You are right. Jay Leno is not sincere in what he says and as strange as it sounds I wish he would not talk about Michael.
 
Janet (like the rest of Michael's "family") and will say and do anything for money or publicity!!!!


Nothing that comes out of their mouths is thoughtful, sincere or the truth!!!!!

I totally agree... they all sound so insincere and unconcerned it's just heartbreaking. Mike was the only genuine person in that family I believe. Even drugged up by Murray, you can hear his sincerety in regards to his love for children and his art. As far as his family I just don't understand them at all.

In reference to the job comment, people and businesses look at many factors of a show or host before they do their business there, especially if there are choices. The same goes for Janet and company. As an example, the meat association will not promote their meat products on Oprah if they know that she has negative things to say about the cow farms. Likewise, people who are against the use of animals for testing will not go on a particular show if they know the host or network routinely advocates the use of animals for testing medicines, etc. Janet has enough sense to chose other high profile shows that do not currently demean her brother, or at least when they bring up her brother in conversations, her sense of loyalty should drive her to speak out against it.

The latest was last August last year and humanized him. I would be a hypocrite if I was pissed at Janet but not at Chris.[/FONT]
 
Cassie are you saying Chris spoke well of Michael? That is very good then, and Chris is not a relative.

Yeah he did. He told some funny stories about MJ and humanized him in a way.

I know he's not related to Michael but it would be hypocritical to say why Janet going on some dude show who openly bashed her brother but it's OK for Chris, one of the few closest friends of Mike.
 
Chris Tucker never said anything negative like some members of MJ own family have about him though. Chris has always talked good about MJ no matter what show or interview he was on whenever they mention MJ. So big difference!. I wish MJ fam would have done the same ALL the time when they really needed to for him.

I know that. Anyway, the show is starting soon here for me. I'll try to post a summary.

Janet looks nice.

- Janet talks about NutriSystem
- How she keeps her weight off
- Hated her smile because she thinks looked like the joker
- Jay loves her smile (said she had one of the most famous smiles ever)
- Her heaviest weight was 180 pounds
- Talked about her book (wrote it cause she wanted to have children)
- Talked about her infamous photo (the one when a guy covers both her breasts)

Cassie How do you mean she wrote the book because she wanted to have children? Are you talking about the self-help book she wrote last year?

why did Jay bring up Paris? what does Jay care about MJ's kids for? maybe he's upset that Paris went on Ellen and not his show. I hope to God Paris never sets foot on that man's stage. MJ fans will have to school her on what that man did to her daddy.
 
That was pretty funny lol, I was watching Larry the Cable Guy never seen him before but he is funny. I have yet to read Janets book.

True, but she could easily put questions about Michael's kids on the "don't ask" list if she wanted to. She said the same things before so it's pretty much part of her carefully crafted interview script. PJ is currently the most interesting Jackson so talking about her is good publicity, the privacy their father wanted for her isn't good for business so screw his wishes.

Something about this interview, especially the spanking, just made my skin crawl.
 
I never thought that I was going to say this, but Janet shame on you! I've never forgotten Jay Leno when he mocked Michael Jackson coming to court in pyjamas while the man was struggling for his life!
 
It is not my intention to knock any of the Jackson family but I would respect them so much more if they declined giving interviews to the very people who mocked and humiliated Michael. Michael was the wise man in all of this because he very rarely gave interviews to anyone knowing that less can be so much more.

That's true but what she said about Paris was true as well. I see nothing wrong with answering the question.
 
In the past Janet would never answer any questions about Michael, fair enough as she wanted any interview she was giving to be about her. So I am wondering if she really wanted the public to know her point of view on Paris, or perhaps I am looking to deeply into it.
