La Toya releases new book and single / Summary @ Pg 30 / Pictures @ Pg 33

No evidence to say anyone who was around mj murder him (now you say what) no one should be accuse like MJ was of a false crime, no katherine no one should do that. But your children are doing it to others ihope you have strong words with them.
kj is making sure when toya is sued for slander she is not drag into the mess.
I watch LJ on the view she look into the camara and lie, "has your mon get any money from the estate" (lie) "as of last week no" look at toya face she is lying throug her teeth.

Good and not good KJ is 81 going 82 and Latoya and her lying self can not be good for kj and mj children. kJ need to disown LJ again for her to stop her lying, LJ is sitting Right next to mj accuser who destroy his life with lies.
Why would LJ want to sit beside those evil lying people?
Money money they would do anything for it lie................
 
Did anyone see The View this morning? I saw this posted on another forum.

The estate is starting to push back a little - this morning on The View, Whoopi Goldberg stopped the general discussion to read a statement refuting La Toya's assertion that MJ's family has not received any money. They said that the estate has paid out $9,000,000 to Mrs. Jackson and the children, including $4,000,000 to pay off the family home.

She hasnt changed a bit in my opinion. she will lie for it die for it. Even sell his soul and childrens

Good because making statements like that are damaging. People will think his children are not being financially taken care of and that is false. I think it's public record how much the estate has made and the the estate has to let the courts know about these things. She should have said they estate doesn't give her and the rest of the family any money. They don't have to because the rest of the family is not in the will. People know that too.

Last Thursday La Toya Jackson was a guest on the show and she said as far as she knew no one in the Jackson family had received any money from the Michael Jackson Estate in the two years since his death. Since then, we heard from a representative of Michael Jackson's executors. They say that in fact the Estate has paid more than 9 million dollars to and for Michael's mother and children, nearly 4 million of which went to pay off the family's longtime home. We are reading this because they wanted the people to know in fact what La Toya said was not accurate as far as they were concerned.
Joy : She said as far as I know
Whoopi: We just wanted to make sure that we read it out.
 
Then who does Latoya think pays the living expenses for her mother and Michael's children? Jermaine or Janet etc? Joy's response doesn't surprise me.
 
La toya better keep her mouth closed otherwise the estate may decide not to give kj anymore money

Katherine's in the will, to the best of my knowledge Branca and McClain can't just stop giving her or the children the money that Michael wanted them to have. Afterall the estate exists for Michael's beneficiaries, it's their money not Branca and McClain's.

Yes but remember mj is not here to defend kj if the estate do ever decide to do that. The estate are the ones who own mjs money now and they can do what they like with it

Wrong the estate manage MJ asset and money on behalf on KJ and MJ3, if they dont give Katherine and the children their allowance KJ can have the judge who oversee the estate remove them.
They can not withhold there allowance. They can't do as they like they have to do what is In the best instrest of the heir to the estate.

That's not how estate's work. The executors don't own Michael's money, and they can't just do whatever they want with it. For example, Branca and McClain can't just take it all and leave P,P&B penniless.

Latoya should still keep her mouth shut, she is testing the Estate's patience. They need to sue her and her filthy mouth if she continues to spread bullish

I honestly wonder if the Jacksons actually wants the estate to attempt a lawsuit. From a PR point of view, it wouldn't look good for the estate to sue Michael's family. They then can claim that the estate are bullies who are trying to 'control' the family and Michael's image. Regardless how it stands in a court of law, they could try to gain public support.

However, given how most of the general public view the Jacksons, this plan is doom to failure. However, given this family, I wouldn't put this pass them.

yeah she released that 2 months after Michael died I think, and I never saw it on television but only online
