I think theres one happening in crown casino in june as well but no i wont be going.

Im sure someone wrote bout it here in mjjc and they said something like the guy doing the show is crap. The reason why i couldnt make it was cuz my mum & stepdad are going away that time and theres so way of me going cuz i dont drive.

yeh think i would have gone if i was able to. It would have been a good chance for me to go out since i havent gone out & had fun for a while. Dont worry hun im sure it will be good though , at least u will give it a go :)

:dropdead: I can't believe that this thread has once again be brought back from the dead, I'm starting to believe that this thread will never be burried, but its great to see it alive once again :hysterical:

There is a Michael Jackson thing here in Brisbane that's a one night thing on the 7th of May, not entirely sure if its the same thing you guys are talking about though... I saw the leafet on Thursday while Emma and I were waiting to go in for Wicked. :dance:

Its going to be showing in the same theatre where Wicked is currently showing but I won't be attending simply because you still can't park in the car parking facility due to the floods that we had in January and it doesn't start till 7:30pm which means that it's going to be far to late to be catching a train on my own coming back home. :)

Adelaide's a far better place if you take out Adelaide itself and see what's on the outside surroundings around the place.

If any of you ever come down to Adelaide it'd be awesome to see some of you!!! BTW I just did a three-day round in Melbourne last December (for my first interstate concert). The first time I've ever been and I'll definitely be back.

dammit. i'm finally talking to aussie fans and we're still all on the opposite sides of the country!
and yeah drewhiggins, thats the one we're talking about. it is pricey! but its a public celebration of mj and thats it for me. also i was supposed to go to maroon 5 but it got cancelled in perth so i'm using the money from that...all worked out in the end!

Adelaide is a very pretty place, I have only been there twice when I was only little I am now 27 so its been 20 years since I've been there so its most likely changed in 20 years. My favourite musical Wicked will be finishing here in Brisbane this Saturday (2nd of April) and heading to Adelaide for 3 months, I've seen it 5 times already and I've booked tickets for opening night (15th of April) and the following afternoon (16th Of April) in Adelaide and will be staying there till the 17th so if I get a chance it would be great to catch up :)

:yes: that's the one I think the tickets were $90 if I remember correctly, if it was Michael himself I would pay that to see it, but seen as its not him and a bunch of people impersonating him then no I wouldn't pay that, I've paid a total of $900 so far for my Wicked tickets, but that's 3 shows in A Reserve, and 4 Shows right in front of the stage but I also got to meet some of the cast a couple of times in Brisbane after the show so its made it totally worth it.

:D I think its safe to say that I'm completely obsessed with the musical, but only because one of my favourite performers is apart of it :ph34r:

Yes thats the mj event thing i saw someone write bout in mjjc and it here in melb in june i think. The one thing that makes these "mj shows" worse is that knowing the fact that we will never get the real thing never ever again :cry:
