I got that message as well and no reponse to my emails... and no tracking number - but when I got home today - it was here... so be positive..

It's one am again. I still want my Opus. I've gotten my hopes up again, because I got the UK delivery before Christmas Eve e-mail so I'm assuming Ireland is included in that...


I really should stop staying up so late for pointless forum posts...

I live in Chile.... and I have received no single update. I don't know of any friends at Latin American receiving their books. Imagine what it feels like if some European countries are been left behind... then here... who knows.

I am afraid I will receive an email from Kraken saying my Opus will be delivered on February 30... for sure!!! :ermm:
 
i just received mine:wild:And I haven't got any tracking number.It just arrived like a Christmas present.i can't wait to open it tonight!
 
Help, I was contacted by Fedex, but the sending company for my Opus is "Shenchen Artron Color Printing Co.LTD". Are you guys got it from this too?

And now Fedex going to charge me $50 for admin fee + tax.

Wow...this only has a little to do with the Opus. But the weather in the UK has reached our news (clearly not much happening here :p ) its seems crazy over there!
Hope it doesnt affect the delivery of the Opus' any more :)

On the FedEx awb the shipper is Shenzhen Artron Color Printing Co, China because this OPUS printed in China and shipped direct from China origin country.

FedEx is a courier/broker who clear shipment for you so you have to pay for the duty/taxes ..if not, they can't release shipment to your house but they can hold shipment at location until you ready to pay. Its normal process.

I signed for received my OPUS this morning when the guy come and I got it .. there is tape show that customs already opened and inspected my OPUS but they didn't touch it ...good for me ..:) they just open the white paper that wraping around the book and put it back. No damage..very well done :) I am so happy that I have OPUS with me. it is beautiful

I hope your guy get your OPUS soon or on Christmas Day

I guess that art work gift only applies if you bought it straight from OPUS...

:no: That's just plain ridiculous. Did they give you the option to cancel the order?

I ordered mine from Barnes & Noble.com. They sent me an email today saying that the release date for the item had changed (they had it as the 21st on their site) and that they expect the item to ship soon and will email me when its ready to leave their warehouse. :timer:

To everyone who is just now getting their OPUS, are they arriving with the reality card and the single glove? Or are they missing the reality card? I know people were saying they wanted a second glove and there are spelling errors and other errors in it. Is this the cause of the delay in shipping (meaning are they trying to fix it) or is it mostly the bad weather?
 
My Opus is in France now.... acconding to the site of FedEx...... waiting......
It's going in holiday around the world... ;O)
 
Does anybody in the UK know the best place to buy a pair of cotton gloves??? I've looked in Boots, Morrissons and Tescos but i haven't had any look :no:

I live in France and my fedex tracking packet is always at the 1st initiated state and I absolutely don't know the delivery date. That's incredible !

If some books are in England or in France, that means that they could have been delevired before christmas in the whole Europe !

The Times told me that they were promised delivery on Monday, meaning the books would arrive to customers on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

It is now Wednesday and no sign as yet. If it doesn't arrive today I'm going to be seriously pissed off. They told me it would arrive today so I've got to stay in and wait for it.

In Germany you can buy them in a pharmacy/drugstore/apothecary's shop, because some people need those gloves when they have problems with their skin...Atopic dermatitis....

I think you can buy it in the UK there, too?

Mine was sent from Times on Monday using the 24hour service but still hasn't been delivered. I have to go away for Xmas in a few hours, so if it isn't here by then I'm going to miss it. I hope Parcelforce will keep it at the depot until I get back.

If you want the tracking number, phone the Times book store and they should be able to get you one. They did for me.
 
Still no email for me. I guess they decided not to bother with Eastern Europe... I think I am ready to give them a call.

Just rang them. They said they didn't have a tracking number but it was sent out on the 21st by ParcelForce and I should get it today.
 
No Opus yet...I know people have had their ticketmaster Opus' but it does make you wonder if we will get them before Christmas..
 
I just spoke to Fedex online and asked if there's any parcels heading for my address..

Well, i didnt get any tracking number nor the email about the delays, it seems i wont be getting the book only in february or so....They really forgot about Eastern Europe???:(((
Im so sad right now, and my mother keeps telling me I wont get the book either so its a helpless situation, WHYWHYWHY???
 
I ordered from The Times and mine was delivered yesterday but I wasn't in so they left a card!! I have asked for it to be delivered today again but the snow is really bad here(Central Scotland) so not sure if it will be delivered today or not.
 
I know mine has been sent from the Time offer, I have to go out shopping. Scared it's gonna come when i'm out. :bugeyed

The delivery man was grumbling as he waddled up the driveway under the weight of the book. He said it was 'one heavy book'. 'I'm sick of the sight of them! Delivered so many of these this week!'

Hahaha!

They're very securely packaged - I can't get mine out of the cardboard box!
