i can understand them asking it, but, how many times are they going to say, 'Janet living life on her own terms'? she's been doing that for years. i've heard the rumors of family control, but it looks to me like she had a social life...she lived quite out there. it was quite visible to all of us, she had a life on her own terms.
 
We all want justice for michael but this isn't the case section....

Janet has been out and in control for over 25 years why the heck are they still acting like she's just now moving out of Hayvenhurst??

and I agree with the other person.. who cares what Janet's life is like and how happy she is, she should be out there fighting for justice for her brother. How can she be happy with her brother lying in a tomb because he was murdered????

What make you think she is not seeking justice for her brother? Just because she's on the cove of magazines, and doing movies doesn't mean she doesn't want justice for Michael. People fail to realize that the Jackson has to go on with their lives. They can't sit around and moop about Michael passing away, she and her family member has every right to be happy and continue to live their lives and keep his legacy alive.

I agree and also Janet has always done her own thing away from the family issues. She also attended someof the court hearings and went to Forest Lawn just last week. She does care but she dosent have to talk about it every second unlike other members of the family that I could mention.
 
How after nearly ten years can Janet look exacly the same as she did around the All For You era !!!

she hasn't said a word about seeking justice for MJ.. she blames MJ. I'm sorry but Janet moved on the day after MJ died. I don't know if she's just an uncaring, cold-hearted person but her behavior after MJ's death is just very hurtful to me.

To her fans, Janet Jackson would appear to have emerged from an especially taxing year. The pop star just marked the one-year anniversary of brother Michael's death and, last year, ended her relationship with longtime boyfriend Jermaine Dupri. But despite her personal trials, Jackson recently revealed that she's in a good place in her life.

"It took me a good minute to get here, it really did. But I love my life," Jackson tells Essence in the August issue hitting newsstands July 12. "I only wish I had this confidence when I was younger."

Although Jackson may have lacked confidence in her early years, the hitmaker maintained that she has no qualms about aging; an outlook the Jackson family matriarch, Katherine, instilled in her and her celebrity siblings.

"Mother always raised us to believe that age was just a number. All of us — my sisters, my brothers — we'll just tell you our ages because it's all about where you are mentally and how you feel about yourself."

Perhaps Jackson's attitude is also influenced by the new inroads she's making in her career. The diva has ramped up her acting work in recent months, pulling off an emotional performance in "Why Did I Get Married Too?" Jackson is also scheduled to begin shooting the star-studded "For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf," helmed by Tyler Perry, and with such co-stars as Whoopi Goldberg and Kerry Washington.

The megastar also relished her overall independence. "I'm so fortunate. I'm a free agent. I'm not trapped in a contract where I'm unhappy," Jackson said. "I'm very free, and I love this feeling. I can do whatever I want."

And while Jackson may not be committing to any recording projects just yet, she isn't shying away from the stage. The singer is slated to perform at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans this weekend. Jackson will hit the stage alongside several acts, including Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige and Trey Songz.

"I’m shooting a film and on my days off from filming, I’m at rehearsals. It’s been 7 days a week for over a month for me. I haven’t had any days off since May. It’s been a lot of hard work, a lot of long hours, sometimes from 12 in the afternoon until 1 or 1:30 in the morning. We’re getting it done, though."

She can't be out fighting for justice for MJ because you all will then accuse her of using MJ's name for personal gain. :sigh:
 
Some people here act like the Jacksons owe them everything. I can't believe some of the things i read here. How can anyone assume what Janet (or anyone) has gone through and is going through? Just because she isn't tweeting about Michael every 2 seconds doesn't mean she doesn't love Michael.

Anyway, back to the topic. another beautiful cover for Ms Janet. was her movie better/worse than the first one?

no family worries, and no saddness over your brother Michael's death.

So, Janet, please, give your mother, Katherine, some money; so
she can stop making bad business deals and stop taking money out
of the pockets of Michael Jackson's children: Prince, Paris, and Blanket.

I pray everyday that Prince, Paris, and Blanket don't get stuck paying the bills
of all the other Jacksons the way Michael Jackson did.:angel:

The problem is many of the ppl here think the Jacksons are Michael's business associates rather than his actual family. People here think they're part of the Jackson family and think their input has some kind of weight on what happens. People here think the family should still be a state of sad mental delirium just because they are still grieving over Mike, a man they haven't spent 10 minutes with. People here claim not to like the other members of the family, yet invest so much time in their lives.

That's the problem.

She doesn't have say it. She doesn't owe her fans or anyone an explanation about why she chooses not to grieve in public, people take death differently. It's been a year, and you can't possibliy think she can't move on with her life. His family doesn't owe us anything.

Yo what's up with this thread and why isn't it close yet? Many of you must of bump your head or just jump out of the window first of all she is along with the family fighting for justice for MJ Janet is verrrrrrrrrrry pravite as you can see the Media will dragged her down if she even mention MJ switching stories up and etc. To answer your question about payments to her Mother her mother is very independent trust me Mrs. Jackson is not taking money from her grandchildren the only money she touches is the money the estate gives to her for herself and the first two kids is getting help from there mothey along with family blanket is supported as well. At times i address the Jackson family because some things that they do but at the end of the day when thread posted and many come in with their useless opinions on the family affairs fall the F back please its way to much reaching word up and i am not trying to throw any shade or start any trouble if you feel threaten by my post then so be it but if you try to come for my head and will reek havoc in this thread. NOW can we get back to how flawless Janet looks
