I agree. To be honest, Akon pretty much told everyone in a way that HMH would NOT be HIS first single in the last video we saw. :flowers:

There are a couple of scenarios that could play out from this point on...with the song STILL appearing on his album. We just have to wait and see. In fact, this is sorta kinda good news becuz if he was right about HMH NOT being HIS FIRST single in that video, then.... :shifty: Again, we have to see HOW this will all play out. No need for meltdowns or bitchfests, imo. :lol: I don't see that happening until both albums are released and there's no HMH to be seen/heard whatsoever. And even then, being as the song leaked, it wouldn't be surprising if it got shelved. However, as of 2 weeks ago, Akon was still raving about it, so it seems to be something he and MJ are keen on doing. It's just a matter of when, imo. :fortuneteller:

ALSO, I have to say I LOVE how Akon's single just came out and is on itunes without ANY promotion whatsoever. He'll probably begin to promote it now, BUT the idea that the song has dropped and is getting airplay almost out of nowhere is a good sign that Michael could do the exact same thing. It could just land on our heads at any given time. YAY! And THEN the promotion can begin.

Now, having said all that, what I think ppl should keep in mind is that we don't know what's going to happen til it happens considering how quickly things seem to be changing. Now, Akon's album is coming out in November, but it's at the end of November around Thanksgiving so it might as well be December when you think about it. lol AND the title has changed. I thought of that title for MJ's album but thought ppl might confuse it with the George Michael song? :unsure: Anyhoo, it seems like things are FINALLY starting to roll with Akon's first single released. And the fact that it's NOT HMH could be a good thing...at least from my pov.

We'll probably have another piece to the puzzle when Akon's CD is actually released. Then we'll know whether he even has HMH on there at all. The reason I say we have to wait til the CD is actually released is becuz Ne-Yo's final tracklisting changed from the time we read about it to the time the CD was actually on store shelves. Nothing is final it seems UNTIL you actually see it or have it in your hands these days. ;D
 
i've lost all excitement about this song at this point. it's been leaked forever now, so i doubt either Akon or MJ will release it. just another failed project (what a surprise)

When MJ's album is released, I don't think anyone will really care if HMH is on it or not lol.
 
Michael begged akon; I reeeeaally need that song. Then Michael reworks it, then drops it in the final cut. LOL
 
Akon's new song "RIGHT NOW ( NA NA NA)... has been playing non-top here in Los Angeles... and I'm guessing everywhere in California...YUP... WhooOOhOO!! more waiting on HMH... i love it..:)

Rap-Up.com has learned that Akon will release his third studio album Freedom on November 25th. The album had previously been titled Acquitted. A first single has yet to be chosen.

Akon is due in court a week after his album release on December 1st to stand trial on criminal charges stemming from a fan-tossing incident last summer.

This first official single off of his newest disc, Freedom, due out in stores this November, finds the multi-talented artist urging his lady to waste no more of their time making up. While the Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter continues to branch out as a complete artist, he again contributes his production skills to the track. Evidently, throwing children off of stages all across the globe has led the 35-year-old to incorporate a variety of unique flavors, including a Spanish guitar. Whether or not you’re a fan of this catchy lil’ ditty, you cannot hate on a track you’ll probably be humming for the next few months.

I would have thought that HMH had been the lead single, acually I'm a little disappointed about this.
 
wouldnt surprise me if legal issues stop it from being released. be good if it is but at the end of the day fans already have the song so its not like if its not released we wont ever hear it cause we already have

It could be, but I don't hope so, the media will no doubt turn it into something negative.
 
can it be that Akon released his new single now. Soon we hear Michaels first single, then they release HMH as a join christmas single as both their 2nd single.

MAYBE!! Actually that would be a great idea!

BUT I don't think MJ is ready to release a single already, but who knows!
