He's just posing. Michael likes to pretend that he's taking a drag because it's classic hollywood sort of. But the cigarrette isn't even lit.

I think Michael probably has tried to smoke. Seriously, who hasn't. Just look at him during the ITC routine on the HIStory tour, pretending to smoke in Ghosts etc. But I'm sure he'd never do it on a regular basis, due to his voice. And his health of course. :)

Okay, so I know michael doesn't drink or smoke....buttt i saw this pic and wanna know if he was actually smoking or whatever. not that this would make me love him less.... the guyz just too amazing !

He's posing for the camera. I said this in the other thread, but Michael loves to pretend he's taking a drag. It fits in to that classic Hollywood persona. But the cigarette isn't even lit.

I highly doubt it. You can't keep vocals as smooth as Mike's and still smoke. I know someone myself who tales voice lessons and she's always real cautious to smoke just once in a blue moon and nowhere near lessons or performances. That picture's during a BAD concert if I'm not mistaken.

And yeah, as wannabe said, he does like posing. Remember TWYMMF performance at the Grammys? I always love seeing him take that imaginary puff and stomp out the imaginary cigarette, lol.

Yeah, exactly. And for a professional vocalist, especially for someone like Michael who highly appreciates his talent, he wouldn't risk destroying his voice by smoking. His voice is too good to risk that.
