Im saying. Im sure Joseph gets upset at the media a lot, and i'm sure a lot of the time it hasnt really been brought to our attention because it really goes without saying. So what I was saying is why is it so special that Jospeh is annoyed at them this time around?

To which I got the reply, because Michael has accomplished something special.

To which I replied, he never has before? It was a rhetorical question, stating that clearly Michael has accomplished special things in the past which the media haven't recognized and im sure Joseph has been pissed off at the media then. So why, this time around is it being brought to our attention that he is annoyed by the media? It seems so random as I am sure he is constantly annoyed at the media and has been plenty of times over the past 30 years, but this time is randomly being reported to us?

One thing I hate is when people are trying to sound smart and patrionising in their posts, when it is them who is getting mixed up.

i was not trying to randomly bring this to your attention...if you thought the post was so random then why even bother to respond....PEOPLE JUST FOR THE RECORD i did not write this article i got it from another site urging fans to post it....

with that being sed..its all love, any opinions are welcome LOL so im shutting up now LOL
 
MJ Fans have showed "them" with 50 count them, 50 sold out shows that we really don't need them to tell us about MJ.. They are all irrellavant now and I think they are a little scccaaarrreeed!!!! Ms, disGrace, Ms. Zarcona - looking a litte rusty baby, Ms Albad , go away already, etc.. The Greatest Entertainer in the WORLD, THE KING OF MUSIC - MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON knows that he has alot of people/fans that realy don't believe your hype...ALL HAIL THE KING!!!!

you know, the funny thing what they're discussing in the news now is PETA complaining about potential animal-performances during the show.

media portray MJ now as being cruel to animals...
 
isn't it amazing how the rumors seem to always come from an anonymous source? how can u be sure the guy/gal writing the articles aren't their own anonymous sources? may the Lord help us with the journalistic credentials of all these people. LOL what am i talking about ? it's the sun, the mirror, etc..what journalistic credentials?
 
I did expect them to ignore him, his success, his art as they always do. they even call him the FORMER kop (i have read it a few times now).
And you sit there when they're putting the rope around your neck saying, "Forgive them, Lord, they know not what they do." As long as they've been doing it, they're experts at it, they know what they're doing!

As human beings and as MJ fans, we should remember there's racism everywhere, one of which is the US. Why do you think the media treats U2 and MJ differently and why has MJ been treated like dirt and targeted by the media for all these years?

He's a super duper successful black man in the racist society and world. They (anyone in the media who is racist & the racist system) don't wanna see a black man staying successful and powerful, period.
Mike is from Gary, Indiana, one of dangerous neighborhoods and has achieved so many things from that humble beginning. No wonder they try to kill him over and over again, out of bigotry and jealousy.

They would do ANYTHING to put esp. African-Americans like him down. Mike has known this for a long time and also realized the best way to fight back is keep doin his thing and keep on staying successful.

His father and he got the right to say "F*** the media" not only becuz it hurts his career and life, but also becuz it does so with racist attitude, which hurts people from minority groups including him.

at least media are starting to remove their traditional last sentence: "since his child molestation trial, he is spending his time reclusively in Bahrain" ...

or in general, anything mentioning "child molestation trial"...

but funny thing i mentioned right after the trial was...

"he is broke" ... this went on from 2005 until now ... first they said, before the concerts were sold out, "he desperately needs the money" ... now that all 50 concerts are sold out ...

they begin to further question "is he even able to pull 50 concerts off" ... not even mentioning that selling out 50 concerts in such a time in one single location is another achievement in the history of popular music...

now its all about MJ being a frail person and maybe not getting it.

the media even reported this bet-thing, where this bookkeeper or however you call him said chances are 1:5 that he will be able to pull it of.

even my father mentioned this to me, coz he heard it on the radio.

i was like "what the shit, is this what media care about, why spread this shitty internet news?" ... well, welcome to the world of MJ 2009!

and also some media didn't say that he sold all concerts,but some did

10% is positive the rest is negative or inaccurate. What I've seen is that they don't reports about 50 concerts, they'll write "Michael Jackson's 20 or 40 concerts" but not 50 sold out concerts.

here is the reason why Mike's father acts the way he does. Because Michael is his son. that's the only reason there needs to be. if you become a father, you will understand. and while it's impossible to explain beyond that, if someone is not going to understand...all i can say is...i would be sadly surprised if MJ's dad did NOT act the way he is acting now.

um..no. i've been tempted to look at MJ's dad in a bad light..now..i have reason to be tempted to look at him in a good light.

i'll just enjoy that MJ's dad has feelings.

and has them on behalf of his son.
 
I have said this a few years ago on another board in the few times I posted on that forum and was nearly given a virtual beat down for it. I'll say this again (with caution, that is):

Michael Jackson's family has the right to defend him whenever they chose to do so. They do not need our permission, regardless of how we may feel about anyone of them, it is they who are his biological family.

And as someone else pointed out so elegantly, until you become a father (or parent) you may not fully get, how this kind of stuff effects Michael's dad( or mom).

that being said, can u apply that to his dadager? what good can his 'anger' actually bring to mj except make news? what's the point to it really?

no one is gonna beat u down but plesae don't act like everything his family does is w/ a pure motive and for him and him alone. they benefit from his doing well. we all know this, they supported him during his bad times and for all we know, it was for a good reason or for selfish ones, but honestly, joe's comments do nothing but make a blub on here and four pages of chatter

soso deaf, I understand your post and I also get very well how many fans may feel about certain Jackson family members. I have been a fan since the 70's, I have paid attention to alot of things. I do really understand, however my first post WASN'T written at all to imply
the "innocence' or "guilt" of a family members motives.
I do not know them personally, even though I do have my own private opinion's of many of them. As I fan, I can not take the position of implying what "motive" Michael's father or any member of his family may or may not have.
 
ur correct in that sense but to ask if one has a childand how they would feel doesn't compare to this family. we're nothing like them.

time and time again mj has done things for his family w/o a want in return. so the best thing they could ever give him is silence in the media. they muck it up an dit makes no difference what joe feels cuz no one will report it cept fans

thank you. we have to remember...this is Michael's family.

if any of you have family i am sure you wouldn't like us giving you a lecture on how to interact in your family.

i'm sure a lot of families go through the valleys, but they have their peaks too. and i know it's tempting for us to interfere..but, no matter how dramatic it is...it's between the family and themselves, and their belief system, if they have one. Michael might probably prefer that he handle his own family business. he's experienced enough to do so, i'm sure. sure we wanna defend him, but in the end, it's out of our hands. there is a fine line between defending MJ and interfering with him...no matter how powerful the temptation is.

my family cannot use me for financial gain and wouldbe looked at stupidly if they were to annoucne a family tour, especially if i didn't agree to it, and moreover, if i get in a fight with them, im sure it wouldn't be turned into a song that would embarass me highly.

like i said, we can't compare family dynamics between our own and the jacksons.

but we also cannot think that MJ, in this case as well as many others, isn't emotionally mature enough to watch out for himself. we aren't flies on the walls of his family intricacies, and we can't assume that MJ is weak enough to be snowed over by his family, just because he seems frail...

or, we cannot assume that his heart is such that we should decide who in his family should be helped by him, and who in his family should be scorned by him. and you and i know our own families. but you nor i don't know MJ's family, no matter what we think we have seen.

his family has been in the spotlight a long time, but MJ is still here. doesn't look to me, like his dad has done him in.

yes..i know how easy it is to want to slam his dad. i know what we have heard MJ say.

but, it's not all black and white here. one thing all humans have in common, is the deepness and multidemensionality of family relationships.

i have had falling outs with family members that i thought i would never want to see again. now those members are the closest to me.

so, who am i to know what gray area changes have happened between MJ and his dad?

and...all people can't predict how it will be between them and their family members for a lifetime. you just never know.

money isn't the issue here.

but, most importantly, MJ has proven that he ain't gunna be snowed in by anyone.

i'm just giving MJ credit for handling his own business. and his dad is the only dad he has. it's ultimately between him and his dad. not us, him and his dad.

and quite frankly...the lesser of two evils..so to speak, is either his dad turns a blind eye and deaf ear, when people are harrassing MIchael..or...his dad does what he's doing now. either way, there are gunna be fans who wanna slam his dad.

my point was proven...a photo op onhis way to see his granddaughter on her bday....the same granddaughter who's name he couldn't remember...remember he called her the 'little girl' when asked if he's seen her?

money surely is the issue and it will always be an issue. when they're all either rich or poor and on equal standing, then it won't be one

I admire Papa Joe for being such a vocal supporter of his son...showing genuine fatherly love...

and I am very sure Michael does not appreciate any of his fans being disparaging to his family members... blood is thicker than water...

I can call my brother a bum but let any stranger say it and I hear them.. I will whip their azz and feed it back to them...

they are a family... and imo we should respect that...

Joe has a point they press dont recognise these things. I dont think they want to either they would like to think Michael is a washed up star esp after the trial. But the public has proved otherwise. I would say its annoying for Joe reading this stuff. At least Michael can see that his dad is supporting him and defending him.
