I think ran out of space...haha..too many posters in a way too small roomOh wow! That's like a dream room! I have never seen posters on the ceiling, but that makes so much sense! Or maybe you just ran out of space
I see some of my favourites from Dangerous tour behind you, and one from panther dance . Was there a theme to how you put the posters or as you got them? I am also curious what happened to that room?I think ran out of space...haha..too many posters in a way too small room
I don't think I had a theme..and what do you mean what happened to the room? I moved out, and someone else lives there now? I took all the posters with me, of course. I still have them all. I once read a news story about a house being on market that had a similar MJ room (not saying it was this ine ), and I was wishing if I could buy it as a vacation house! If only .
Yeah that's what I meant, if you were able to take the posters with you or they had to be painted over to something, or another Michael fan moved in there haha.I took all the posters with me, of course
jokes are not allowed here , need picture proofMy room used to be like that as well. I had also taped LP singles against the wall
It’s not a joke, go take a hike(r)!jokes are not allowed here , need picture proof
wow! I am really jealous of people who were fans during their teens and can do such stuff. I cannot really put a Michael poster in my room any moreIt’s not a joke, go take a hike(r)!
Neither can I, I’m too old and I didn’t keep any of the posters either. It were mostly HIStory era posters as magazines included a lot of them in the 90s.wow! I agree with ML, I don't think posters are limited to kids and teens. You could always put a poster into a frame if you want to make it look more 'posh'. Nothing fancy, just something nice and plain. And just have one or two so it's like a mini art exhibition. You could have a couple of photos if a poster seems too in-your-face. I haven't done it myself, you understand, bc I'm too lazy and I was never that into having stuff on the walls even back in the day. But I think it would be a shame to not allow yourself to have a picture or poster just bc of age. Alternatively, you could go down the scrapbook path. That's a whole big thing.wow! Age is irrelevant. Just go for it.
I've just been looking online. There's some really nice stuff out there. Big statement pieces, smaller 'tribute' pieces. Some lovely stuff. Obviously, you can do it yourself but there's a lot of ready-made stuff available, as well. I think doing it both ways is really nice.Exactly!
I have posters in frames, and I will always have that, no matter how old I get.
Nothings gonna change that, ever!

i only have posters in frames now, a bit more discreetbut it would be funny if my whole apartment looked like my room did on the picture
Here's another view of my room back then:
Niiiiiiice! There is some picture with me as Michael, two years ago in London!

I had a friend who was an Elvis and MJ fan. He had posters of Elvis in his living room, and posters of MJ in his bedroom. And in the kitchen he had a collage that I had helped him make, with pictures of both of them that said "Kings of music". He was 75 years old, and he didn't care what people thought. He was my best friend. May he RIPI've just been looking online. There's some really nice stuff out there. Big statement pieces, smaller 'tribute' pieces. Some lovely stuff.
