Michael can do whatever he wants. It's HIS choice WHO he wants to work with. :)
And second of all, this is not a NEW MICHAEL JACKSON TRACK. It's Akon, so you don't have to worry about it being on MICHAEL'S ALBUM. This song has a different style cause it's meant for AKON. Third, yea, can't you just be glad that we get to hear him sing after a LONG TIME? He sounds amazing. You don't have to like the music, or Akon, but listen to Michael's voice. Cause that voice is going to be on MJ's album, and this lil' song he is singing in, tells me he still got it. To some this song, tells what is to come from Michael Jackson, but really, Akon, or whoever MJ is working with, they don't have the full control how MJ's album is going to sound like. MICHAEL DOES. So this ain't a "letdown". Who knows.. He may not make it "sound" like this song.. that's another thing you don't have to worry about.

Woohoo! I love the part without the beat, it's so uplifting, as is the whole song! :D YEY I mean it's not even out yet officially, and it has already spread soooo much joy and love!! And that is what music should be about.

I think the song is nice and melodic. For those who suspect it of being a michaelesque song..it clearly isn't. I've heard several of Akon's songs and this fits right in. Mike is just being featured in it..meaning the most likely scenario was that Akon wrote the song, made the music, etc., then asked Michael to sing those parts and add some vocals. Nevertheless, I'm really excited about hearing Mike's voice again, which sounds fantastic by the way, and I can't wait for his new album. Overall though, I think the song is pretty neat :)!

I think the track kinda lacks emotion though. I think MJ could have sang it better, better as in more emotion but he sang it to suit Akons vocal style.

For me the fact that the song is 'nothing special' is what makes it so appealing. Meaning it has a light, nice message, and a nice summervibe. Listening to it makes me want to drive along the beach on a sunny day (I'm in Holland guys, it's raining a lot most of the time,hhihiiii) with that song pumping out of the car stereo of my cabrio (that I don't have).

It's not a song about being indestructable, or about injustice, or something angry, or something too preachy. Great songs about that too are out there. But at this point, this summerjam is refreshing to me and a nice way for Michael to get his feet wet again as an artist.

It doesn't matter. Akon is not our fav choice ...but its featuring MJ and damn it was good to hear Michael's voice and he had a grand total of 5 lines to sing minus the killer ad libs. I think this is great for the starved music fan. When Michael's solo work comes out...we should see Michael against himself -- stay positive.

I think some are over anylizing the song to the point they are getting sick of it.. lol!

It's suposed to be a light harded sweet song.. And it's FEATURING Michael.. lol!

Take it easy.. Maybe if you don't listen to it 10000 times in a row you might enjoy it.. I mean there is obviously SOMETHING there that made u listen to it so many times.. ha ha!

For me some songs you listen to is sounds like the arist really believes what they are singing for me this doesnt.
