Monica & brandy hit 1.1m views on the vs battle....really imo...FCK MTV! They didnt wanna play Michael from jumpstreet & he turned the entire company around & then since mtv basically own vh1 & bet...my childhood was rugrats & mj on vh1 24/7! Vh1 showed mj marathons & etc. Seems like the moment they changed that logo...the next thing was that Michael Jackson's childhood special & i looked at vh1 totally different because they tried to put him in a bad light during the trial. Paying his old team to release false & disgusting statements about him. I think the only mtv content i watch is wildnout & with nick being fired...i have nothing for mtv. Fck them!! Sorry for the language for all the sensitive people here.

While MTV is still not using the correct name, Variety just published this article with the full name of the award in the headline and in the copy, with no mention of it being changed. I've also seen a few other big accounts on Twitter using it too. It makes me happy to see. Variety has been shit to MJ a lot, but seeing this in the headline really feels good!
