Michael - The Great Album Debate

there is a possibility that parts of MJ tracks were used...but i also saw Paris' statement that an imposter was used, confirming my fears. it's my fervent hope that Cascios didn't defraud government. I copyright stuff at that office, and so do many others, who feel helpless. There's all kinds of attempts to defraud the government, as we all know, whether welfare fraud, etc. Protecting the integrity of the Copyright office is very important. If there is any fraud going on, people will reap what they sow.

Paris also reffered to "Hollywood 2Nite" as fake, so I wouldn't take that into consideration.

I have big announcment to make. I have found out something extremely compromising regarding the Cascio songs. I just need some time (few hours) before being able to post it. Be ready for a big surprise.

regardless of whether the copyright claims mean anything, i hate that:
--porte and jason malachi have worked together at all (that in and of itself is suspicious to me)
--there's something called "ghost manor" (creative much? have an original thought, guys . . . )

i was going to ask bumper if he was april-fooling, but i wasn't sure if april fools was just an american/canadian thing ;) guess it's worldwide!

^^ If you show me the studio where Michael sand the song, then I would believe you.

Then maybe they never copyrighted the actual vocals. In which case they have not legally claimed that the songs are performed by MJ. Automatic get out clause. Also, MiJac music registered Monster, Breaking News and KYHU much later and then Porte and Cascio protected their tracks with BMI publishing even later than that. So it seems they are covered. In more ways than one.

Hahahahaha, what a fucking scammer this guy really is:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Michael-Jac...4857440?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item3cc48179e0

Apart from the ridiculous fact that he always uses the "Columbia Records" label which has nothing to do with MJ's songs since 1988, the ridiculous fact that he's selling Vinyls of songs from the digital age era that were never mastered on Vinyl and never associated with "Columbia Records", he's now selling an alleged metal acetate of "Another Day" with a playtime of 3:16 minutes.

Look at the exact same copy-paste label on the Vinyl, so fake, hahahahahaha.

And that 3:16 minutes version is the CEYLOAD fan-mix which was made in early 2010 after 1:30 minutes (with DJ shouts) leaked onto the internet.

Hahahahahahahaha!!!

But I'm so angry that fans buy from him and eBay don't even care about reports. LOL!

Yes. But this isn't the issue. The 27th June Songbook is exactly what it is. I don't believe for one second that less than 48 hours after Michael's death they (Cascio/Porte) were in anyway thinking about completing songs in another way. They simply registered what they had which may or may not have included Michael vocally. The MJ songbook registration doesn't actually credit Michael for vocals, it credits him for performance. Cascio and Porte are both credited for the same thing. Anything that Michael may or not have done is covered there. It is the later, and different, registrations that are of more significance.

And ultimately, without being able to physically see/hear everything that is contained in all that was copyrighted, we can only speculate as to the exact contents. But nothing changes the core issue: the vocals and the way they sound, which still has not been explained.

One thing I do find of interest is the fact that JM started copy protecting songs, which in some cases had been around on the internet since 2004, for the very first time just a couple of weeks after the final registrations (ASON Compilation - Angelikson) of Cascio/Porte to feature Michael.

That was quite interesting. I got 77.8% correct, which according to the chart qualifies as normal performance.

I took the test but i don't understand the results that came with the e-mail

But it's almost 80 %, it's funny, I had 77.8 as well, lol. And at the same time I also figured out how the test works, at least found some of their "tricks" and lost concentration in the middle of the test ("What??? Still 18 to go? This is boring!"). I'm not a musician and don't play any instruments, so almost 80 is a bit too much or the test is easier than they think. Or I am that good, lol. I guess you are not a musician either? Or are you?

teli-mj, I didn't even get an email and didn't have to put in my address anywhere? At the end of the test you are asked for a few things like if you are male or female and your age and as far as I remember (I did the test about a week ago) then you just have to click "show result" or something.
