ETA: @Memefan, when the text is copied, it also looses the quoted tweet by Daphne and the italicas. I will have to PM the letter to those who say they will help so the letter can be kept in the proper format.

I am soooo confused.

I cannot locate the thread with all the outlets & volunteer names.
As I stated before, I think we should send it to as many outlets that didn't publish the original story as we can.

This whole fiasco should serve as an example. Our priority is to send it to those that did publish it without retraction but IMHO the others are also very important.

The retraction needs to have as much attention as the original article, no hiding it away with maybe just a one inch column!

CatherineNZ is translating it to Russian and sending it to those in the Russian market who printed the story.
Triniti translated it into Polish and is sending it to the Polish outlets.
Mjzfillz is sending it to the Norwegian outlets.

Regarding sending it to outlets who did not cover the story, I would just be afraid of sending this story to markets who were not even exposed to it in the first place. I would be afraid of helping to spread the story further or keeping iot on people's mouths more than necessary. For those who did not print a retraction, they absolutely need to be notified and (hopefully) will print a retraction.

Sorry about that. Yes, we finished it yesterday. We did not hear back from T-Mez so what we have will have to do.

If you have separated the articles to give to the volunteers, we are a go to send out whenever you are ready.

I don't think it is a problem to edit it whatever way you would like. Adding the information about MJJC, I think would only strengthen it.

^^Meme is going to take the list of media outlets and divide them between the volunteers so that one person doesn't have to send out a whole bunch. So that each member will only have to do a few.

This is confusing. If the mail is finalized, it would be best to start a new thread for action with the final letter, news sources and participating members names in the first post itself.

eta: just noticed that the drugs story is again being circulated and topping Google news search for MJ. Looks like some late rags are just picking it up, and not the denial story that came after.
