It says Joseph on his children's birth certificates and on the 2005 trial documents for a start. Joe and Joseph are legally interchangeable. I don't know why people think such a thing is somehow a clue that he is still alive. It's completely absurd.

Correct, it doesn't matter. At all. Cops will even enforce a restraining with your entire name misspelled.

Even credit bureaus know that kind of stuff and record all kinds of aliases and shorts. It is absolutely nothing unusual. The only people that don't like it are banks. The rest of the US doesn't really care. Make a background check on just about anyone and you'll see that "Joe vs Joseph" issue the ultimate non-issue.

People pay taxes with their maiden names and get a car with another name- in a country that features 50 different driver's licenses this is the ultimate 'who cares' issue. In other countries the postal service will not even deliver to someone who isn't permanently listed there- here you could write a letter to Santa Claus at address X- and your letter would get there.

Hey, - Sharon B. Sidney was on Jane Velez Michell on HLN with her conspiracy theory that MJ was kidnapped, forced to do music possibly & thinks the Jackson's need to do a DNA test. She thought that perhaps he had been given a zombie drug, said it had been done before. I think she works with Pearl.

She says she was outside when the ambulance was there & followed MJ to the hospital.:ph34r:

Damn how in the world did Sharon B. Sidney manage to get air time? I don't like the timing it's right after one of the Justice4Mj fans were on the show saying they were kicked out of court. It makes the fans look crazy! *sigh* No one will take it seriously that's for sure!

Yes, I see she was put on by Duke it seems?! Since he says he talks to her because she is always in the court room! She also met Mj and members of the fam who duke talked to about her theories which they reject. No surprise there and I personally knew she was freinds with Pearl too. Nice connection! I guess I shouldn't be studded then? Since I knew this was her goal to get this out there. I just forgot I guess? Didn't think it would be on TV though since most is talked about online and blog talk radio. But, the trial WILL happen and from there we shall see what her and other will do after the verdict?!

That is the stunner that it made it to TV!

I think the trial should not be affected really, after all they are not supposed to listen to media and the trial will be what it will be with whatever evidence they have, it will evolve what ever direction it will take. ....It has to be, what it has to be.

Keep faith, we will get the truth,... but if we dont then for some reason in the heavens it was not meant to be. It will work out for Michael and is in the hands of God just like the last trial was.
