^How is that possible? Wouldn't that ruin the chances of the Doc being aired on TV?

You guys realize they mean the original album, as in the CD, right? (and NOT with the Spike Lee doc too)

LP and album doesn't necessarily mean vinyl.

Allthough you're probably right about the docu and the LP not being included (still having a bit of hope though lol), I believe album can mean both vinyl and cd but LP by definition means long-playing microgroove record, a format for phonograph (gramophone) records, an analog sound storage medium. LPs are now widely referred to simply as "vinyl".

I just hope we know how to get our hands on the docu asap lol.

It looks like it will be shown on tv around Thanksgiving in the US and then released on Blu ray/DVD in time for Christmas.

Yes he did. AFTER we had already found out from a Sony source (via MkGenie) that the documentary was intended for TV and DVD/BluRay (a few limited cinema dates don't constitute a 'cinema release' IMO). Seems like Spike himself knew less than us what Sony and the estate intended. :D

Yep at the MAX LINDER PANORAMA in Paris, it's a private screening with Spike Lee but fans can win tickets.

Did anybody see Spike Lee on Jimmy Fallon last night? He was talking about his other movie but wearing a Bad 25 t-shirt. I don't know if he talked about it because I caught in the middle of it by accident.
