Guess the 'great father' Jermaine got robbed.


Jermaine Jackson -- Hit By a Smooth Criminal!

TMZ has learned ... Jermaine Jackson filed a police report claiming someone stole more than $150,000 in jewelry, furs, and clothes ... just one week after he went to court claiming he couldn't afford to pay child support.

Law enforcement sources tell us Jackson and his wife, Halina Rashid, claim in the report -- filed with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department -- someone took a Louis Vuitton bag containing the treasure trove from their Calabasas home back in September.

The home -- which Jermaine rents -- is in the same gated community Katherine Jackson is temporarily living in while her Encino home undergoes extensive renovation.

We're told Jermaine claimed the bag contained some ultra-expensive watches, among other pricey items. Our law enforcement sources say the case is under investigation ... but so far no suspects.

A week after Jackson filed the police report, he filed docs in his child support case -- claiming he couldn't afford the $3,000/month for his kids, Jaafar and Jermajesty. He'd like the payment reduced to $215 a month.

It doesn't take a mathematician to figure this one out.

1. A deadbeat loser

2. So he cant afford paying his kids $3,000/month (wanna reduce the amount to $215 for two kids) but the man got items worth $150,000?

3. He is faking it because he knew they were after him so this are further proof that 'he is broke' lol or that he knew they were gonna take all this shitt from him so he filed a fake report

4. Insurance fraud

5. He really got robbed but is still a deadbeat loser

144,000 LOL... THATS so true.. I came in here thinking oh lord somebody held him at gun point or something... n I know that they have lawyers who work for them so Idk how they messed that up. I think most of that stuff is his wifes and he may not have much money... or he could receive his money through her to not have to pay child support... who really knows?!?!?! I don't believe in having hatred for or bashing someone based off of half information. I don't know how much he financially supported his kids but he doesn't seem estranged from them either... So I dunno

at least we now know the house is rented not owned by him . That would shut up many of the family fanatics who like to brag about the 'wealth' of the other jacksons. He's a broke man who benefited heavely from MJ's death and afford to live in that luxurious house for more than a year from selling interviews and stories to the media. No wonder Alejandar is scared to death and fighting to stay at Encino home. She knows her ex will be broke in no time and the child support will vanish this time by a judge order. Katherine has to be more creative and find new ways to generate money using MJ's kids. Jermaine very soon will be REALLY broke and she will have to take care of HIM , Halima and the rest of the gang.

It will be great if he's accused of filing a false report.

How much can it cost to rent a house in Calabasas at a gated community? Apparantly, it is the same gated community Katherine and the children will stay at and that house looked gorgeous!

The reason to why Im asking this is because, something tells me the rent is pretty high (i might be wrong) and IF Jermaine has money every month for a high rent, then how come he cant pay 3000/month for his two children?

I still don't get how he can afford to rent a massive house in an area like that and not afford to pay for child support. He's so desperate for money, a friend of a friend of mine saw Jermaine in Sainsbury's once buying a lottery ticket. Says it all really.

Well yeah, your kids should always be your main priority. $3000 a month...I'd love to know how much he pays on renting that place, it's certainly not cheap! Remember the place he had on the Jackson Dynasty programme? Same goes for that if it's not the same place!

His wife probably is the one with the cash

and Jermaine probably has some money, he's probably just not giving his complete financial records All the appearances he's made in the past year or so gave him some income

Knowing him, he's probably has cash stashed up like he has all that grease stashed up in his hair LOL

LOL! I KNEW TMZ was gonna start digging up dirt on Jermaine, when Jermaine and his attorney said that they were gonna SUE TMZ (as if) because they said Jermaine lost his license due to non-payment of child support.

It's funny that this theft "supposedly" took place in September, but Jermaine NEVER said a word about it. We all know how Jermaine LOVES the spotlight, but he found a way to be mum regarding this matter.

I would have expected him to hold a press conference (LOL) and announce a REWARD for any information leading to the theft of his property. But he said NOTHING, very interesting, in my opinion.

I hope for Jermaine's sake, he ain't trying to pull a fast one, because this whole thing can get way more EMBARRSSING then it already is.

And Lord knows, this is EMBARRASSING, especially coming from a man who ALWAYS talks about the virtues of family and family unity.

I agree. I hope Jermaine didn't file that police report about being robbed just to distract people from his child support case. And I think Jermaine needs to come clean about that situation before things get any worse if all that we are hearing is true. If the authorities start investigating him and they find out he's been stashing away money while claiming in court to be too broke to pay child support, he could end up going to jail. And if his wife is keeping money for him under her name, the court wouldn't like that either.

The Encino home and the Cababases home are not in the same city. The homes in Calabases were built about 12 yrs ago. It's a newer community and is close to Malabu which is near Zuma beach. I would estimate to rent/lease a piece of property there in a gated community is not less than $5K or 6K a month. It could be more dependeing on the square footage of the home and it's amminities.

UPDATE: TMZ has reported the house is being rented for $26K. The home has seven bedrooms. I don't think the home is worth $26K a month
for a Calabases home. It isn't as exclusive as Holmbly Hills or Beverly Hills buut the estate is covering the cost for the remodling of Encino and for MJ3 and Katherine to lease out this pad while she fumagate/remodle the Encino home. lol
The Encino home is not located in a gated community.

With so many people losing their home in this day and space, renting/leasing anything to live in is a whole lot less with our economy in a recession.

Jermaine Jackson could become homeless early next year, because the house he's living in is going up on the foreclosure auction block.

TMZ has learned the 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom Calabasas home Jermaine is renting is on the brink of foreclosure ... set to be sold on the steps of the Pomona, CA courthouse on January 21.
The minimum bid, according to Foreclosures.com, is $2,184,233.

It is unclear if Jermaine even knows the owner is about to lose the house. Under California law, he has 60 days from the time of foreclosure to vacate.

Jermaine -- who has lived in the house for a year-and-a-half -- filed a police report in September, claiming someone stole $150,000 in jewelry, furs and clothes from a suitcase in the house.

And there's more ... Jermaine is behind on child support to the tune of nearly $100,000, and he's asking a judge to reduce his support payments from $3,000 a month to $215 a month.

But one ray of hope. Katherine Jackson rented a mansion just a few blocks from Jermaine's home, so maybe she'll take him in.



How convenient for him, he's been renting this mansion since one and half years... wonder where Mr. Superstar was living b4 that? I know he moved outta Hayvenhurst only after he divorced Alejandra sometime in the mid 2000s.
