Michael Jackson v. Wade Robson, a new trial to be held

The truth is......we

because I had recently watched an interview on YouTube with him and he said those words.

My opinion is rare? There are millions of people who think MJ is guilty.

The truth is, we can trade insults, produce articles that state this or that but nobody apart from Michael and those boys will know what truly happened.
So why are you on this site?

I don't think you even know what you're talking about.

Again, just because I have a different opinion doesnt mean I 'don't know what I'm talking about'.
I made arguments and examples to support my opinions.
Besides, I feel like you are not reading my explanation correctly because I agree with you on most points.

To sign up and be amongst us, the MJ Fam , to speak so openly about thinking he could be guilty yet is still a supporter.. that's quite rare to me.

because Michael as a superstar and entertainer was utterly brilliant. His dancing , showmanship, killer voice and legendary albums and songs is what I love.

I am not saying he is a Paedophile but there are some serious question marks over his relationship with children. That's all I'm saying.

One day hopefully the truth will come out so we can put an end to this madness.

I think I am the only one who appriciates your 'open mind' and citical thinking,
but if I read your messages and arguments I feel like you havent fully done your research. You sometimes support your opinion with arguments or give examples that are pretty easy to refute for most people here.

You know what? I'm fucking angry at Michael.

He should have known better, no excuses now. It was wrong what he was doing. Simple as that.

This new case has triggered me.

The Michael we saw during the Private Home Videos footage, THAT is the Michael he was around children. He was like a kid in a adult body the way he was goofing around at the pool with Mac and Janet. That is the purehearted person I've always believed him to be.

Nothing sinister at all about Neverland and that footage really showed it. And all the other footage, including what we weren't meant to see such as the bits of him with his own children. Perfectly normal and very nice to see. He preferred the company of children because they saw a normal human being, not MJ the money making machine adults see.

I also recall Taj saying he went to his uncle Michael for a very sensitive matter. Taj said he had been abused by someone on his mother's side, I don't believe he specifically said who. But it was Michael who helped him out with this. This was one of the things Taj said in the many interviews he gave to support his uncle after that garbage LN aired.

My understanding was that it was not a settlement because it wasn't a deposition or case. There was no judge. It was a negotiation and that's why they brought in Johnnie Cochran to negotiate with the Insurer on a claim of neglect.
I'm not a lawyer and I have no legal training - god, I wish! I'm using the word 'settlement' bc that's the word commonly being used in everything that I've seen or read. I'm pretty sure I've heard Tom Mesereau using that term in various interviews when he's been asked to comment on it. Of course, that could be bc he doesn't want to get into technical legal stuff that the rest of us won't understand. That's possible. I just use the language that is standard.

Here's that Pluto video again. At approx 9m 40s (and again at 9m 55s) she shows part of the settlement document onscreen. The phrase 'Confidential Settlement' clearly appears in the document and seems to refer directly to the $15m.

That video is great!

The whole settlement kinda shows the true intentions of the Chandlers, just money.
They sealed the bag with the settlement, they could seek 'justice for Jordan' in a criminal trial (which would be logical if you look at what they accuse Michael off), but no they didn't bother one bit.

My biggest dream is either Jordan or Gavin coming out with a statement that it wasnt true and their parents set them up.. I like how there are rumours about both still loving Michael or that in a private conversation they said nothing happened. But seems to good to be true.

And that's where you lose me and I think a lot of people here. What truth? The truth came out after that trial, 100% exonerated. What question marks? All accusers are shady as hell, had their own agenda, all money seeking and that's not speculation, that's a fact.

Not a single one has been credible and they have been destroyed in court. So I ask again, what truth do you want? You said before W&J for you are the least credible of the accusers......

So.....what? Estate wins next year and immediately you'll be like "now we have the truth" or something? What are you waiting on?

I wonder when this guy is gonna get banned.

It seems it won't happen, not even a temporary pause/break. It seems they just want us to report shit comments, which I've certainly been doing, and they will remove the comments. If this keeps on going they will lock the thread, why? Why not just warn the ones responsible for shit posting? I don't get it. Any other forum? It would have been game over.

Yes, Estate wins and it's confirmation for me.

To their friends they will, undoubtedly. To the public? Never. I bet there would be some serious consequences for them probably too, legally? I'm sure Jordan is enjoying that money and I doubt Gavin is ever gonna do that.

I would assume that since they were kids and were influenced by their parents, it wont be that big of a deal. Wade claims he lied under oath in 2005 and nobody seems to care about that even though that illegal.. But I guess the parents could be held reliable for the extortion attempt if Jordan says nothing happened. Now there are also rumours that after the trial Jordan didnt want to have anything to do with his family but im not sure.

I recall that Jordan had a huge falling out with his father, putting it mildly, didn't his father try to hurt him with something? It's been so freaking long ago that I read up on all that stuff and I'm not getting younger, lol.

I also recall a video where Thomas Mesereau said he had a witness ready to testify during the 2005 trial, but it never came to it. If I recall this correctly this was someone that said Jordan had told him/her nothing had ever happened.

Yes I heard that somewhere too! Im curious what that wouldve done for the trial..

... and Michael winning the case was not!
I think you have stated your opinion, and everyone has heard it. It would be better if you rest the topic. You are not adding any more value by repeating the same thing over and over and getting in arguments with everyone.

To be honest I would have preferred to see girls accompany Michael on tours rather than boys on tour then there would never have been any rumours

I think Katherine was like a role model for Michael. She raised all the children. And that's what he tried to be. A universal father while remaining childlike.

Gosh imagine all the beautiful 90's models whom could accompanied him. wow .

... i love that. Although i love that Brett and Mac did.
i was close to their age. it was special and you kind of lived it through them in a way.Well i did .

Posting the VladTV interview from May 2021. Although it's shorter than some other Tom interviews there were some new details - or new to me, at least. He talks about several of his high profile cases. The Michael section starts approx 31m 50s and ends at 1hr 11m 45s.

At 1hr 11m 28s we learn that Tom is Special Counsel to MJE (as of 2021). Hopefully that is still the case.

You're seriously kidding now, right? If the Estate wins it proves what? It proves that they never intentionally trafficked kids for MJ. As stated over and over again in this very thread, this case against the estate has absolutely nothing to do with Michael's innocence or guilt. The only people that would find a guilty verdict as legitimate evidence is the media, the haters and you!

Michael was innocent. In 2005 he was found not guilty. All of the research, genuine evidence, the receipts, witness accounts, accusers discrepancies... Everything points to innocence.

Go listen to "A case for innocence" and if you've already heard it, go listen again!

I can't believe there is a single person in this world, who with a genuine amount of research, still thinks he was guilty of anything more sinister than naivety.

That's exactly the one I meant, great! Thanks :)

Seeing and hearing this again really puts in perspective how messed up this whole thing was, how many people just were willing to lie. Thomas did amazing work there. It really shows what a target Michael really was. Like those ex employees that stole from him, one of that was Adrian McManus. It's baffling to me how she can keep appearing in "documentaries" claiming the exact same BS she did in court and had admitted how it was all made up. I just don't get it.

To this day she owes Michael/estate a lot of money, just like scumbag Guiterez. I guess MJ must have realized their broke asses were never able to pay him so he let it rest, I have no idea. I wish the estate would still go after both. It should teach that horrible woman to stop spreading proven lies on TV.

Obviously spending time with kids in a lot of circumstances is normal. But an adult who mainly seeks relationships and hanging out with kids is just a little weird
But you're also forgetting if they have other options. Wheras the adults in MJs life, were few and far in between. And that had little to do with hanging with kids.
