The Discussion of MJ's Unreleased Tracks

Bahahahahaah

Is that real ? Because it's look like very real new vocals new more sounds

This is it here
It BLOWS my mind how in all One More Chance mixes (and even the official OMC), R Kelly's vocals are present, and what is extremely bizarre is how in before the chorus when Michael sings "tell her this for me!", the "ME!" is actually R Kelly, and not Michael. (minus the last "tell her this for me" in the last part of the songs before the ad-libbing starts).

It's almost like the Cascio songs where Michael suddenly pops in with a word or two.

You can also spot him towards the end adlibbing "tell her this for meee!" "one more chance in love, yeah!". It's almost an MJ ft. R Kelly song.

It's just so strange. Did Michael know? Did he approve? Did he not know? Did he not notice? Did they replace it after he approved it?

I don't like this version. It ruined OG sound of this song

R. Kelly sings “if you see her” in the pre-chorus, and also sings the chorus- I’m sure MJ knew- many of the Invincible era tracks had another vocalist (LaShawn Daniels, Dr. Freeze) singing the chorus.

Btw do we know who sings “If you go / I won’t forget you girl” in Don’t Walk Away? I’ve always wondered who it is, and I can’t seem to find any info on it.

It's Richard Stites, co-writer on the song, who's also credited as additional background vocals.

And apparently it's from his demo:
The pain and sorrow can already be fully felt in this demo and I personally felt privileged to hear what had made the King of Pop want to record the song. The ending sounds familiar, and for good reason: it is indeed Richard’s vocal take that was used and can be heard on the Invincible album.

Yeah, but it's just too bizarre with the "me" how it's just inserted to finish Michaels "tell her this for....". Shows how chopped up some of these songs were
