Michael - The Great Album Debate

If someone has the "raw demos", it's Eddie only. Not the Estate and Sony. They have the "pre-mixes" which were in that hacked Sony server.
When Eddie sold the tracks to Sony/Estate I'm sure they made him give them all the demo's, outtakes, videos, pictures, etc so he won't be able to profit from them and I'm sure that Eddie wasn't stupid enough to work on the actual thing and not a copy.

That's like if he would have mest up he would destroy the whole song he had to make a copy of the file.

So when he said that the hard drive to his computer broke it was an excuse because now Sony/estate posses what ever was in there and if he made copies and showed it to us he would get sued by Sony/estate.

If Frank/Eddie Cascio in any way cared about their friend Michael, and had nothing to hide, they would have spkone out by now.

So you're basically accusing both of them of being backstabbers, liars and profiteers. Even though you don't know them. Even though they are not known to have ever done anything wrong towards MJ. Even though MJ loved them and treated them as his best friends. Even though Frank just wrote a passionate defense of MJ when he would have made much more money had he written a salacious tell-all. Even though they have had countless possibilities throughout the years to profit off MJ and never did.

You're basically doing everything MJ himself always told us not to do, because he was a victim of it his whole life : assuming the worst about people you don't know, and judging without proof. Nice.

You don't sell 12 contemporary Michael Jackson songs for short change. The deal between Sony and the Estate is for 250 millions. It is obvious that these songs would have been sold for a considerably large amount.

You still don't understand that we want Michael to have sung the songs. It doesn't matter whether they are the best or the worst songs ever recorded. We just don't want to know that Michael was stabbed in the back in such a way. Hard proof would not be dismissed so easily. The fact that they have never shown any hard proof of Michael's involvement is because there isn't any.

If Frank/Eddie Cascio in any way cared about their friend Michael, and had nothing to hide, they would have spoken out by now. Not for them. Not for the fans. But for Michael.
The songs did not sell for more than $2M IMO.

I am sorry, but again, an average MJ fan or even non-fan would say so. A hardcore MJ fan would never say such a thing. I can't understand how you can claim to be a fan and at the same time say being bored by one of MJ's albums. It doesn't match, sorry.

Well, I'm sorry if you think being a fan of a particular artist means loving everything that particular artist has ever released. I love Paul McCartney, but I'm not buying his new album of love song covers. Yeech!

I don't need to know them. I go by the evidence contained in the songs themselves as well as external factors. Same as most fans didn't know Michael personally but we believe he is not guilty of child abuse by looking at the evidence.

A fan that doesn't enjoy MJ's album, but that enjoys MJ's finished songs by other producers and supported by the vocals of some amateurs such as James Porte, telling me that he hears MJ on the Cascio tracks, for me indicates the lack of reliability when it comes to identifying MJ's voice.

I have nothing against your opinion or tastes, believe me, but I just can't categorize you as a hardcore MJ fan.

You don't fix what master has crafted. You either let it go or you release it as such. Who cares about sales anyway. We're talking quality of music, not quantity of sold "fixed" music.

First thing they should do is listen to the fans. If there's a big controversy, they should hold their dragons before unleashing them. Something they've been unable to do. They messed it up big time. You can't deny that, or else we wouldn't be debating inhere.

Of course Frank said so. But I haven't seen anything said by MJ himself. I did see MJ sang Speechless and danced to Threatened. You can't fight this fact with a heresay by Frank. Show me Michael singing those songs, like he sang Speechless and danced to Threatened.

Because he get's tired of some songs that makes him not a fan ?

I myself enjoy listening to "Michael" more than Blood On The Dance Floor I know it's half studio and half remix.

Nothing he wrote stood in your head.

I have nothing against people's tastes. But there is a difference between fans enjoying all MJ's albums, including the albums when he was a little boy and people who half enjoy his albums and enjoy even more albums that haven't been crafted by MJ at all. Go figure out.

That doesn't even make sense. I responded with my opinion. I go by the evidence.
I know but why not for a second forget about the "Vocalist" on the songs and think about who your accusing these people never betrayed MJ never sold him out for $$$ like the Chandlers did they had the chance but did they ?

So I should ignore the evidence and just assume they could never do anything bad because they were so nice to Michael? You need to get in the real world if that's where your coming from.

And we never accused that family of being backstabbers regarding Chandlers' or Avrizos' lies.

We are doubting MJ sang those songs and are asking from the Cascio to provide with hard evidence. Where is it? Nowhere. Fans are divided. This makes them backstabbers.

Michael has a lot of unreleased material did he record it for no reason ? No he always was making music for us and because he passed away it does not mean that some of those unreleased songs are not better than some of his previously released music.

I never said the contrary.

I am simply saying I don't need Porte or Cascio on those tracks/lyrics/music.

Your acting as if the Cascio are poor and were begging for $$$ from Sony they have their money they worked for years for that Eddie sold them the songs for who knows how much because he wanted us to listen to Michael's last work.

They had their chance to get $$$ did they no.

Yes they did, they sold those tracks.

The fans divided it was not their fault they did not pick the tracks for "Michael" they only sold Sony their work.

Money wasn't the only motive. If they wanted money they could have done something far worse. It was about ego doing what they thought was right.

And I think you'll find frank just wrote a book detailing Michael's private life for profit.

The fans divided it was not their fault they did not pick the tracks for "Michael" they only sold Sony their work.

Had they not sold those tracks in the very beginning, we wouldn't be talking right now. So ultimately yes, it's their fault.

You might not but Michael did.

Well, then you ignore all about with whom and how Michael worked in the studio before recording his music.

That's like me selling a brand new tv in the box to a pawnshop and the other person buys it and it's not working was it my fault ?

Yes if you broke it in the first place and the pawn shop failed to check and see if it was working. Exactly what happened here.
