:mello: I think this is the first year that I don't have ash on my forehead. But every year I did get ash on my forehead, the people doing it would always seem to get it on my nose too somehow. -_- yea...

I remember when I was a kid I used to always try and see how long I could keep the ash on my forehead, which meant not washing my face or hair that night..or the next day :laugh:

Ash Wednesday it's called. I think, if I can remember correctly, it's like a symbol of the beginning of the Lenten season? :scratch: It's in the Catholic church they do it though. yeaaa

Pretty :) I cba with make up at the moment, mascara & eyeliner is my essentials though.

Well its the beginning of Lent.. and remember 'ashes to ashes, dust to dust' that they say at funerals.. well the use of ash is to do with that.
