Does anyone here have This Is It on blu-ray? I have it on DVD and I'd like to know if the blu-ray version has a noticeably higher quality considering This Is It is quite recent.

Could someone also please PM me the 1 min leak of Soldier Boy?

@Kingmikej, yes the quality is MUCH better on the blu ray, this is it (unlike some other recent projects) looks and sounds amazing

^^Yup, This Is It Blu-ray is superb. The picture quality is sharp and the sound mix is excellent. I highly recommend it. I also recommend Moonwalker Blu-ray. After watching Smooth Criminal in Blu-ray, I cannot watch that short film from any other source.

I watched Ghost this evening. It is AMAZING. I haven't watched it for a while and I don't know how much I love it. OMG... Michael looked delicious in that white shirt. He's excellent. The choreograpy of 2 Bad is among the best. It's a crime that Ghost is not on Vision. Why? Sony, why?

The Thriller film produced for TII borrowed many elements from the Ghost short films, from the setting to the music to the costume. What a great film! I wish I can see Ghost in Blu-ray quality.

I'm sure it'll be out in time! Everything will be Bluray and then after that all the movies will be put out in little pills that you just eat and the movie is absorbed throughout your bloodstream and added to your DNA.

^^Lol.. No, but Ghosts is really too good to be missed... I don't know why it didn't get more recognition. The choreography is jaw-dropping good. I saw it like three times last night. It's addictive.

^^ Hopefully, the reason why they didn't include it on 'Viision' is because it's maybe slated for its own release eventually.....but, probably not because that means Sony would be doing something right ...lol..

But really, though...ALL of Michael's short films SHOULD be on BluRay...what other way should they be viewed? They aren't 'videos'...they're 'short-films'..shot in film....They deserve to be showcased in the best quality possible...We KNOW Michael would be all over that if he was alive...

I know Michael would have cancelled the release of Vision because of the crappy quality. Come on, how can Thriller and Smooth Criminal be not in 16:9 format? They were shot in FILM and were released in theatre.

Michael aimed big. Almost all of his videos play like mini-movies. Ghosts is almost 40 minutes long. He's always ahead of his time.

It just a shame that his true vision cannot be presented properly
