Petition For Increase In Charges Against Murray

So where was the implied malice? Frankly, all I see is a Doctor who shouldn't have been practicing in the first place, made some life-threatening mistakes and like any human being, tried to cover it up. There is no evidence that he did anything on that day with malice or implied malice. Guys, he was just an idiot. And for that he deserves to be locked away and have his medical license revoked.

An anesthesiologist, Barry Friedberg, said: "The only thing more reckless Murray could have done was taking Jackson up in an airplane and pushing him out without parachute".

Interrupting CPR so as to hide evidence to cover your track means your priority is not saving a life but your own safety and confort... same for the call to Security telling them to come (to help him clear it up), instead of telling them to call for an ambulance... That a "doctor" can behave that way is not only selfish but implies complete disregard for human life and complete neglection of his patient in the most vital moments...

the implied malice comes from the action. ie doing something so negligent that in the majority of cases would lead to death.ontop of what smooth has posted google will give u an exact definition. that is what covers murder two gross disregard and what has been discussed on this board from the get go.
