent seen Murrays testimony yet, we are slow to get to get them in Australia.


Here is another hoax video. Actually Im a little stunned just how many Ive seen that have been released since the trial (You would think they might slow down a bit now!);)....and I dont go looking for or follow them all so Im sure there is more!!

Back after MJ's reported death, I belonged to a forum that focused on MJ's alleged death being a 'hoax' and I was actually one of many people at the time who felt that there were enough inconsistencies and unanswered questions to believe that it was entirely possible that MJ had merely 'staged' his death. But of course at that time we didn't have all of the info that we have now; the autopsy report, the toxicology results, etc etc.

There is no way in the world that MJ is still alive or that his death was merely a hoax.....if for no reason than you're not going to have all of the people involved going along with this hoax (UCLA doctors who've testified on the stand, Coroner's office investigators, toxicologists, detectives, medical examiners/coroners, paramedics, etc).

Well.... :fear: You can not deny that the whole thing is a complete mess since June 25. There are many lies in this whole story and the biggest liar is Conrad Murray. I believe that it's not just Murray, there is much more behind it. It's been two years and we still do not know what really happened in that house on June 25. Everything is still very obscure. I hope that all truth is revealed.

And an interesting comment on a video on youtube that made me wonder:

I work in sleep, there are treatments out there for sleep disorders that doesn't necessarily involve medication. I just wonder why there is no mention of MJ's doctors recommending that he see a sleep specialist physician. All this talk of a sleep problem and yet no diagnosis or proper treatment of one. He could have had a home sleep study done, it would have been quite easy to diagnose and treat him in a matter of 6 hours. This all makes no sense to me.

I also believe Michael will be back but only when our good lord thinks the world is ready for yet another try at humanity . . . . sadly not in my life time.
