Im not understanding why this fourm has a negitive outlook on the Jackson Family

When did Michael ever call Janet fat on television?! Did Michael ever go on television to talk about Janet her her history of prescription abuse? I.g Herpes, meds, getting meds on other people's names etC? Michael could have gone and called her whore on natiional Tv, he ccould have called her a junkie whore, but heck he did not. He never called out the deadbeats, the useless, the brainless, the addiccted, the criminal, etc out, because he was SOOOO above them. And still is now. Janet along with each and everyone of them didn't have the balls to say whatever jealousy and non jealousy issues she had with him to his face, she wasn't even in touch with for years in a time, yet all of sudden she's because some sort of expert with the help of her bald headed brother the one was blackmailing Michael during his hardest hour?! I tried to stay away from obvious nonsense posts of Janet stans, as I knew it would turn ugly, but heck there is only this much you can take. IF people come to a thread and talk shyte about Michael I am going to reply and exploit the obvious nonsense. Would a singe person on a Janet Jackson board even be tolerated if he/she were to bring up Janet's well documented prescription meds issues?! So why are stans like kingofdisco allowed to continue the ongoing nonsense about Michael herE?! It's being said that drug talk is not allowed yet such posts are only being edited'/and /or deleted, but the members are still welcomed to post shyte about Michael. how Great.
 
I've stated many times now that the description of "drug addict" is not the same as someone getting a "high" or a "low". However I am not here to discuss the details of MJ's life, so I'll refrain from going into that again. Reporting someone for having an opinion is the most disgusting thing I've heard; if you don't agree with someone, you suck it up and deal with it. You don't get them banned. That's childish behaviour, I'm sorry.

I've never asked for someone to be banned for having an opinion and what i say is only my own opinion and viewpoint on the matter too. It may not be the truth but its how i feel and as a human being i am entitled to that right. All i ask is that people respect others opinions and respect the Jacksons and if you want to come in and say, oh you're not respecting Michael because you think he's this or that, then you're completely missing the point. Michael is my hero, point blank. i don't agree with what he did in his personal life in some aspects but i can understand why he did it and what drove him to that point.

so if anybody else what's to have a stab at me for being realistic and not having such a 2d view on things, be my guest.
 
Oh the hypocrisy in this thread, calling out Janet on her 'medical history' when we hear a rumor, if it was MJ its 100% false until proven (which is the correct manner), obviously the same rule doesn't apply when its not, and then pretty much calling her a junkie whore...Wow.

Not when one's opinion contradicts well known facts and, mainly, when it goes against the RULES.

It's the most disgusting thing you've heard? I know that, in order to be a Jackson family fan, one has to have zero common sense. It's a pattern: each and every one of that family's fan has absolutely ZERO common sense, but I wasn't expecting that one. I'm going to give you an example: imagine someone came here and started rambling about how Hitler and his ideals were great. Sure, it's an opinion- everybody has one- but it's an offensive one. It's an opinion that goes against available evidence, facts, general values and RULES. Like yours.

Reporting a person due to her/his opinions would correspond, in real life, to a harsh counter-argument while feeling entitled to not be insulted by stupidness (surprise!!!) and you better get used to it: in the real, adult life (something the Jackson family fans don't know anything about) you're going to have your opinion downplayed many, MANY times in though ways. Mainly if it is as pathetic as yours. In the adult life, stupid, false and idiotic opinions are received with harsh reactions/sense of entitlement to not feel insulted by such stupidity (the meanies!).

Therefore, reporting someone (which would correspond, in a non cyber situation, to have been insulted and harshly countering your FALSE and PATHETIC opinion) is a NATURAL thing to do.

I've repeated the same thing 3 times, word by word, logic by logic. That is: I've taken into account you're a J. Family fan.

My advice: GROW UP, gain COMMON SENSE, enter the REAL, ADULT WORLD and GAIN some IQ points. Jesus Christ: I've yet to see a J fam fan with one of these characteristics.

Honestly, nobody in here- and I'm speaking for the non Jfam fans- gives a ish about Janet in general. Junkie or not. Nobody gives a flying ISH about her.

For all I care, she could be the cleanest person on Earth. Or on the verge of dying for being a junkie (something she accused Michael of). I do NOT care the least about the woman.

And that has to do with my post why? I couldn't care less if YOU don't care about Janet, that doesn't make that comment any less valid. FYI there are a lot of people on her who do like Janet's music, I'm no Jackson family fan, and I like Janet, so stop with the generalization.

Learn how to read and comprehend then comment. I said he COULD HAVE called her that, the same way SHE DID call him an addict in denial who needed to be lead to water. But he DID NOT. he was ABOVE this kind of obvious nonsense, he could have went on television to talk about her issues with diet pills, did he? NO. Unlike Janet he did not find it necessary to act this disgustingly.
And no my dear it wasn't just a rumor, it's a known fact, Dr. Allan Metzger of Beverly Hills was even reprimanded by the board of medicine for writing prescribtions for her in her chef's name.

How could this woman even dare to go on national television and raise her finger on Michael? Despite having ZERO contact to him, not speaking to him in several years, having met him once for a couple of hours after 4 years of NO CONTACT, according to herself?! After being a part of the harassment gang in the years of 2007/2008?! Why harass a junkie in denial?! Junkie in denial my ass, more like, 'cash cow we stood behind you, now you owe us'. No wonder Michael was calling anyone and everyone his family but this family

There are so much info out there like the Autopsy report that show he was clean and the report that shows how much meds he had left too! Which showed he wasn't a pill popper! So when people say it's their opinion he had drug issues, I find it ODD! It's like y'all purposely don't care about the facts! WHY?! o_O

B/c it doesn't fit into their perception of Michael, b/c it doesn't fit into their agenda, it doesn't fit into whatever they think Michael was. When it comes to Michael people always have no hesitations and/or problems to ignore the facts and follow whatever they want to believe in.
 
This thread is laughable. you all call yourselves Michael fans yet all i see is the breeding of negativity and name calling. why don't you take a leaf from his book and learn to respect each other and his family without resulting to calling people pathetic and saying that they need to grow up. that is extremely hurtful, you don't know me personally so why would you judge me like that?

I'll tell you what, the MJ fan community used to be a beck of a nicer place before people started all this bs. I'm ashamed to call myself a fan if i have to be grouped with opinions like this.

With all due respect, the "drug addict" talk is simply against the rules of this forum, and rightly so, in my opinion (as well as the name calling, derailing the treads, etc. - all those things are also against the rules). The rules are in sticky post at the top:

And the other here as human beings are entitled to the right of saying what they feel whether is right or wrong, whether you like it or not. But i think that you have to be carefoul when talking about sensitive issues as health.

Why should people respect the Jacksons if they don't wont to or they don't feel that? Respect is something that you earn, you can't force someone to respect something or someone. Now, if you respect so much the Jacksons good for you. But there are people here who feel that they have done some pretty shady things conserning Mike and not in the privacy of their house but pubblicly (calling him a pedophile and a self loathing individual for example)

Michael is my hero, point blank. i don't agree with what he did in his personal life in some aspects but i can understand why he did it and what drove him to that point.

I think, however, you should review your opinions instead of using the same hypocrite yada yada to defend yourself (eg.: Michael was about L.O.V.E., learn how to respect him and his wishes). =)

Perhaps, if you respected facts and looked at them with more adult eyes (no pun intended), you'd understand why some of us get so riled up. But, hey, I'm sure you're a nice person.

You have no right to call yourself a fan, do you even know how it feels to be a fan?! Can you even imagine how hard it was to defend that man against the whole world during the past decade?! When there was nobody there, it was us who had his back, when people made fun of him it was us, who stood up at school, at work, in everyday life for him. When he died it was us who became suicidal and had to go to therapy, it was up who were not able to sleep for a single day the first 8-12 months without tearing up every single night. Yet you havee the audacity to come here and lecture us about respecting his 'family'?! The same 'family' that could not wait 3 days before selling the dead man out to tabloids around the world?! The same family that could not wait until he was buried, before selling out his children?! I have every f_ing interview of every Jackson sibling saved on my notebook, respect is not given it's earned. They have done absolutely NOTHING to earn my respect, quiet the opposite they lost whatever I had for them during the course of the last two years. Who are you to demand respect when your obvious ignorance towards all things Michael Jackson shows, that your not able to respect the dead man whose fan you claim to be. You simply can NOT have gone through all this and still be THIS ignorant.

and to whoever just called me out for not being a fan, i sat there at three in the morning and watched him announce his tour. i sat and cried and denied he was gone for hours on June 25th. i dropped out of college, stopped coming out of my room and refused to talk to anyone. all i drew was Michael for months on end. don't you ever, EVER take away my fandom.

Thank you justnat for posting those rules. Those rules were spelled out for the community over and over again. Have your opinion. A person can go with whatever gut feeling they have. But we are going to go with the actual evidence we have right now. Don't let this have to be repeated again.

Also, we all know that calling names and insulting people is also against the rules. Some people think they can come on the board AGAIN and think they post the same stuff and no one will notice who they are. Well keep it up. If you cannot engage in adult conversation with demeaning your fellow members, please find another thread until you can cool down.
 
I think this thread isn't helping to show anyone the ray of light/see and accept the truth. I honestly don't see the point of this thread, it's just to degrade Michael and force opinions down everyone's throat (i.g respect the Jackson's you evil nasty MJ fanatics). I think it would be better to close it? Idk
 
You know, I actually think you are right Twinklee. I can't see where the thread is making any progress and I can't see where it has done anything but enflame both sides. I think I will close this thread until I can get an opinion from a senior mod about what to do here.
 
I'm disgusted. I would actually say please look at yourselves and what you're saying but I've come to the conclusion that a few of you don't even care how things look anymore. This is a mess.
