Please tell me you're kidding!? I can't take much more of these people/fools!! Ice cream, flowers, thongs, unisex cologne? I hope Joe chokes on that cologne quite honestly! This family is pitiful and a laughing stock of the world...I gotta say, I don't have ANY love for the Presleys, but damn, they didn't act like the Jackson's when Elvis died, instead, they banded together to build his brand, while the JACKSON'S are just trying to pick MJ's bones clean!! (Lord rest his soul!!)

Exactly. What have we so far: belts, perfumes, Gary concert, coffee book, going after charity money, flowers. Now we have from Joe ice cream and candy.

Let me just say this, and it''s no shade, but just because she gave birth to MJ doesn't make all of this tacky crap right or give her unilateral rights to just decimate ALL that her son has worked for and degrading his LEGACY.. On her NOT breaking any laws, yes, she may not be breaking any laws on the legal books, but what about moral and religious laws...using your son's fans as cash registers because YOU know they are stilll grieving for him, and then her religious hypocrisy.....I know you think the FANS are powerless, but if the fans don't buy, that means NO money for the family. I could care less about controlling these idiots lives, because if you ask me, they lost all touch with reality as soon as they got a little taste of money. Just saying.

My sentiments exactly. It's sad. Ever since MJ passed the Jacksons have been running like headless chickens trying to not miss an opportunity to cash in. It's especially sad seeing his 81 year old mother (and father too) do this and complain non stop how they need money. They're acting as if they've been left dirt poor and don't have any money to live, so they have to work now. And I guess we should just all feel sorry for them. SMH

Could it get anymore tackier than this? All this stuff are just cheapening the MJ brand. I expect the Estate to intervene here real quick. Joe has no right to MJ image, likeness, and intellectual property.

IKR! lol It really IS sad because they have NO dignity in themselves or MJ to be quite frank. Let your son at least have the dignity in death that you wouldn't allow him in life!
 
I see KJ is not using MJ to sell flowers. May be a change of attitude after the deal with the Estate last week?

I got no problem with her selling the mother's day flowers because it has nothing to do with mj or the estate. Joe's bs using michael's logo to sell his junk and ice creme the estate needs to be notified to stop that mess. If he was only using his name no problem but when u bring in michael and his legacy and what that should to sell crap i got a big problem with that.

Unfortunately I guess he can do this. The UD-Group bought the MJ Logo last year. It was lost from Dieter Wiesner for years. I remember last year there were big photos from Wiesner with Michael, Joe and Janet an on there webpage. I think Wiesner is involved in this deal.
And now in their advertising they uses the MJ-Logo but no photos or the name of Michael. So I guess the Estate can`t do something to stop this deal.

Mr. Jackson was very impressed with the extremely high quality and attention to detail that the UD Group employed in producing unique and elegant designs of the various products.



UD Group International confirmed production was already underway and would be hitting stores near you later this same year.

why would they.where do u think the money is going to that shes making.she just cant ask mj for more now so has to find other means ie pimping the kids and getting involved with mann

and now joe with his ice crean. Just another confirmation that some in the family see the last two years as nothing more than a chance to cash in while the rest in the family say nothing before ppl lose intrest.no wonder mj went around attaching himself to any family but his own.he was nothing but a comodity to them. Did anyone in that family bar nephews/cousins see him as anything more than a cash cow.no winder he loved us so much.uncondituonal love.something he craved but never got from most in his family

Annita, I was about to post exactly that.

Dieter Weisner is WORKING with Joe Jackson...and there is nothing the estate can do UNLESS those fraud charges go forward and reopen the whole settlement MJ signed with Dieter in 2007.

It is my understanding that he might have gotten that settlement by lying to MJ about MJNet.

Wait & see... in the meantime, we need to educate fans not to support these junk. The more they buy....the more of these we'll keep seeing.

Didn't MJ sell the rights to this logo back in the mid 2000s? Around 2005/2006? I'm not sure anymore as I can't remember but back then, there was talk/rumors about MJ selling the rights, or the rights expiring? Maybe someone with a better long term memory is able to recall this. Anyways, Joe is as tacky as ever, I hope he doesn't go through with this nonsense.

Because if they truly loved & cared for mrs j, they would step up to the plate and help her. I would help my mother if she was in mrs j situation
 
I hope they put a stop to Joe's venture quick. I don't see anything wrong with Katherine's venture. If she feels she needs the money she shouldn't be criticized for that. At least she is not using MJ or his children for her flowers. Hopefully her flowers are a long term thing and not just for Mother's Day. It seems she designed them for all occasions.
 
Just the name of Katherine's venture annoys me, "Katherine's Mother's Day Flowers". What is that? I don't understand how she can do that. That fact that the article mentions she does not celebrate Mother's Day or birthdays, shows me that it is probably a more long term venture she is going for. But it seems she is catering to holidays???? I hope this is not true in that aspect.

Joe's venture is just tasteless and demeaning.

Also, people please, if you do not agree with what Katherine does, tell us why without calling her every name in the book. It is so unbecoming. :flowers:

I'm sure THE KOREANS, are hoping the same thing, as it "appears" that they STILL want their money back.

In my opinion, at this point in time, Katherine Jackson should just remain silent as to her "relationship" with Joseph. I mean, folks know what time it is. LOL! Seriously, who is she TRYING to convince?
