Oh God, you had to mention Taco Bell. Sh*t, I haven't had a burrito supreme for like 3 years now. Sometimes living overseas freakin' sucks, lol:doh:

It's the truth though, whether it was in a admirable way or just wanting to date him. You know Madonna would say something like that, or she wouldn't be Madonna. I don't think she was in any way trying to reference to those "you know what".
 
I just reaaally don't get Lady Gaga's appeal...I mean, I get it, but it's just so self-important and she tries too hard and her music does not make up for it.

Also all of those "Best New Artists" are awful. :(

Aaaaand this is why I listen to independent music and don't use the radio...


What a terrible show. Beyonce was the only redeeming factor.

hell Michael is not there thats why that show is soooooo boring, Muse is BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, beyonce could have thanked Michael at the end, she stole some sounds there, pretty boring performance, i cant believe this is a tribute to Michael, come on, nothing about him anymnore, and kanye weas good Taylor swift is sooooo f boring toooo

Well, they did. lol Not in the sense you may be thinking (little boys and pedophilia) but there were some of the adult male persuasion who had it just as bad as females did for Michael. No denying that. And it wasn't always in a sexual sense. He was simply loved immensely by both sexes in a way that other artists couldn't generate. Michael is probably the only male artist besides maybe Prince where men will scream at the top of their lungs for him just as much as a woman. Did you see the TII press conference footage? omg. lol Again, it's not always sexual...but it's love nonetheless. :)

Nothing is the same without Michael Jackson. :(

Thumbs up for Janet and Beyonce though :D :D

I think Russell Brand(the host) messed up in saying the whole show was a tribute show to MJ. I only remember MTV saying there was just going to be an opening tribute to MJ.

It would be very cool if Eminem did apolagise if he wins something. Then again...he already kinda did, awhile back...in his own way.
 
Well, i just gotta say that i loved Madonna's speech, it was simply stunning, it brought me to tears..It was a beautiful surprise to see her opening the show, shes my idol. Her words were made from the heart so honest and touching, worthy of Michael. :) I know hes looking down and smiling.
The whole tribute was fantastic, loved to see Janet dancing, shes a classy lady, way to go!!

I can't even remember the last time I watched The MTV VMAs... I could've sworn there was a time in my life that I actually looked forward to it every single year. :scratch:

Everything just sucks now for some reason. I'm not that old!! WTF??
