MJ's Bodyguard Answering Fans Questions

That's interesting about MJ and Steve Jobs. I know in the house search in 2003 ALL of Michael's computers and laptops (16 altogether) were Apple computers.
Yes, I think it's a musician thing.
All the musicians I know work with Apple computers, they say the best music softwares are based around a mac platform. Maybe it's true.

Someone asked them what final stages mean.

Danna Abrahim
You've been saying your book is in its "final stages" for months now. It's not that I don't appreciate the hard work you gentlemen have undoubtedly put into it, but I'd like to know, what are these "final stages" exactly?

>>>MJs Bodyguards: to be honest we are done, we just need approval on a few names we are mentioning in book.

OMG! More than half a century of waiting! :bugeyed  A turtle would be faster. :fear:

Questions for them.... :fear:

What happened to respecting Michael Joseph Jackson's privacy?

What are the fans entertaining these bozos? i am embarrassed for these fans.

Their need to know everything about Michael Jackson's life supersedes their respect for the human being. The very private man.

ETA. Reading Steve Jobs' biography now...the one he authorized and did over 40 interviews with the author for the book...I have a hard time believe the bodyguard's story that MJ was "friends" with Jobs. First, he was probably the most obnoxious person ever...He backstabbed his friends and his enemies without second thought. He thought so little of people...SMDH

I will not believe, until I see hard proof, that MJ & Jobs were ever friends.

I think the term "friend" was loosely used here. The BGs said Jobs sent Michael goods before they were officially launched. I know that when his house was raided in 2003, ALL of Michael's 16 computers were Apple. Of course that doesn't mean they were best friends. But perhaps Jobs respected him as an artist and there was mutual respect as professionals or he appreciated Michael as a regular and famous costumer of his products.

Steve Jobs never hide the fact that he could be very cold and demanding. He acknowledged that it's not easy to live with and work for him. But still, his personality did not take away what an unique genius he was. Just becasue Steve Jobs was mean, Michael could not be "friend" with him? I don't see your logic. I don't think every one of Michael's friends was like Michael. I'm sure John Branca is not the nicest person one has ever met.

I agree with respect77, the term "friend" shall be interpreted very loosely here. It's not unusal to see two geniuses had mutual respect with each other. Steve Jobs appreciated arts. He befriended artists and even saw himself as an artist. Also, Steve Jobs may have contact with Michael not only to discuss music, but also talk about downloading songs through iTune. I know Michael was not responsible for the daily operation of Sony/ATV publishing. But, as a 50% owner of one of the world's biggest music catalogue, it's not surprising to see Michael want to know more about the business. And, Apple iTune is the pioneer in digital music retail. So, the link between Michael and Steve is not that difficult for me to see.

Since I pre-ordered Frank Cascio's book, it'll be hypocritical for me to condemn the bodyguard's book. I'll wait until I get more information on this book to determine whether I'll buy it or not.

All my home computers are MAC, we are all fans of Apple..ipads, iPhones, iPods..you name it. All from Apple. A lot of people swear by apple products, so MJ having all apple computers isn't that unusual. Many celebs use apple because they are high end products compare to PCs.

After reading this, I am questioning the bodyguards' story . From what I know (after reading his authorized bio) about him, hard time picturing Someone like Steve Jobs, being friends with MJ.

He was such a difficult person, humiliating employes, and backstabbing his childhood friend Wozniak, the guy who literally created Apple with SJ's help.

The author is describing a visit to SJ's house & going through his iPod to see what the artists on his iPod:

by the way, I am a long time fan of Jobs & Apple products

Well, it's not just mean...his whole set of values (the way he treated people like "ish" & d%*&heads (his have names for things & people) be it his adoptive parents, his own children, childhood friends & employees) clash with MJ's humbleness & respect for others.

FYI. The artist he respected is Bob Dylan...since he was a teenager until he died. Dylan is a recurring character in his life...first song played on the iTunes....

No MJ reference in the book. We get everyone from Sony music chief, Madonna, Bono..not MJ.

to go back to these bodyguards, I just think now that MJ is gone, many people are trying to sell us a lot of bullshit.

They might be telling the truth, but from reading about the man...hard to fathom.

^^there is no way to tell whether the bodyguard lie or not. Like you, I don't see Steve Jobs and Michael being friends. That's why I said the term "friends" shall be interpreted loosely. I know Steve Jobs loved Dylan (he dated Joan Baez). But, IMO, a true artist appreciate and respect artist. Steve Jobs, no doubt, was an artist himself. So, in my mind, I can see mutual respect between two of the greatest geniuses in the 20th century. I haven't bought the Walter Issacson biography yet. It's on my booklist.

He did appreciate artists & creative people. I just cannot imagine him being in the same room as MJ, let alone having a conversation or being friends. MJ would be talking about healing the world, and philantropy and Steve would have probably cut him off with " you are sh!t"...or even better "you are stupid and don't know ish" lol

Someone suggested he might have been bipolar...and I can totally see that.

Somehow I can see Steve Jobs made such comments. :lmao:Yeah... Steve Jobs was intriguing. I want to know how his wife kept him "semi-sane". What makes Michael do special is that despite all his talents, he remained a kind and gentle soul. Truly beautiful inside out...

Like I said, I think the BGs used the term "friend" very loosely here. What they wrote was that Jobs sent MJ iPods or iPhones or whatever.

I just saw it and they were defending Murray saying he was not a criminal and that MJ and Murray were friends. That MJ wouldn't want DR. Murray to go to jail.

That others are at fault here too and Murray may have been puttin MJ to sleep but someone else was givin MJ stuff to stay up. WTF? o_O

These Bodyguards can keep their ish book! Many are livid on their FB page. I left them a lil somethin somethin too! How disapointing. Is this their way of defending MJ?-_-

I can't believe what I saw. This is their way to defend the king??
No one said Murray intentionally killed MJ but the fact is Murray did kill MJ.
The DA didn't charge Murray murder but manslaughter and Murray should pay for what he did.
What Murray did is criminal act against the law and being unethical.
I can't believe anyone who claim to defend MJ would say all these comments.
MJ might treated Murray as a friend and he trusted his life in Murray but Murray for sure didn't pay it in return.
These people are unbelievable.
Honestly, if there truly is a conspiracy, Murray should still pay for what he did.
If there truly is a conspiracy, they should name name those people for MJ.
Gosh, all these people who claimed care about MJ so much really need to think carefully before giving interview.

I don't even want to watch that clip. It's sick, how can we really fault the Jury when his family, friends and staff are all over the place sympathizing with Murray, on top of calling Michael an addict.

That's it for me. I was considering buying this, whenever it came out, but I will not buy it for sure now. They can go to hell.

Who are these guys? I am confused which bodyguards of Michael's.
The ones who are writing the book. The bodyguards from when Michael lived in Las Vegas. They were also on Good Morning America in 2010.

Oh those guys. I remember when they said those nice things last year. I don't know why it still surprises me when people do this to Michael. It's sad. Why? Is money involved here?

this is this weekend's shocker for me. what were they thinking?!?!?! they may have lost all potential buyers of their book.
